We ate here on an early Friday night in early April and absolutely loved it! This is a family own business, and it has so much character in history on the inside it is tough to be. The service is absolutely spectacular even for a large party of 20 like us. I had the salmon dinner, which was a little thin on the salmon, but tasted great. We had also some amazing desserts here!

I’ve been to this place a few times now during work trips. Always great food, fantastic desserts! Great for families. 5/5

We were staying in Spanish Valley and picked the closest place to grab dinner. THE FOOD: We both ordered the prime rib and really enjoyed it (available on weekends). Ours was prepared to our liking. The Fry bread was fresh, fluffy, and yummy. The dressing on the salad was homemade and delicious. Baked potato and corn needed salt, but IMO always better if I can add the salt myself. The banana cream pie is worth it. It definitely has the feel of stepping into a good home cooking restaurant. THE DECOR: Pleasant, cozy. THE STAFF: Friendly and attentive. You could definitely bring kids here.

My prime rib was okay. I asked for medium, and it was more on the well-done side. Overall flavor was not great, not bad, just in the middle okay. The salad was pretty good. If you are expecting a traditional French Dip, this is not the place. Again, do not get the French Dip! They take their prime rib leftovers (untrimmed) and toss them on their grill to warm them to the point they are pretty dry like leather. The roll they use for this "masterpiece" is really soft and mushy instead of a nice fresh crisp crunchy roll. After my wife told the waitress about her French Dip, we did not see her again until it was time to check out.

Great food and service with generous portions this is a must eat at place super value!

Susie’s Branding Iron is the first restaurant I noticed just before entering Moab while traveling north. The restaurant looked good from the outside, but after eating a poorly seasoned, very tough Flat Iron steak (slicing it against the grain didn’t even help) I knew there had to be better choices a few miles up the road. The baked potato was dry and sour cream and butter offered very little help. The staff is very young, inexperienced, and not overly friendly. The prices were OK. In the case of Suzie’s Branding Iron restaurant, I believe there are much better choices just a few minutes away. Unless you are on the verge of death from hunger, I would drive a little further up the road into Moab to get an actual decent meal…!!!

Was recommended by several locals. Was highly disappointed. It was just two ppl in the rest, me and my husband. We ordered. I ordered the pork chop and was very dry and paper thin. The fry bread was delicious. The waitress did not come back to us one single time. Two old fellows ( locals) came in and ordered lemonade and water. One ordered Ice cream. Two waitresses went to serve them while we were ignored. I did not need anything but is nice if they stop to refill your drink. Bad service mediocre food

Google
We were in Moab for 8 days and this was our least favorite food, which was a bummer as the service was excellent and the atmosphere was so cozy. I was brought in by the photos of the restaurant- very good home cooking vibe (almost reminded me of a local Cracker Barrel). Our waitress was very kind and checked in on us regularly. Just the taste of the food was lackluster. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things. I really wanted something on the entree section that came with salad and baked potato, but I’m GF, DF and don’t like lots of red meat, so there really wasn’t anything for me there (I even asked if I could make one dish grilled chicken instead of breaded but it only came breaded) Our party of 3 ordered: - fish & chips - you could tell it was store bought frozen fish - turkey sandwich with bread on side; I’ve had hundreds of turkey sandwiches without the bread in my life and this was lacking - hearty hot beef sandwich / not great I actually liked the fries but my parents did not. As much as I want to recommend this restaurant, I cannot. -

Yelp
This place was very close to our VRBO and was recommended because they had Navajo tacos. I was very disappointed. Fry bread should be fried. This was soft and not flavorful. I suspect they make it in the am or previous day and then reheat. The beans were ok. My friend who had a sandwich said it was fine.

Yelp
Oh where to begin. We have eaten at 5 star restaurants and roadside diners. This was the first time in my life I have ever been insulted by a "manager" (dark hair, blue eyes and first name starts with a J if management cares) and basically been called a liar. We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of staff where we were staying, being told they had the best steak around. What a disappointment! My husband ordered the ribeye steak which was about $49 and I ordered the top sirloin steak which was about $39. We both asked for a medium rare cook. When dinner was served, my husband asked if they had fresh ground pepper and the server brought out a pepper grinder and informed us she had to take it back, so she had to stand there while we peppered our steaks. The knives had to really saw through the steaks and what should have been tenderness was instead grissly, flavorless and overcooked. We ate them (we were hungry at this point after 8 hours on the road) and were not planning on saying anything. When the server came and asked how it was, we told her it was horrible and she laughed before she realized we were serious. My husband asked for more ice tea and here comes J. She sits down at our table and my husband told her the steak was so tough that the knife was like cutting it with a butter knife. He told her that instead of being medium rare, it was more like medium well. She proceeded to tell us the meat was squishy and was more of a rare. He looked at her and asked her if she was telling him it was closer to rare. She went on to tell him she graduated from culinary school, basically insinuating she knew what she was talking about and we were stupid on the cook of meat. At this point he told her to leave our table and get our bill. I have no doubt she thought (and treated us) like we were trying to get something for free. There was never an apology for a disappointing meal. We believe in being honest and provide constructive criticism which was returned with a I graduated from culinary school and I know it all attitude. I also gave low score for service as we sat at the table for 10 minutes before our server came and even asked what we wanted to drink or if we were ready to order. She also never came back to see if we needed anything the whole time. This is food service 101. It was not that busy. There were 3 different servers and several empty tables. At minimum, the young man who seated us could have offered us water or ask if we wanted anything to drink. Mind you, the people who walked in right before us and had a different server, were already having their salads. I know it wasn't her fault that she had to take the pepper grinder right back; however, she could have just as easily stepped away, and when she saw we were finished, she could have come back to get it. She didn't need to tell us she was told to bring it right back. This was a very poor and disappointing experience. We travel a great deal and have eaten at all kids of places and this was absolutely the worst experience. Food: 1/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 2/5

Yelp
Everything was amazing! Prime Rib, French dip, country fried steak, BBQ ribs, we ordered all of it and it was PERFECT! Not to mention the service - kind, considerate, quick, and funny. Thanks!

Yelp
Family owned and staffed American restaurant on the south side of Moab away from the crowds. Eclectic decor which makes it fun to look around. Caters to locals and the staff seems to know everyone who comes in that lives nearby. I had the ribeye steak and my friends had the prime rib all of which was good.

Yelp
I looked up some places to eat and we wanted something a little off the beaten path. This place had great reviews so we figured we'd give it a shot. We got there at an odd time, around 2:30 pm and we were the only ones there. The place itself is cute and clean. Service was excellent and so was our food. I love some good fresh cut fries so that was perfect for me. They came with my patty melt which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Hubby got the chicken sandwich and the chicken was fresh, juicy and flavorful. He got a side Caesar salad as his side and he really enjoyed that too. We will definitely be dining here again when we make it back to Moab.

Yelp
Homemade ranch on the salads, fry bread, hand cut fries, real mashed potatoes... if you're a fan of real home cooking checkout Susie's Branding Iron. You also get a side salad with dinner (not pictured because I ate it). Homemade desserts as well but we were stuffed from dinner. In a town that's crazy busy we had no wait to be seated. Beware, though, they close at 8 pm and if you come in at 7:50 they will turn you away at the door. Family friendly in a relaxed atmosphere. So after four wheeling, all day on the river or checking out the national parks you'll be welcomed, just not close to closing time. Service was friendly and efficient.

Yelp
The staff had their heads buried in their phones from the time I entered until the time I left. My server Christian was the only staff member that was really doing a great job. Well done Christian. My prime rib came out grey in color when I asked for medium rare. Small baked potato, and canned corn. Not worth the $33.00 I paid.
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
Oof! I got the Navajo taco for nostalgia purposes and it was NOT yum. The beans were STRAIGHT from a can and really tasted like it. They weren't even washed or modified in any way. The fry bread was tasteless and chewy. The salsa they served with it was quite yummy. I was pretty disappointed. I can't speak for the rest of the menu, but I don't think this will be a repeat for me.
google avatar

Richard S.

Yelp
Overall very meh. Friendly customer service however mixed up the order on each of the three orders and it was not busy so I was very surprised. The French Fries were soggy and under cooked and under impressive. The fried bread was excellent especially when you put some honey on it. The Ambience was confused and unsettling sort of a quasi western vibe. The fried steak was quite good. The German chocolate cake was stale and very disappointing as well. I'd say try somewhere else. I Do not recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
SBI, is simply amazing. All the food is clearly made fresh in-house. For Apps, taquitos and onion rings are best but we had them all and nothing disappointed. Who would've thought banging country fried steak outside the South. All other entrees are great. Four nights of five ate here. And ask for our man, Bryce. Great, friendly and fun. Only issue is no SBI when I get home.
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
The chicken fried steak was tasty. A little overpriced. My husband's chicken sandwich was dry. Their steaks looked good. Didn't have one. Nice inside and friendly staff

Ed G.

Yelp
A nice laid back atmosphere good service and great food. It's on the outskirts of town which makes it quieter.

Yelp
Came on a very busy evening with large parties. Waited a long time for waiter to take order and for our food. I ordered a top sirloin medium but when it finally came was well done. At that point I was so Hungary and didn't send it back because of the wait. It had blue cheese sauce and mushrooms on top which was delicious. The portions are hearty and their ranch dressing I had for my salad tasted homemade and was delicious. The baked potato was warm so my butter didn't really melt so was disappointed. The good news is is they served the meal with their fry bread which is kind of a scone/donut and they serve it with butter and honey which was delicious! Overall it was ok with hearty portions. Maybe if we went at a slower time it would have been better. Obviously a busy place so people do like it..
google avatar

Connie D.

Yelp
So so food. Our friends like the prime rib night. It's typical for Moab....where we find it's tough to find good food. Anyway, it's pretty consistent and not awful.
google avatar

Brad R.

Yelp
Great food and kind servers. Nachos to die for. They kindly allowed us to be seated and served close to closing time. Thanks for the courtesy, cold beer and classic vittles.

Jack P.

Yelp
Amazing food. Bryce is a great server has been very helpful. Service is wonderful and the restaurant feels nostalgic. I love this place. I recommend.

Stephen S.

Yelp
Good food and good service. Loved the Country fried steak and fry bread. Good atmosphere.

Todd O.

Yelp
Service seemed to want us out of there really fast, even though we got there for early dinner. She came up to us while I was eating twice and asked if we wanted dessert or the check. The food was not good. Ordered the prime rib medium rare, came out grey, though the seasonings were good. Sides were canned corn and a tiny baked potato. Best way I could describe it is cafeteria food majorly upcharged.

Chris O.

Yelp
In truth, I do not know how anyone could give this establishment more than 2 stars. It is only getting ANY because the waitress in training was thoughtful attentive and pleasant- the opposite of the one doing the training! We had ribs and a flat iron steak. The ribs were tough and dry; the steak was mehhh. Clearly the rib bbq sauce was a very inexpensive big jar version and the corn came in little condiment cups and was ice cold. I will say the fry bread was outstanding! So two stars overall. I have no idea why other reviews were/are so positive!

Yelp
We found this restaurant on Yelp, and liked the reviews. It looked busy, but we found a place to park & we were seated as soon as we walked in. It was warm (literally & figuratively) upon entering. After seating us, our hostess brought us our drinks. I had the hot tea (hot water and tea bags to choose from brought to the table with sweeteners) & husband had the iced tea. Honey was already on the table. Yum. Lesley was hustling! And she hustled for us, too. She took our orders, and started bringing food out as it was ready. Husband got his freshly made salad within minutes. It was very good! I know because he let me finish it - including the beet and cucumbers that he dislikes. He does not know what he's missing. All of it was great! He ordered the country fried steak, which came with corn and mashed potatoes with white gravy. I got the Lady Burger without cheese or fries. I asked for the coleslaw instead. Everything came out about 15 minutes later, and everything was good. The coleslaw was creamy and slightly sweet, the way I like it. The six ounce burger was the perfect size, cooked just the way I like it - medium. It was a lovely evening, with good food and excellent staff!

Maura R.

Yelp
The food and service at Susie's Branding Iron restaurant was wonderful. They did not disappoint.

Ethan W.

Yelp
Quick service. We got in and 30 seconds later they asked us what we wanted to drink the fountain drinks are amazing I totally recommend the Coke or Root Beer. We have been here already so I knew what to order so 1 minute after we got our drinks they asks us what we wanted to eat. After we ordered our side salad got there 10 seconds later. The salad is great and deserves a 5 star and the salad had homemade blue cheese dressing and it was delicious. The ambiance is great and the music is very good. We got a 2 burgers and a BLT and they were great and great portion sizes. The fries need salt before you eat them but I am not taking a star off because they give salt to you. Overall 5 stars. Ps. I will be coming here any time I go to Moab. EW. 12 years old.

Yelp
Went to this restaurant for dinner after a long day of hiking the red rocks in Moab. I ordered the jalapeno poppers as an appetizer and I had the pork chop cowboy dinner. The food is excellent! The portions are large and filling. One item of note is the fried bread that comes with the cowboy dinner. It is an absolute must have. This restaurant is located outside the hustle and bustle of the downtown Moab area, which was refreshing. They have a large selection of beers, but unfortunately, there are none on tap. (Can't have everything), but the service was friendly and fast. Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
google avatar

Harry D.

Yelp
If you can eat here and don't, then there's something seriously wrong with you! With a cowboy motif it's a cute place. It's not in the crush of downtown but rather south of town so it's mostly locals with a spattering of tourists, they made us feel like long lost friends. The service was superb and Trish gave us service that was second to none. But it's all about the food and that's where they shine. The Mrs and I both had the chicken fried steak smothered in white gravy along with mashed potatoes a veggie and a salad. I'm so stuffed but happy. The steak was perfectly fried and I could bathe in the milk gravy. Everything I saw delivered to tables looked terrific. You also get a wonderfully delicious piece of fried bread, I covered it in butter and honey. OMG! You owe it to yourself to go here!

Yelp
I have leaving a negative review, but I feel like it is necessary to set proper expectations. First the good: Friendly staff, fantastic fry bread, and very good coconut cream pie. Place seemed clean. The bad: The flatiron steak I ordered came out far overcooked. Thy kindly replaced it without any question, which I really appreciated. Sadly, even though the second was cooked correctly to temp, it just wasn't good. No sear at all. If you told be it had been boiled, I would have believed you. It was bland and even had a slightly odd aftertaste. The mashed potatoes and gravy and beans were all decent. My wife ordered the chicken bowl which was disappointingly bland as well. Finally, I will never understand how anyone can be foolish enough to think that cool white bulbs have any place in an indoor setting. All of the light fixtures were filled with cool white bulbs giving off the welcoming ambiance of a gas station - absolutely abysmal for atmosphere. Overall, I think if you don't come here for anything pricey, but instead stick with basic diner-ish items, you will probably be just fine. Just don't go for a good steak. This isn't the place.
google avatar

Tung D.

Yelp
They had seriously good Prime Ribs! I stopped by on Wednesday, 30 minutes before closed, so there were only 2 pieces of prime ribs left. I got the 12oz one. OMG that was one of the best prime ribs I had ever had (and I had had Lawry's in LA). The meat was tender, super juicy (even though cooked medium), and beefy. I couldn't get bored of it. Just superb prime ribs! So many options for sides too, such as salads, fries, fried bread, and corn. Poor some guys who came after me and asked for prime ribs. They were out at that point. The dinner made my evening.
google avatar

Jodi D.

Yelp
Ants crawling on the table and they seemed like they knew they had a problem. The food was overpriced for the quality.

Dinah W.

Yelp
Good home cooking and great comfort food! Close to town and easy to find. It was a nice place to have dinner after a day of hiking
google avatar

Levi S.

Yelp
I got the nacho appetizer platter as a meal, it was ok but really lacked flavor. My son had a chicken bowl with gravy, corn and mashed potatoes, he said that was also really bland. But, my mom and my sister both had the prime rib special and said it was very good. So, I guess it's hit or miss depending on what you order. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the workers were courteous.
google avatar

Bobbi P.

Yelp
I love food that tastes like home. The country fried steak is delicious and you can't go wrong with their juicy burgers. I wish the fries were crispier, but still tasty. Service is always great and they make you feel welcome.
google avatar

Trevor S.

Yelp
Perfect spot for some home cookin'. It reminds me of all the great family dinner places throughout the US. Had the chicken fries steak and baked potato. It was exactly what we were looking for.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Was hungry after a day of hiking. Everyone there was very nice. The nachos were ok, the Ruben sandwich was ok. Good vibe. If I had been more in the mood, probably should've had the prime rib special.
google avatar

Yelp
If you like good old fashion American western food this is a place in Moab to get it. It's kind of off the beaten track 3 miles south of town right along the Highway . It's kind of a local place there are little locals that eat there. I do regularly because I can always get a good meal and don't have to worry about how it's gonna turn out. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of you the whole time you're in there. They have nightly specials each night so the menu isn't the same every day you might have to call and check and see what the special is if you haven't been there before

Tim K.

Yelp
I would've given this restaurant a zero if I could But they did have a very friendly and helpful staff. Now the food --it was terrible. I ordered the barbecue ribs- they were so dry and overcooked that I had to vigorously saw( literally saw) the ribs apart with my steak knife to eat them. My daughter had the Cajun burger, which had no Cajun spice on it. It was supposed to come with toppings, but there were none! She just described her burger as very very bland. The fries weren't crispy at all. I would never return there.
google avatar

Wade N.

Yelp
Not good but not bad. Food was honestly simple and bland. Not complaining but it just wasn't good. Let me put it this way we have been vacationing in the area for a week. So far this is the restaurant we will not be returning to.

Tawni M.

Yelp
Fantastic! My whole family loved their meals. The fry bread was fabulous! The portions were huge!

Charles J.

Yelp
I've been a regular customer for years and have always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, after my last visit, I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'm also not sure I'd recommend this establishment again. The menu hasn't changed in years, so one should rightly expect consistency in the dining experience. During my last meal, the meat had to be sent back twice. At first because the meat was cold (literally), and the second time because I had ordered the meat cooked to medium and it was rare (literally). Since my meat was sent back twice, I had to eat everything else before the meat finally came out correctly (lest everything else become cold). The cooks are not properly preparing food if the meat comes out wrong once let alone twice, and one should not be expected to eat a meal in parts. For being inconvenienced, I received an extra piece of fry bread. At the very least, I should have been given a discount on the price of the meal. Getting an extra piece of fry bread showed what is more important to this establishment... money, not the customer's satisfaction nor a customer's loyalty. I said it before in an earlier review: "it's hit or miss for this one." If you're looking for steaks or prime rib, there's other places to try. The cost will most likely be comparable as prices here are quite high.

Susan C.

Yelp
Down home food and comfortable country atmosphere. It's one of our "go to's" when we don't feel like cooking and want a good meal. The country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn will satisfy a big appetite. Prime rib nights are a treat. I never have room for their excellent pie so it somehow ends up in a to go bag.
google avatar

Jennifer R.

Yelp
Food was really tasty (especially the fries), and our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered chicken fried steak, Navajo tacos, Reuben sandwich, and the pastrami burger. Food came out quickly and portions were generous. We'll definitely go again next time we're in Moab.

Carly L.

Yelp
Susie's Branding Iron is a great local stop. Very good comfort food, fantastic service, and has lots of seating. Split the Green Chili Burger and Chicken Fried Steak sandwich which both came with a side of french fries. The burger was delicious- high quality meat and the chicken fried steak sandwich was really good. Their fries were homemade and very tasty, some of the best fries I've ever had at a restaurant! The prices are much lower than what you would find in downtown Moab and the portion sizes are huge so it's a great deal. The service was great and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy. I know I'll be coming back to Moab and will for sure return to Susie's Branding Iron!
google avatar

Robert P.

Yelp
Got to Moab later than we had planned after a long day. We were hungry and Susie's was close by. So we gave it a whirl. We were greeted and seated quickly and the hostess took our drink orders immediately. Our waitress Emily came by and took our order for an appetizer and since my wife hadn't decided she said she would come back. This happened twice. Every time she came to our table she was friendly and helpful even though we had to have been trying her patience with our indecisiveness ‍ All of our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. The food was good and filling. We will for sure stop here again when we are in Moab
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Came during my trip to Arches and Canyonlands and wanted to find a spot farther away from Moab city central so decided to expand our search. Decided on Susie's cuz of the picture of the prime rib. When we arrived, the place was pretty packed but still a few open tables. I ended up opting for the French Dip. It had slivers of prime rib, came with fries and au jus. The sandwich was fine. The flavor came from the au jus so thankfully I had that. The sandwich wasn't very appealing but it tasted OK. My friends ordered the pork chop, which also looked very plain but was juicy and tender. It still felt very one-noted since there was no sauce provided so my friend just had a few ounces of straight up pork. My other friend ordered the swiss mushroom burger and it was very disappointing. It did not look appetizing at all when it came and the burger was dry, flavorless, and not worth the price. The service was decent and the server came a couple of times to check in on us. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with the meal. While mine was decent, the burger was just not something I'd expect coming from a restaurant.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
First time. Great old country type atmosphere. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Had the prime rib. Was cooked perfect, sides were a little bland but services was great. Priced well for what you got. Would eat here again when back in Moab.
google avatar

Jason P.

Yelp
Not great. Steaks were over cooked and lacked seasoning. Wife's plate came out with fry bread on her meal after we expressly told them she was Celiac. The only decent thing served was in fact the fry bread (I am not celiac) with honey.
google avatar

Brooklyn T.

Yelp
WARNING: The food has no flavor, and you'll feel sick all day if you eat here. Our group of 4 ordered burgers, all of which were absolutely flavorless and utterly disgusting. The cajun burger had ZERO cajun seasoning, and the patty melt was bland. None of the beef patties were salted properly (or at all!!!). I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and asked ahead of time if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. Our waitress said fresh, but the mushrooms on my burger were definitely not fresh, and they were flavorless. The jalapeños were also canned. The bun wasn't special, and I felt like my tongue wasn't working because I wasn't able to taste anything. The only flavor came from the ketchup and fry sauce. Further, the menu said, "all burgers come with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions," but none of our burgers did. Our waitress was also very unpleasant. She acted like she didn't want to be there, and she didn't want us to be there. I WILL say that the waffle fries were pretty good, and the service was fairly quick. However, I would choose literally any other restaurant to eat at. My stomach hasn't been feeling good since I ate there this morning. Such gross food.
google avatar

Ed M.

Yelp
Last night in Moab and Sara picked this Steakhouse for our last Mohave meal. And a good choice it was. Dinner started off with a simple salad and then our Ribeye Steaks came to the table. They were very flavorful and a good size too. The steaks were good but a bit fatty. The restaurant was clean and neat and had a lot of decorations. The staff was great!
google avatar

Kolby S.

Yelp
The food sucked. There was no seasoning on the burger and we had to ask to get garnishes. The Cajun Burger literally had no Cajun, a minimal amount of blue cheese and very rubbery Swiss. The fry sauce was the only thing that made the meal edible. The onion rings seamed more like rings without the onion. The waitress was very unfriendly and didn't service was terrible. I would AVIOD this restaurant and look elsewhere; McDonalds honestly has better food.

J M A.

Yelp
After a day of hiking in the area, pretty hungry, thought about trying the prime rib since there on night available, but I was craving burger and other reviews had positive comments. Agree, 100% hearty portion with 1/2 lb burger and plate full of fries. Friendly staff, only reason I gave 4 is I wanted dessert to take back to room later and wasn't even asked for option just presented with check.

Lately, it appears to me that enjoying a classic dinner of fried chicken, which was very popular in my youth, is disappearing from the United States dining scene, at least along the west coast. Why? Well, I don't have the answer to that question, but if you're looking forward to a traditional fried dinner, and you're in Moab, Utah, Susie's Branding Iron is the go-to restaurant for fried chicken, and barbecue favorites... My dinner was simply delicious! I broke the fry bread into small pieces and dipped it into the bowl of cowboy beans and enjoyed the wholesome goodness, including lots of bacon. Oh yes!!! This was a new thing for me, but I adapted, and enjoyed a super-wonderful dinner of fried chicken, potatoes, cowboy beans, fry bread and salad at Susie's Branding Iron. Crazy as it seems, I passed on the barbecue ribs that Susie's was offering tonight, in favor of their fried chicken. Great food, friendly service, and a wonderful dining room. If you pass on the fried chicken, I'm sure you'll love the ribs. Actually, I KNOW you'll love everything about Susie's Branding Iron, located in Moab, Utah. As the restaurant's motto reads, "Come taste the west..."
