Suter Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel

Very classic hotel with very traditional rooms. My friend's room already looked a little used. Our bibliotheque was only show, but the upstairs room was very nice. The service is excellent. Also the service at breakfast is very good. The breakfast buffet is small , but you can also order eggs and dishes . A very good choice for Bukarest.

I had a wonderful time here with my fiancé and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk was very helpful getting our luggage to the room and our car when it was covered in snow. The restaurant is also very great!!

Warm staff ready to help with anything needed. Very good restaurant. Cozy sleeping bed. Sauna. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had. Amazing view and location.

I had the worst experience here. The staff is rude, face to face they try to act nice but then they turn around and roll their eyes. The food was nasty and cold, the room we stayed in had no working a/c and not to mention the restaurant was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty table, dirty cutlery. Never coming here again!!

Staying at this hotel is an experience and I’m glad I had it! It is beautifully built with so much to absorb when you see it! My favourite was the bar where the bartender is really friendly and knowledgeable . This also offers a gym and sauna and massage. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Also the minibar was nice and reasonably priced . I would highly recommend the breakfast buffet as this was my favourite part! And it comes with bottomless Prosecco ☺️

Our room was incredibly spacious, approximately 60 square meters, offering a truly indulgent experience with a soft bed dressed in luxurious linens. Breakfast was especially extravagant, featuring a rich buffet and delicious dishes prepared from a carefully curated menu, served hot at our table by a friendly waiter. The latte was excellent, and our eggs Benedict came garnished with juicy brioche and fresh spinach leaves—absolutely delightful! The addition of smoked salmon was the perfect finishing touch. The view from our room overlooked the Parliament building and the surrounding hills, making the location both pleasant and serene. It is easily accessible on foot and via public transport, making it ideal for those in search of luxury and tranquility.

My wife, who is Romanian, wanted really to impress me during our first trip together in her country. She booked a room in this outstanding place. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was unbelievable, talking two floors and offering a great view of the city; the decor was beautiful, the staff very professional and courteous. The food exquisite.
