When we arrived we were so impressed, that we entertained the thought to stay for longer. But when you stay for a few days the downsides become apparent. We stayed in the room on the ground floor and it had 0 passive ventilation. You can air out the room only by opening either the door to the communal area or to the street, which is not a solution, since all the sounds easily slip out. I felt always lacking fresh air.
The bathroom door doesn’t fit tightly to the wall and well it means that you cannot have any privacy if a person you are travel with is in the bedroom.
The pros are the communal kitchen, where potentially you can cook & a nice looking pool. We were not able to use it, but I think it would be a nice experience. Also, the check in process was pretty easy, with the guest app that opens the entrance.
All in all, I think I would not stay here one more time due to the issues with the ventilation.
