We had such a wonderful stay at the Sutton Place Toronto. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. And hospitality they go above and beyond. Sue checked us in and she was so lovely. She even sent up a birthday welcome surprise as we were in town to celebrate my birthday. It was unexpected and so kind. It really made us love the hotel even more. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much!!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel while celebrating my friend’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch! Keith was the first person to welcome us, and he went above and beyond—offering nightlife recommendations, helping us with our bags, and even surprising us with champagne and a birthday dessert. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for our stay. We truly felt taken care of and had such a lovely time. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Toronto!

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at the Sutton Place Hotel in Toronto. The pool was the perfect temperature and a great way to relax. The staff, especially the manager, were consistently helpful and genuinely pleasant—every interaction was marked by great energy and warm vibes. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the bar or in-room dining, the food looked amazing every time I walked by. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the entertainment district, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-situated place to stay in Toronto.

We recently hosted a corporate evening event here, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional and accommodating, reaching out in advance, arranging a tasting, and ensuring every detail was aligned with our expectations. On the day of the event, everything was flawlessly executed. The space was beautifully set up, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and every aspect was ready ahead of time. My entire team had a wonderful evening and genuinely enjoyed themselves. The food was truly outstanding—an impressive variety of flavors and textures that worked perfectly together. Many of our guests commented on the quality and creativity of the dishes. What stood out most was the level of care and coordination the staff put into making sure everything ran smoothly. My wife complains that the mattress was not 'fully covered' and this hotel was a bit over our budget but it was great. I loved the location and the front desk staff were so great with my son who is turning six years old. They sent up an unexpected birthday arrangement for him that was anything but basic and just treated us really well. Little things like an empty fridge in the room, nice shampoo and soap in the bathroom make a difference for me.

Good hotel, well located. Room was spacious and well appointed, bed was comfortable. Our room looked directly into some condos, but I'm not shy so that was fine with me. Shower had good water pressure but didn't drain fast enough. The pool was bright and clean. No hot tub though. I would happily stay here again.

From the easy and chatty check in to room service to the restaurant to the car valets and the clerks answering our questions, we were met with calm, relaxing and informative interactions. Again, having been in hotel management ourselves, we have an appreciation of the work and magic that goes into assembling such a guest experience-oriented team and keeping morale high.||We have the opportunity to spend a week away together this summer and have chosen to spend it at this glorious property only a half hour from home rather than travelling because of the impeccably lovely experience we had there a few months ago. We look forward not only to the beautiful room but to relaxing by the pool and dining in the award winning restaurant on property. ||This is a stunning property; it is luxuriously appointed while still offering a welcoming feel for couples and families alike. It may just become the best part of your Toronto experience!

Our stay at The Sutton Hotel for our anniversary was amazing thanks in large part to the incredible service from Sarita at the front desk. She was attentive and kind from the moment we arrived. When she found out it was our anniversary, she surprised us with a delicious dessert from the hotel restaurant and a handwritten postcard note she included with it. It was such a personal and heartfelt gesture that made us feel truly celebrated. It's rare to find that level of care and attention these days. Thank you, Sarita, for making our special day even more unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful space, amazing rooms. Fantastic amenities, the pool is gorgeous. Working with the sales team, especially Marshall and Wendy, was a dream. Highly recommend for corporate events, they were great!

Stayed here for the caribana weekend. Had some challenges finding it initially as I walked from the train station but the staff was polite and I got checked in quickly. Room was nice and spacious with all the amenities I like. The room was far from the elevator but I didn't have to wait long for it. You could hear some street noise but not so much that it disturbed my sleeping. The fire alarm is loud but other than that false alarm, my stay was pleasant.

The front desk associates were very attentive. They provided recommendations of things to do based on the activities going on that weekend. They were super nice and offered us drinks in the morning even if we were heading out. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean. The pool was an indoor pool and they had lounge chairs around the pool to hang out in. It was a very nice pool. They also had valet parking. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. Anything that we needed they provided to us within a reasonable timeframe. It was close enough to all the activities without putting us in the middle of everything. This hotel is located in an area that has construction and doesn't automatically pull up on the gps but it pulls up the condos right next to it. I would def come back and stay at this hotel again.

Every aspect of our stay was amazing! Was upgraded to an awesome room. Front desk was so helpful with everything! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean spacious with the most polite and helpful staff . Quiet cafe on property but closes earlier than stated. Staff is there for 24 hours, rooms are quiet and you can barely hear anything on the busy streets. Modern clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nespresso machine and fridge in the room.

Stayed downtown for one night before we had to head out for a tournament. Great hotel - new , modern and an unbelievable location downtown. Excellent front deck staff. Rooms really beautiful and spacious. Quiet with all amenities you would expect. Valet the next morning was terrific - packed our car better than we could and filled us up with waters before we headed out. Great option if staying downtown - will definitely be coming back

Beautiful, clean hotel in fabulous location downtown Toronto. Booking was easy, staff was efficient, friendly, attentive and very professional. Very very pleased with my stay, I hope to make it my regular place to stay whenever I visit the city.
