The concept behind this specialty coffee shop is genuinely promising—quality beans, a modern minimalist aesthetic, and a focus on artisanal brewing. Unfortunately, the execution falls short where it matters most: hospitality.
The staff seem entirely untrained in basic customer service. There’s a cold, almost indifferent vibe that makes the space feel unwelcoming.
The coffee itself? Solid. You can tell care has gone into sourcing and brewing. But great coffee alone isn’t enough to carry the experience, especially when you’re paying premium prices. And at these price points, it’s not unreasonable to expect somewhere to sit—or at the very least, not feel like you have to balance on one leg while drinking.
Bottom line: A good idea, undone by poor execution, lack of warmth.
