DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is in SHAMBLES. It is completely in inoperable, forget about the luxury or heritage experience that they promise. Your experience will be the complete opposite of photos and descriptions seen online. When you get your room, you will have to call and run after the only staff member at this place countless times in order to get BASIC amenities like towels and sheets for your bed!!! When you finally receive them, they will be thoroughly stained, with no alternative solutions. The bathrooms are dirty. The food is served incomplete and cold. There’s a 2 inch layer of dust on the common area furniture. The a/c doesn’t work at all. The staff are not trained for a “5 star” hotel and don’t offer any help— this is not to blame them, the problem is with executive management. This feels like a completely dishonest moneymaking SCAM. 2 star motels are much better than this place. If those behind Svaatma were honest in wanting to deliver a quality experience for their guests, this hotel would have a lot of potential. Sadly, they clearly don’t care

Don’t go by what you see online. They serve eggs in breakfast. So not pure veg. Staff is extremely helpful. But smiles on the staff’s face cannot solve everything. TV not working, wifi not working, nobody in the spa room. There were a lots of misses if you ask me, probably because we went 1 night before diwali and they had shortage of staff, but still when you pay big bucks you expect a lot. It’s a beautifully made hotel, just wish they could do more to maintain it.

The stay has been terrible. We opted to stay here because we stayed here a year ago and it was a good stay. The welcome was very toned down. Most things on the menu were not available. We asked for South Indian coffee on day 2 only to be told its also not available. The brewed filter coffee tasted unlike coffee. None came to tidy the room. We asked for help and later on after lunch we found that only the bed was made and 2 bottles of bottled water were left in the room. The water bottle for the kettle was not topped up, no toilet paper top up, and no coffee or tea top up. There is noone around to ask for assistance. On checking out I wanted to pay by credit card but was told that the machine is not working. Thankfully we had cash. Then came the next problem....they didn't have change. The general infrastructure is crumbling and badly in need of repair. We will not be returning to this hotel. We have stayed here twice before and now Its terrible. I have advised my travel agent to share the news and not book people here going forward

I have stayed in this Hotel on 27th December 2025. The Room condition is very pathetic. There is no proper sanitary items. There is no shampoo, body lotion or body wash. No bath room mat or Dustbin in the room. The bed sheet and bath towel is very old and having bad smell. There is no tea powder in the room also. I think they are not interest in managing the show. My repeated phone calls for supply of these things failed. After this, I personally went down, and politely requested for these things two times. Finally, the room boy came and given to me. FOOD in Restaurant is also bad. No quality or hygienic. This is just fooling the Domistic and Foreign residents. There is no value for money. Only looting the customers. My humble request to the general public that don't get fooled and it is better to avoid this place or otherwise suffer after going there. This is my just and fair opinion and I am not get provoked or motivated by anybody and in the best interest of general public I have put this posting with deep regret. Please take note of this.

Pl dont expect it as 5 star, a pathetic experience we had 1) No soap, toothpaste, brush, body wash in washroom. 2) No cleanliness maintained in room as well as in wash room also. 3) Wifi under maintenance 4) Gym under maintenance 6) In the 2 rooms, we have taken intercom not working in one room. 7) Towels, bed spreads are not fresh. 8 ) No maintenance at all. At last food okay, staff are polite but not professional. We paid too much for the services we go

Honest review of the place. Service - Basic but polite. When you're used to luxury brands pampering you here they seemed to constantly express regret for lack of amenities! Food - Very happy that it's a vegetarian property barring the use of egg at breakfast. Menu had a good variety - Continental, North Indian and of course South Indian! Ambience - The property has some old World charm but honestly i believe it's overpriced for the room type. The common areas are well done and i requested a tour of the Heritage block - and that seems to be worth it's price!! Overall i felt ripped off but will go back if i get a better deal!

We stayed here for a night during pooja holidays. The gave us a warm welcome. The rooms were good. But restroom was not good, needed maintenance. The lobby was not air conditioned. It was hot. The pool looked poorly maintained and pool area had a weird smell. This place doesn't look as good as it looked in Google or instagram. The food options were very little, no non veg either. For breakfast alone there egg option available. But food tasted good, just like home cooked and very digestion friendly. Restaurant service was good. Food was healthy. I didn't feel so safe there, felt unsafe to walk around alone in their property. The property has a lot of potential, but lacks maintenance.

The place has potential but doesn't meet the high expectations marketed. Room are clean and well maintained but other amenities need improvement. Staff is very polite but lack the professionalism of the hospitality industry. The place has a quiet and serene ambience and the heritage art and craft is worth the money. The major drawbacks are the undermaintained pool and bland food. We preferred to eat outside. There are no cultural activities as marketed. Overall it is a 3 out of 5. Liked the stay but expectations not met
