Extremely Unprofessional – Only Interested in Money, Not Service
Booked Svenska Hotel, Andheri West for my team visiting from the South, with plans for more crew to join. Unfortunately, the experience has been terrible and frustrating.
The staff and management clearly don’t care about client satisfaction or repeat business. They are only focused on extracting money, not on providing even the most basic level of service or hospitality.
We faced zero cooperation, and every small request became a task. When we tried to extend the stay, they deliberately created confusion and added unjustified charges. Absolutely no accountability or willingness to help.
As someone working in the film and creative industry, I deal with a lot of outstation teams.
Based on this pathetic experience, I’ll make sure to warn everyone in my network – if you’re visiting Mumbai, avoid Svenska at all costs. It’s a surefire way to ruin your stay and waste your time, money, and peace of mind.
