Good room. Neat and clean. Comfortable . Recommended . Only drawback is the checkin time. Legally a hotel cannot deny a checkin if it's within 24 hours. They must be careful as this denial can be challenged. That's the only advise i have for them . Even if a visitor has accepted the terms of booking, its not enforceable per law.

Ordering food at Inroom Dining is made a gimmick in this hotel by placing a guy called "butler" here. I was talking to a so called butler to convey what I want in fish and he was not able to understand what I ment to have. when asked to transfer the phone to the chef, to whom I can convey my requirement, to my surprise the guy told chef wont speak!!! I wanted fish spiced up with green chillies and a bit more dry texture and the "butler" brought me a fish dish spicy, Just Spicy.. Boasting as a Five star hotel, is it that we have to eat what is good for them to taste??? or may be they dont have a Chef at all!!! So shame on myself booking this hotel. I hd some work which is near this hotel but the choice was utter flop.

This review is for chef Aziz. Wonderfull person. Wonderfull service good food. If I ever come back to this hotel it will be for him. He goes out of the way to help you.|His food is amazing. His service is amazing. The people around him are amazing

The stay is always excellent, Mr.Chetan n his team are always welcoming. Always suggest this place to my colleagues n family. Kudos to Chetan for always doing a great job n providing excellent services. Will visit again next month for ab official visit just because of the services.

★☆☆☆☆ I booked a twin bed room online at Svenska Hotel in Mumbai, but upon arrival, they did not provide the second bed. To make matters worse, they charged service tax on every bill. When I raised concerns about this and mentioned that I wouldn't pay the additional charges, they started an argument. This experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ---

Hotel is too good .|Mr.Chethan the manager at the reception treated us so well and has helped us with good rooms and was very helpful n kind during our entire stay.|And staff was very kind and there is a in house restaurant also which serves good food and alcohol.rooms are neat and clean.|Nice ambiance budget friendly hotel in Andheri West. So if u r looking for a good hotel do visit Svenska in Andheri West.

Clean and Comfortable Rooms, comfortable beds, and well-maintained facilities. The location suited my work place,the staff is very friendly and always there to assist you, the restaurant has good food, it’s the best place for the budget|Value for money

The location of hotel is on a congested road and not easy to find. Cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel is below average. I found baby cockroaches playing in the bathroom corners and a spider behind the curtains. I killed one cockroach and showed it to the housekeeping staff. This hotels seriously needs a overall pest control. Curtains were hanging loose partially off the rods and did not cover the entire window. Housekeeping staff could not fix that as well and said this will be reported to the maintenance. Services provided by hotel front desk staff, housekeeping was very poor. Front desk staff was little rude andwas not found at the desk at all times. Amenities provided in the room were satisfactory. Quality of the food was satisfactory but not as expected or up to the mark for a Hotel of this class. Service staffs at the restaurant were satisfactory. Wi-Fi speed in the room was satisfactory but not great. Rooms were spacious and bed was large.
