recently stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and our experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of comfort and relaxation during our stay. The staff was warm and courteous throughout, but a special mention goes to Afiya at the front desk. She greeted us with a genuine smile, made our check-in and check-out processes seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for.

Extremely Unprofessional – Only Interested in Money, Not Service Booked Svenska Hotel, Andheri West for my team visiting from the South, with plans for more crew to join. Unfortunately, the experience has been terrible and frustrating. The staff and management clearly don’t care about client satisfaction or repeat business. They are only focused on extracting money, not on providing even the most basic level of service or hospitality. We faced zero cooperation, and every small request became a task. When we tried to extend the stay, they deliberately created confusion and added unjustified charges. Absolutely no accountability or willingness to help. As someone working in the film and creative industry, I deal with a lot of outstation teams. Based on this pathetic experience, I’ll make sure to warn everyone in my network – if you’re visiting Mumbai, avoid Svenska at all costs. It’s a surefire way to ruin your stay and waste your time, money, and peace of mind. Highly unprofessional and not worth it.

We went here for dinner in May 2025. We were a group of 5. The food was excellent. The buffet spread was nice with plenty of veg and non-veg options. Additionally, they also serve customised dish (e.g. pepper mushrooms which was not in the list) when requested. All the food items are tasty and served right from the kitchen.|The service was also nice. A word of thanks to Pratik and team for serving us well.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Management and Unhelpful Staff I had a very disappointing experience at Svenska Hotel, Andheri West. The management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. We received zero help from the staff throughout our stay — not even basic support when needed. Tried to extend our stay, but instead of assisting, they created unnecessary confusion and added random extra charges without justification. Every request was either delayed or ignored, and it honestly felt like we were being deliberately inconvenienced. Absolutely no sense of hospitality, and the overall service was well below even basic standards. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth or respectful experience.

Terrible Experience – Strongly Advise Against Staying Here I had booked a stay at Svenska Hotel, Andheri West for my team who were visiting from the South. This was an important trip, and more people were scheduled to arrive in the following days. Unfortunately, the experience has been absolutely horrible. From the start, the management was completely unhelpful and disorganized. We faced zero cooperation, and even basic requests were either ignored or handled with arrogance. When we tried to extend the booking, they created unnecessary drama and added unjustified charges, without any transparency or support. I work in the film and production industry, and we often have crew and talent visiting Mumbai. Based on this experience, I will personally ensure that everyone from the industry is warned about Svenska. If you’re from the film background or any professional team visiting Mumbai, avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want a frustrating stay and unnecessary loss of time, money, and peace.

Good location for work travelers near Laxmi industrial estate. Staff are very polite. Salman and two female staffs were very helpful. Will visit again. Outside food is allowed which I liked really. Also they serve a good breakfast with versatile menu.

Rooms were clean and big . I stayed there with my friends and i didn’t had any problems as such. The staff was very polite .. Also the man on reception named salman ansari helped with every minor thing.. i had a great stay there. Would surely recommend others.

I have been staying here for last 7 days and it was memorable days for me as I got the best hospatibilty for me hotel staff specially from F N B DEPARTMENT,LAUNDRY AND THE RECEPTION AREA...FEW NAMES WHICH I WAS REALLY FEEL SHOULD GET APPRECIATION CHEF SHAM AND ARYAN...STAFF LIKE PRATIK,MUNAWAR,SUSHANT ,ARIF AND RECEPTION AREA SAFIYA,SALMAAN ,NASIR AND CHETAN AND OTHERS TOO...GATEKEEPERS AS WELL...enjoyed every moment I stayed here...god bless them all...will like to visit again ....impressive and worthy endeavour .PLS FORGIVE ME IF I MISS ANYONE...,
