I've been staying at the Svenska Design Hotel for several days now, and I like this hotel the best because the staff is so good. (Mr. Shumal) and the butler team always greet you with a smile, saying good evening and good morning, which is very nice. Their English is also good. The room is very clean, and the washroom is spotless. The room has all the necessary amenities, and the mini-bar is well-stocked with various items, from snacks to drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my visit to Mumbai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a long day. The staff were extremely polite, Specially Mr. Vikas was so Nice and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, close to the airport and major business areas, yet quiet enough to relax. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the food was fresh and tasty. I also appreciated the hotel’s attention to cleanliness and hygiene, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai — whether for business or leisure.

Svenska Design is a very good hotel with excellent rooms and staff. The Butlers team, especially Mr. Shumal, is wonderful; he looks great when he smiles. The food is very good, and the rooms are clean. I came to stay for two days but ended up staying for four. If you're coming to Mumbai, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I wish there was a NO STAR option. This place should not even be considered as a hotel. We had a confirmed booking and upon arrival, they said the hotel is fully booked and that our booking hasn't been approved yet and the big rude arrogant guy (whoever he is, looked like the frontman) asked us two girls to go find another hotel in the middle of the night without even a single suggestion. He didn't even check our booking or the confirmations. I would not recommend this hotel as they have no courtesy and no manners to treat guests. Please check your booking beforehand or else you might be left stranded without help. I would suggest to simply close it down. One of the worst hotel and EXPERIENCES.. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND DON'T BOOK.

recently stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and our experience was truly wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of comfort and relaxation during our stay. The staff was warm and courteous throughout, but a special mention goes to Afiya at the front desk. She greeted us with a genuine smile, made our check-in and check-out processes seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for.

This is my second stay in this month. The hotel offers decent facilities, but the service could be improved. While the location is great, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations for the price. I hope the management addresses these issues in the future. Extra bed is not at all comfortable.

Extremely Unprofessional – Only Interested in Money, Not Service Booked Svenska Hotel, Andheri West for my team visiting from the South, with plans for more crew to join. Unfortunately, the experience has been terrible and frustrating. The staff and management clearly don’t care about client satisfaction or repeat business. They are only focused on extracting money, not on providing even the most basic level of service or hospitality. We faced zero cooperation, and every small request became a task. When we tried to extend the stay, they deliberately created confusion and added unjustified charges. Absolutely no accountability or willingness to help. As someone working in the film and creative industry, I deal with a lot of outstation teams. Based on this pathetic experience, I’ll make sure to warn everyone in my network – if you’re visiting Mumbai, avoid Svenska at all costs. It’s a surefire way to ruin your stay and waste your time, money, and peace of mind. Highly unprofessional and not worth it.

Location is very good, rooms are decent, clean and airco is working sufficiently, breakfast is also continental. Svenska is my go-to stay in Mumbai always for the past 9 months, mostly monthly.
