"On Adriatic Sea south of Croatia lies Montenegro, a little-known playground for celebrities seeking privacy on European beaches. In the resort-lined Bay of Kotor, all eyes are on Our Lady of the Rocks, a church perched on a picturesque artificial island in the middle of the water. You'll get the best view from Sveti Stefan Beach, where you can lounge in the sun on the pink-hued pebble strip and dip your toes in the clear waters." - Travel + Leisure Editors

This is best beach we found in Montenegro. Clean, quiet, beautiful views, and well cared for. The parking is expensive at 4 euros per hour but worth every penny in our opinion.

Lovely place to spend sometime in summer. Parking costs 4 euro per hour, very expensive for Montenegro. You can park before the entrance at no charge. We like the red rocks and the clean water. Beautiful beach.

The beach is free and very beautiful. You can bring and use your umbrella. It's quite clean, and the sea is stunning. The only negative thing I can mention is the parking. It’s very expensive (4 euros per hour), so it's more reasonable to park a bit further away in the city where parking is free.

Just why. So many better beaches. Its so pebbly with limited choices of restaurants. Look at my other local reviews for tips if you are going to montenegro coast. Sv Stefan was the only disappointment in an otherwise faultless holiday

Stunning beaches, bit nothing else except the high end Olive restaurant, so be aware and take food and drink with you. It does look like there should be shops and toilets, but all closed (maybe just too early in the season) The island is Private and not accessible but the beach and the park through to Milocer Beach (King Beach and Queen Beach)are certainty worth the visit.

Epic beach! Spent some time there with my family in the last few years. Highly recommended!

1. Tour the Island: Sveti Stefan is a small island connected to the mainland by a narrow bridge. Unfortunately you can not stroll through the charming narrow streets, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, and visit the historical buildings. The Island is closed for the past four years. 2. Beaches: The island offers beautiful beaches with clear waters and golden sand. Sveti Stefan Beach is one of the most famous beaches in Montenegro.
