Swallow Barn Frome

We have just arrived home having spent Friday and Saturday at Swallow Barn. Our trip was absolutely faultless, the room was perfect and the views were beautiful especially as we were lucky enough to have had such perfect weather for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Penny and Paul and it was so nice to be greeted with a smile each time we crossed paths. The breakfast was delicious and the chocolate brownies on arrival were the perfect little welcome. Frome was also very beautiful and well worth a visit. Currently looking at my beautiful colourful flowers which Penny cut freshly for me to take home wishing we were still there. Thank you for the most wonderful stay, we hope to be back soon. Livvy xx

What a fantastic weekend me and my partner have just had at Swallow Barn! From the moment we arrived we was made to feel so welcomed and at home. The surroundings are breathtaking with beautiful views and seating areas to wind back and enjoy the peaceful country side. The room we stayed in was so cosy and had been renovated to a very high standard it had everything we needed with lovely added extras to make our trip special. We can not thank Penny And Paul enough for the effort she made with our breakfast each morning and we looked forward to our hamper each morning which contained delicious home made croissants and pastry’s, good quality cheese and jams, fresh fruit and yogurt we was spoilt for choice! Nothing was too much trouble for the owners we was made to feel very relaxed. We have truly enjoyed our weekend and can’t not wait to start planning our return to swallow barn. I can’t recommend this place enough if your looking for a country get away!

Swallow barn is an amazing location, with stunning views and all of those little extra touches that made our stay so special. Penny and Paul were great hosts, who made us feel so welcome. We cant wait to go back again!

Had the most amazing three days here. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully done. The garden room and gardens are stunning. Breakfast is so well thought out with lovely personal touches like a bag of animal toys for our daughter. Hosts friendly and welcoming. We arrived to fresh scones and hot drinks after a long journey and some excellent restaurant reccomendations. I've already sent the link to friends. Easiest 5 stars ever

We stayed at swallow barn early August this year could not fault anything lovely welcome from Penny every detail done to perfection. Would highly recommend Swallow Barn.

Just spent a wonderful birthday weekend at Swallow Barn.Room was warm,cosy and inviting with everything we needed for our stay. Penny’s attention to detail and the location just awesome! - highly recommended!

Honestly one of the nicest weekends away I have had, friendly welcoming hosts , the room is clean and perfectly equipped for a relaxing get away, can't ask for anymore.
