Excellent little french style restaurant. I tried their traditional buckwheat crepe Benedict style with 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms and bechamel. Served open face for a nice presentation. Good coffee.

A beautiful little slice of Paris in this pretty French café in the heart of Cape Town. Swan Café is a must see for any coffee lovers. From the beautiful decor, to the calm atmosphere and good food (some of the best crepés in Cape Town!), it's definately worth a visit. My wife and I have been here twice and will definately be back again soon! Food: 4/5 **** Service: 3/5 *** Atmosphere: 4/5 ****

Wowww, this place was GREAT. The food was soooo good and well priced, felt very fresh and nourishing. Cafe was clean and service was friendly. I’d definitely go again!

This Café provides an intimate setting for those looking to go on a platonic date or a romantic date. Staying true to the theme of being a French café, the staff will greet you and bid a farewell to you in French, which I appreciated. It's little things like this that matter. There is a wide selection of hot beverages to choose from. I loved their specialty teas that they offer. We ordered the sweet crêpes, I had the classic Nutella with bananas, and it was so delicious. My date had the cinnamon sugar. He is from Belgium, and he said that the crêpes were the best he has ever had.

I wasn’t a big fan of the crepe. Personally, I like mine to be soft and eggy, with no crisp at all. This one just didn’t hit the mark for me. I also asked if I could get it packed to go, but they insisted I sit down and eat it there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not what I was looking for.

Popped past by chance and was slightly hesitant given I am not a big fan of French cuisine. But admittedly I was very pleasantly surprised. The new mince crepe (can't remember the exact name) was delicious! I also tried the chicken and mushroom and it was tasty - but little thin on the chicken and heavy handed on the mushrooms! Staff and coffee were great - all round good experience. I do think the prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the restaurant was busy so evidently not much of a deterrent. Would definitely recommend if you want to try something different

One of my favourite café experiences. Highly recommend their mocha and bacon and egg crepé

Swan Café is an absolute gem in Cape Town! The food is incredible, every crêpe is a flavour bomb. The matcha and canelé is a must-try (perfectly caramelised outside, soft inside). The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the café itself is beautifully decorated with that warm French-touch. It’s the perfect spot to escape the Cape Town buzz and take a delicious little break. Highly recommend!
