Swan River Hotel

Great King room with huge comfy king sized bed with crisp clean linen. River views, clean large room with coffe/tea and wine fridge with 2 inviting glasses chilled! Nicely appointed bathroom. This place is like a jewellery box full of glitz and glammor, sparkling chandeliers, designer furniture and marble everywhere. Front desk staff very helpful, same with dining room staff. We ordered lamb shank and Crispy pork belly both of which were very good, brought to our table via a robot!! We will definitely make this our Perth stay in future. Cons were gardens need work and carpets in room showing their age.

Only spent one night but room was beautiful and quiet. Very neat clean and stunning overall. Overlooking the Swan. Professional reception. Great location to city without the bustle. Near Ascot racecourse. Plenty of parking. Will definitely visit again.

We came for lunch on Thursday 9 October. Lovely lunch. And had the BEST service from a lady called Leanne Corbett! She was super friendly, chatty and bubbly and really made our lunch so easy enjoyable. Thankyou Leanne. 😀

Went for the buffet breakfast on Sunday and loved it. So many tasty options and everything was fresh. The chef was super friendly and made the whole vibe really welcoming. The view by the river was beautiful and having free parking on site. We had a really nice, chill morning and will definitely be back ! can’t wait to bring the family next time. Highly recommend!!!

Look the rooms were not that bad, just very empty. The major problem is that it appears it houses all the homeless, with multiple people sleeping around the property. The worst is the breakfast asked for a simple avocado on toast with a poached egg and received an extremely hard boiled egg to the point that it became rubbery and had to be chewed. Genuinely worried I might have food poisoning, definitely skip the breakfast. Won’t be staying there again.

Really enjoyed my stay here after a cancelled flight. Service was warm and inviting. Rooms were comfortable. Perhaps needing a revamp but certainly nice nonetheless. I really enjoyed my dinner and breakfast. Whoever the chefs are, know their skills well. Food blew me away and I was full and content ☺️

Went for lunch last Friday, location is fabulous, food was diabolical. Such a shame this pub is located in a five star spot on the river but the food and decor is totally deplorable. Has the potential to be a wonderful Perth establishment with some renovation and actual trained kitchen staff.

We just went there for lunch. It’s just okay. Chips and gnocchi were nice but it’s pretty overpriced (The gnocchi was listed as a special but still $27). Even a glass of House Prosecco is expensive. Staff were okay. Probably won’t go again.
