Swansea Beach Chalets

Conveniently located right next to the beach with stunning views of sunrise and sunset. Short 3min walk to the near by Tavern which served great cocktails. TV has Netflix as well. Check in process was flawless. I unfortunately arrived after reception hours but my key was prepared in a well sealed envelope addressed to me with instructions for everything you need at the chalet. On site laundry is great as well and a short stroll from my chalet. Will book again!

Cozy little cabin by the beach, not too far from Freycinet Park. Loved our stay, very peaceful. The units are clean and well equipped. If you are looking for a place to eat nearby, highly recommend The Branch.

The chalet was gorgeous, so clean and spacious and with an amazing view. The woman who checked us in was lovely and friendly but the (different) woman I returned the key to was grumpy and didn't smile at me when I gave the key back. A smile goes a long way!

Wow was pleasantly surprised by the beach chalet, perfect location on the water, which were greeted with fabulous moon rise and even better sunrise in the morning. Very clean and great chalet for two people, with kitchenette with all equipment needed. Highly recommend this property if you’re in the area.

From phoneing to book to my departure date the service was friendly, inviting and informative. Location is great. View was amazing. Beds were so comfortable. The chalets was clean, grounds clean and fire pit ready to light was a bonus. Thankyou.

100% worth getting the water front rooms. Amazing view and great location! 10 min walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool (nice temperature).

I booked my stay here thru Booking.com on the night of 26/11/24 and didn’t realize that instead of 27/12 I must have pressed 27/11 for 2 nights stay here. ||Less than 24hrs and MY mistake realized. Emailed & Called the hotel immediately they said contact booking.com who were understanding and said they would refund despite being non refundable if the hotel agreed. Called and emailed the hotel begging them to NOT even refund just credit the amount of 547AUD to my correct travel dates of 27-29/12/24 to which they declined saying hotel policy and responsibility to shareholders! Even though the hotel offered me the same dates and to pay them 500AUD again !!!! ||No Xmas spirit and Humans make mistakes, this is their customer service. ||I don’t like writing negative reviews but thought it appropriate to warn people to avoid such traps. ||For proof I have all emails from hotel and booking.com so this review and my experience is true and I will not be staying here ever.

Fantastic value for money for this time of year. Brand new chalet, incredible view, peaceful lapping of water on the shore at night, comfortable, new couch, silky soft sheets - couldn't have asked for more. Our one regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
