Swarga Suites feels like a second home to me in Bali.
I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit reinforces the feeling that this is a place I’m always happy to return to. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. I especially recommend the pool access room, number 208 – it has a private terrace that opens directly to the pool, and the sun shines there well into the afternoon. A perfect spot to relax and start the day in peace. The hotel staff truly make the stay special. Everyone – from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team – greets you with a genuine smile and clearly cares about the guests. A special thank you to the restaurant supervisor Diyani, whom I first met back in 2017. Her sincere friendliness and excellent customer service left a lasting impression and were a big reason why I chose to return to this hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with both local and international options available. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, ideal for rest and relaxation. There is some noise from a nearby construction site during the daytime, but it didn’t disturb my stay at all. The location is excellent: the hotel sits right by the beach, and it’s easy to get around the island by scooter. If you're driving a car, it's a good idea to allow extra time during peak traffic hours. I warmly recommend Swarga Suites to anyone looking for a relaxed, clean, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Bali. The service, surroundings, and atmosphere make every stay a truly enjoyable experience – and I already look forward to returning again.

Just spent a blissful week here with my two older teenage boys in a family suite. A superb property. The staff are exceptional, the food is very, very good, the spa is magnificent, the rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotless. The pool is wonderful and the ocean view cannot be beaten. The location is dynamite, with top end restaurants and beach clubs a few minutes walk as well as warungs on the beach. We will absolutely be back and would recommend the property to anyone in a heartbeat. Top tip: do the cooking class - it's so much fun!

Great location with direct private access to the beach. Beautiful views if you book an ocean facing room. All of the facilities and amenities are very modern and first class. Service is warm and highly professional. Restaurant is of a very high quality, the bar upstairs offers a great ocean view with your drinks. There are beach clubs nearby, but I found the room to be sound-proofed well, I didn't have a noise problem. Overall the hotel offers a very modern, professional 5 star experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—conveniently close to all the major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

A beautiful hotel with stunning facilities (pool, spa, gym), very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent service. They assist with all questions and are very attentive to our needs. The room is lovely with a beautiful view, and the room service is top-notch. Plus, the hotel's direct beach access was a fantastic bonus!

Stayed here with a friend for a holiday - genuinely thought this one of the best hotels I've stayed at! Rooms felt luxurious, lots of storage space, towels / robes / bedding / snacks (water bottles / coke cans / biscuits / coffee and tea sachets) were replaced daily which felt like a treat. Laundry service was at a great price and loved the way the clothes came back smelling after, folded or kept on hangers (based on your preference). Room service was quick too - not just with food, but with any repairs (room lock / telephone / safe). When we reported a problem, it would be sorted in literally the next 10 minutes - it was incredible! (Also, the rooms were well air conditioned which was a welcoming break from the heat outside). The breakfast buffet (included in our price) was delicious - wide selection of fresh fruit, freshly made pancakes or waffles, cereal, toast, savoury dishes (mi goreng), sweet snacks (donuts / buns) and so much more! The staff were incredibly hospitable, professional and timely. Easy to reach via WhatsApp or the room phone, and very willing to help answer any queries. We asked if some of the food could be made vegetarian at breakfast, and they were happy to serve us a veggie version in 15 min! The pool was large, spacious and well maintained. It is a genuinely great location - where you could step onto the Berawa beach directly from the hotel, but I gave it 4 out of 5 only out of personal preference, as I felt like we had to travel 20 min to reach the places in Canggu I wanted to go (more towards city centre). If you prefer more of the party scene, it's right next door to the main beach clubs at Canggu so it would be perfect if that had been more my thing. Overall, loved the hotel, and would definitely bring my loved ones here if I were to visit again!

I had a really good time at Swarga Suites. It is a really nice place for pool time, massages, dining and drinks. The staff is great and everything is organised so well. There is also a beach access. However, the beach is not a swimming beach. It is pretty busy there. The pool loungers are not directly at the pool. So, I recommend the rooms with a direct pool access.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Swarga Bali Berawa Suites as a family with a young child, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated - very comfortable and quiet, even though the hotel is close to the heart of Canggu. It felt like a little hidden gem. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. They were especially sweet to our daughter, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfasts were delicious, and the location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed peaceful sunset strolls every evening. It’s the kind of place where you can really slow down, recharge, and feel at home. We’re so grateful for the experience and would love to come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and warmth near the ocean.
