Swarga Suites Bali Berawa, Marclan Collection

This was the first time me and my family visited Bali. The hotel was so clean and the staff members were very friendly and kind to everyone. They provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was great, beach front, a great view, easy to walk to the beach club. We stayed 10 days everyday was wonderful and relxing. We will come back to the same hotel next time.

Amazing location, very convenient to go to any beach clubs. our experience was very good. food could be better. they can add few varieties to make it palatable for all guests. We were very happy till the time of the checkout. At check out the lady at the counter was very rude and asked us irrelevant questions about some linen missing in the room. Housekeeping should check the room properly before the guest leaves and then inform the reception. This was unacceptable and offensive as they found everything in the room in its original condition.

Just spent a blissful week here with my two older teenage boys in a family suite. A superb property. The staff are exceptional, the food is very, very good, the spa is magnificent, the rooms are spacious, well appointed and spotless. The pool is wonderful and the ocean view cannot be beaten. The location is dynamite, with top end restaurants and beach clubs a few minutes walk as well as warungs on the beach. We will absolutely be back and would recommend the property to anyone in a heartbeat. Top tip: do the cooking class - it's so much fun!

We stayed at the royal suite for 3nights. The room was huge with a beautiful garden. The hotel is situated in the quiet area of canggu which I recommend as there is so many noisy beach clubs and constructions. The staff were super nice. The only downside was the breakfast lot of choices but not really good the last day we went to have breakfast outside. You can see beautiful sunset from the beach and the pool is quite nice.

I’ve stayed here several times, and each visit reinforces the feeling that this is a place I’m always happy to return to. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. I especially recommend the pool access room, number 208 – it has a private terrace that opens directly to the pool, and the sun shines there well into the afternoon. A perfect spot to relax and start the day in peace. The hotel staff truly make the stay special. Everyone – from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team – greets you with a genuine smile and clearly cares about the guests. A special thank you to the restaurant supervisor Diyani, whom I first met back in 2017. Her sincere friendliness and excellent customer service left a lasting impression and were a big reason why I chose to return to this hotel. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with both local and international options available. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, ideal for rest and relaxation. There is some noise from a nearby construction site during the daytime, but it didn’t disturb my stay at all. The location is excellent: the hotel sits right by the beach, and it’s easy to get around the island by scooter. If you're driving a car, it's a good idea to allow extra time during peak traffic hours. I warmly recommend Swarga Suites to anyone looking for a relaxed, clean, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Bali. The service, surroundings, and atmosphere make every stay a truly enjoyable experience – and I already look forward to returning again.

Our stay at Swarge Suites in Bali was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as family. A special thanks to Koming, the front office manager, who quickly became more than a hotel staff member—she became our sister. Her warmth and genuine care made a lasting impact on us. Febri at the reception was another shining star. Always ready to help, always smiling—her support meant so much throughout our stay. The traditional Balinese dance performance she and her colleagues put on was beautiful and heartfelt. I’ve traveled the world, and I can truly say Febri is the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered. We also met Hilal, who now feels like a brother to us. He has a kind and amazing heart, and it was a joy getting to know him. Swarge Suites made us feel completely at home. The entire team radiates positive energy and treats every guest like family. If you’re looking for a place in Bali where you’ll be cared for, respected, and welcomed with open arms, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back and see you all again. Great location with direct private access to the beach. Beautiful views if you book an ocean facing room. All of the facilities and amenities are very modern and first class. Service is warm and highly professional. Restaurant is of a very high quality, the bar upstairs offers a great ocean view with your drinks. There are beach clubs nearby, but I found the room to be sound-proofed well, I didn't have a noise problem. Overall the hotel offers a very modern, professional 5 star experience.

Very clean hotel right in front of the beach and walking distance to various beachclubs, beaches and shops. Very clean and beautiful large duplex family room with sea view. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Food and breakfast were delicious. Gym was a bit small but enough for a few days stay. Overall it was a fantastic hotel.
