Swarovski at The Shops at Wailea

So disappointed!! Was ready to spend some hard earned money! It’s a tradition for us to shop at the store yearly when we visit Maui. Couldn’t get waited on. Helped folks that entered the store after us! I was wearing 3 of my rings purchased the years prior. Was interested in buying some bracelets and rings. When she said she didn’t have the size ring we needed , said to shop on line. We took our money and left!! WONT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!! We were there 4-27-23 at 1300

The ladies who work here are so fun and extremely helpful. The store has a huge selection of jewelry and decorative items. I shop here every time I am in Wailea!

Typically great experience this time terrible experience we always buy yearly it’s a tradition and she made us never to want to return will buy jewelry elsewhere sad to say
