One of the most beautiful museums and art spaces in the world. We've been three times, six months apart, and the exhibition has been updated and changed during that time. There are so many exhibits, everything is creative, everything is meaningful. I highly recommend it.

This place is located outside Innsbruck and if you have the Innsbruck pass, its included in that. Every few hours the bus leaves from Innsbruck train station and you can hop on the bus and reach it. The exterior of this place is like subtle, serene and peaceful. But, when you enter inside, you enter a dreamworld. You are awed and dazzled by crystals of all shapes, sizes and colours. Different rooms have different themes designed by renowned artists from all over the world. This glitter and glam place is a must visit if you are in Austria. The voices from all the employees talking in various languages is a work of genius and so are the conceptualised displays. Our very own Chetak, Maharana Pratap’s horse finds a place in this. This is like Alice in wonderland and more with crystals reflecting in the eyes.

This place surpassed all our expectations. Considering that the tickets are not very expensive, this place offer a wide variety and f activities for all age groups. Be it the Crystal world for the parents, the play area for kids you can easily spend a day here. One star minus for the food choices. The choices are limited and a bit on the expensive side with waiting times. However you can drive down to the amazing Thai restaurant nearby n case you are very hungry. A day well spent and highly recommended !

Google
Definitely worth a visit. Lovely crystal display and fabulous shop displaying work of art, which is available for display. Use the Innsbruck card for free entry. We went there by bus and saw lovely mountain views. Nice restaurant for coffee and snacks, full meal if you want.

Nice museum and park. Easily can spend half a day. Recommend to use their own shuttle service. They have a good restaurant. If possible try to visit the garden in dusk to see the illumination. Imo, bit overrated as compared to other places in Innsbruck.

Google
It’s a large and impressive museum with a lot of interesting and varied information. It’s both enjoyable and educational—definitely worth visiting if you’re within an hour’s drive. The garden and surrounding facilities are also really nice. You can take a lovely walk through the garden and enjoy the scenery. Prices are generally better than in the Gulf region, making it a good spot to shop as well. Overall, a fun and worthwhile stop if you’re in the area!

Google
A wonderful place to visit with or without kids! We spent five hours here and had such a great time exploring the exhibits and enjoying the park. My child loved the activities, and everything is well organized for families. Friendly atmosphere, beautiful views, and unforgettable impressions. Definitely recommend!

Google
Wonderful museum and park - the area around the museum. Suitable for everyone. There is a futuristic cafe, open until 17:00 (it's a pity we didn't get there((it closes early), there are many beautiful installations around, you can write a wish and hang it on the board (there is a stall nearby, apparently they sell the wish sheets themselves). We received aesthetic pleasure from the visit! 😍❤️

Yelp
Fun place especially if you like sparkly things. The exhibits had a lot of details and were interesting to look at.

Yelp
SO much more than I was expecting. Absolutely beautiful. You can probably spend about 1-3 hours here depending on your pace. Huge gift/jewelry store at the end and lovely restaurant with amazing views. Definitely worth a visit and THE highlight of my trip to Innsbruck.

Yelp
This place is a hotspot for tour busses. If you're taking the city bus here, or driving, try to arrive early or come late to avoid the crowds. There are so many people it is not enjoyable to walk through this self-guided gallery this way as people get bottlenecked the second someone stops to take a selfie, and of course EVERYONE needs a selfie. The store is HUGE and there's a lot to choose from, but it is a literal free for all when the tour busses are there. Literally had a woman slap my hand away when reaching for some earrings I was looking at. But here's where this place gets 4 stars, and the caveat is that a little bit of German and some good manners go a long way: A friend and I were looking at some jewelry in a case and I had asked an employee "auf deutsch" if we could see it and try it on. She was so pleased that she invited us to the VIP section for some Cava, snacks and a lounge (we also got to skip the loooong checkout lines by purchasing in the VIP area) We also came away with a few complimentary gifts. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is incredibly nice and the gallery is great (when it isn't jam packed). If you're in Innsbruck, make the trek.

Yelp
Fun place to be. I thought It better be for the traffic we have to go through. Alas, the place did not disappoint at all. This is one place where Young and old can enjoy. A feast for the senses, not just the eyes. The exhibits are awesome. Someone really took time and extreme work to get the arts alive. The play tower is a big plus. Do remember to bring a did credit card too if you are into fine crystals and jewelry.

Yelp
I totally love this place. It was our second time there. For the first time was only two of us and we was impressed. This time we decided to bring our family and our baby. I was worry in the beginning how we can make it with buggy but then there is access everywhere with elevators. Place is very kids friendly. Our 10 months old baby was amazed. Even for a second time is a beautiful and magic experience. It's like Willy Wonka factory, like a childhood dream. I'm more than thirty now and I love this place. I wish we could have more time there or I could stay overnight. The connection of sound smell and vision is perfect. I can imagine that for some people it's pricey but for sure worth to visit even if you are not a crystals lover. I found also some nice jewelry for myself and for gifts. The prices are much better than in other stores offered Swarovski crystals and choice is amazing. I hope I can go back there in some time also when my baby will be bigger that he could have more fun. Unfortunately we couldn't visit kids playground but looking forward to do in the future. I wish I could one day found out from where all Idea comes. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Awesome !!!! Had time of my life:) with family! Traveled 4.5 hr on the way to and on the way back:) but worth every minute! I'm a member for 18 years! Got invited to VIP lounge and whole family got treated like special guest amd received gifts. Awesome scenery! Surrounded by Alps ! At that time they had outdoor show! Twice a day outdoor movie-theater. Great shop! Great atmosphere ! Great please to visit in general! Meat a lot to me! Great Experience !

Yelp
Enroute from Salzburg we made it a point to visit the Innsbruck area and as luck would have it we drove right by this wonderful place. A large outdoor area with plenty to see, and inside, a fabulous store with Swarovski sparkled ceilings and benches. I saw many pieces that I had never seen in America, but they were v-e-r-y, very pricey. You know, with the factory itself within eyesight, you would think that prices would be far lower than they are 6,000 miles away in LA. ....NO! I walked away without buying a thing. I can't believe I even typed that!

Yelp
This facility is largely a gallery/art installation where you walk through various static or moving displays. There are various creations from crystal or crystal integrated with other materials. At the end of the tour you are led to a large shop which has a good range of jewellery and other items, some of which is discounted (its not a clearance store though). Entry to the crystal worlds also gives access to the large garden area to the rear, which has a number of manmade ponds / grassy areas, a elevated lookout/viewing platform with binoculars where you can look up to the surrounding mountains, and a multi-level play area... which is fun for both adults and kids in which you can climb rope structures, jump along trampolines, and slide down timbers. Funnily enough we probably had more fun in this play area than through the exhibition (think a group of 10 late-20-somethings going epic on the mini tramp). Worth a visit if you are in Innsbruck for a while, however I'd check out some of the other sights first. Entry is 19 EUR which is a little steep for whats on offer.

Yelp
At first I was surprised at how much the entrance fee was. But then once we took a walk to the gardens and the facilities they had for the children we felt it was pretty interesting. Went to the main display we were absolutely floored and it was fascinating. It was well worth the money and effort. I highly recommend this place if you have the time

Yelp
The cafe is delicious and the rang of indoor and outdoor exhibits was fantastic. Super fun and funky. Don't expect a museum of Swarovski history though. It's mostly contemporary art made with crystals.

Yelp
a tourist trap of worst kind. i love crystal but the kitchy willie wonka style modern art presentation was hideous. i cant recall the lst time i felt that ripped off for $20 per peson plus $10 bus. btw he lied, there is a train.
