Swat Serena Hotel

The location is very good and big. It takes a long time to get there and you have to cross the whole city. Rooms are cosy and heaters are good. Staff is very courteous. Food options are limited. Bonfire is good on weekends. Family rooms with two full beds are missing. The road from entry to parking is very tricky to drive.

Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Tv entertainment channels need improvement. Breakfast and outdoor activities were good. Loved their lawns. Children enjoyed in the play area a lot. Location is also great very central. Food was decent.

Their prices are like they are sitting in California or Dubai, while service is typically Swati. These owners or management of places are insane or wild, i dont know who is comfortable to pay these hefty amounts for such places

Very happy stay at this wonderful location which has everything from location to the quality and history of the wonderful place. The personnel were polite and helpful but some confusion about charges could have been avoided with better communication. Wonderful local live music in the evening and knowledgeable manager in the restaurant added to the atmosphere.

We had an amazing experience here. The hotel is beautiful, the lawns, the ambiance and especially the food. I would highly appreciate the hotel staff service who were so helpful and caring. I would say it was the best hotel in vicinity. No other hotel has this grandeur. All destinations are in reach as well. The transport service that hotel has is also amazing. New cars and really good drivers with reasonable rates. It's worth the money you spend here. It's for people of class!

It was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and cozy.

Serena seriously needs to work on the taste of their food. Bring some innovation in dining
