This place is amazing. They have every fruit and veggie you could imagine and they're all super fresh! I thought I'd spend about $50 for all the items in my cart but it rang up to just under $19. The service was super friendly. We were rang out by Kimberly who is the sweetest! This is our new go to spot for 100% fresh produce! Thank you for my early morning snack 😊

Great food market. They are the only place around that seems my favorite kiss melons. They also still have cotton candy grapes! It's kinda tight with thin isles. They have a lot in a little store. I've had their catered subs and the are good too

I drive a long distance for Sweet Berry! It's definitely worth the drive. Fresh produce, decent cuts of meats, fresh baked goods, hot foods, delicious deli meats and cheeses. Prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Awesome product good prices cooked food selection is great service is good and quality of the food has been excellent although the food preparation has fallen off a little bit overall this is a great place to shop.

Great produce, great prices. Absolutely worth braving the crowds. the check out and deli line kinda run together, but if you look up for signs it will be easier. Avoid getting a cart if you don't need one. Aisles are small

Super amazing quality. Even better prices. This place is 100% unbelieveable. Hands down the best part of Sweet Berry is their super low prices and the fresh high quality of their product, (I think in part because they come directly from farms to the consumer). Service is very good as well, no shortage of staff on the floor. Complete with a quality Deli that does solid sandwiches or meats at fair prices, Sweet Berry is sure to please any keen shopper. The variety is also pretty good, as you can basically get almost any type of food item you would normally find in a regular supermarket. You are bound to find something you are not accustomed to seeing in regular supermarkets too, which is always fun! The store layout is very cramped and pretty tight however, which allows very little maneuverability (even with the smaller carts). This is usually pretty rough because Sweet Berry is always bustling with keen shoppers. So if you go then make sure you have some time to spare as you could be waiting a bit. The checkout experience is super awesome however. There are no shortages of checkout staff as every one of their 8 plus lanes are always open, and staff are always hustling and moving very fast which I very much appreciate. Also Plenty of parking, even on packed days. Overall, this is a superb place to go for exceptional fresh quality at unbelievably low prices. This is a new hidden gem I will be visiting to get fresh produce (and those uncommon items not found elsewhere). Love it!

Ok, this place is AMAZING! Our cousin brought food from SweetBerry to a party at our lake house a few weeks back. It was so good that we decided to stop here when we were back in-town. WOW! It is crazy. Frantic. Narrow aisles. Tons of customers. Super helpful employees. Amazing produce, meats, prepared foods, and more. We shopped for 45 minutes until our cart was overflowing. The checkout line stretched through 2/3rds of the store but we were through it in 10 minutes. This is how you run a great local business! Oh, and the prices are amazing too... meaning low! Go here. You won't be disappointed.

What a delightful, hidden gem! We drove past one day and decided to see what it was. So glad we stopped! The prices are amazing, so much better than Giant Eagle or Heinen's! Their produce section is great, with lots of veggies you don't often see for a good price at bigger groceries. The staff were friendly and efficient despite how busy it was and everyone we encountered seemed happy to be there. One thing to consider: it's super small. You're going to have to wait to go down an aisle, or for people to move so that you can get by. This isn't a deal breaker for me, everyone was very polite and seemed used to the small space. Considering all the other great aspects, this is a minor thing to consider. We've been back twice since our first visit, this is our new go-to grocery!

Awesome little market with great fresh produce, premade meals, freshly baked bread and bakery, and any other type of groceries you may need. Not only is it a great place to shop for groceries, it is also a great place to get hot, fresh, and flavorful fried chicken. Love the fried chicken, it was crispy while still being juicy and tender, not dry and not too greasy. Also it wasn't bland at all, the breading was seasoned very well and you could taste every seasoning that they used. Everyone that works here is always so nice and friendly and everything in the store has great prices, nothing was super expensive, definitely will shop here again.

Great prices and quality fruits,vegetables,meats and a big deli. Only drawback for me is the attitude of some the deli personnel. Big guy always has an attitude along with a couple of the women. People working registers are always nice.

Love this place! No I drive 40 mins to get there. Produce is excellent, deli is excellent, bread's excellent. They will also make you a sandwich. Staff is great. You can try before you buy the salads or deli. Everyone is nice. Prices are exceptional. It gets crowded. Lots of people and hard to know if the line is for the deli or check out. Everything moves fast. Worth the drive and the wait.

So good I'll never come back! This place is shoulder to shoulder everytime I stop in. Today I walked in and walked right out because they were so busy. I'd love to keep coming but I have a panic attack everytime. Subs are great tho!

I love this store I'm here every week! Only down side the store has is the woman at the deli shop where they make the sandwiches some of their attitudes are horrible!!!! But once you get pass them the cashiers are nice

Fresh fruit and vegetables. There's a surprise around every corner. The lines are long especially on the weekends but the lines move quickly.

Cool little store with lots of healthy food. It has some things that aren't healthy but everything looks good. Sweetberry Fresh Market is the best place in the area for produce. Only bad thing is that it's crowded. The place doesn't have much room so there's always a big line. Grocery shopping sucks but it's better shopping local. If you look around here you can find products from many local farmers and they look fresher than at other grocery stores. The produce section is full of colorful fruits and vegetables. Also there's a pretty good selection of shelf items. There's all kinds of juices. At the deli counter they cut meat and there's also homemade salads you can buy in bulk. The prices are good for an independent store. Frozen stuff can get expensive. The produce is a good price. It seems like the worst thing is they get busy. Lines can stretch from the register to the other end of the store because there's only a few checkouts. The good thing about this is that it shows people like what it's selling.

Had a clambake for 6 people on Sunday from Sweetberrys Tom in the meat market was very helpful in taking the order. Mark in the meat department gave me the order with everything as promised. Have been here a few times and things are always fresh produce and a variety of products.

Heard so much about this market we had to try it out. The selections were excellent, produce was fresh, and everyone was helpful. Very diverse selection of foods and items. Only thing was the small isles and crowd. This store was packed. No much room to move around and social distancing is not possible here. May need to try it on a weekday because I liked the produce.

Always fresh produce, staff very helpful. Close quarters for the most part. Baked items are good too.

I love this place. The prices here are unbeatable and the fruit and veggies are always GORGEOUS. I'm trying to make it a weekly place I go because I'm never let down. The only downside is how small it is in here. I'm always struggling to stay out of everyone's way. You have to basically know what you want because It's hard to stand and browse. To me, I feel like it's worth it because everything I get here is always priced well and super fresh!

My first time visiting this market. Everyone was very nice. Very clean store, fruits and vegetables looked great, and meats looked fresh. I got so much for what I spent! Customer service was excellent!

A tiny market but the prices are really reasonable. I just hate how tiny it is on the inside. There isn't enough room for someone with a cart to come down the aisle with me without bumping into me. The fruit is the only thing I come for and it's always high quality for the low price. Cashiers are nice every time I come. If you're looking for quality produce that's cheap, shop here.

This place is such a gem, I almost don't want to write this review. It's not a very well kept secret, though, because this place is packed, especially on the weekends. Where else are you going to get absolute steals on fresh produce? They do stay crowded and with such great deals, that comes as no surprise. They have a private parking lot and plenty of accessible spaces as well. Be prepared for the fact it's also a bit noisy from all the people inside. But it's definitely worth it. The staff was very courteous, too. All of the food we picked up was incredible and I will be going back.

Love Sweet Berry Quality fresh produce. Check out line is sometimes long but they have many checkouts and move it fast. Love having a small great place to shop nearby. They are always adding great fruit& veggies. Meat department well stocked. Staff friendly.

Recently visited this place while I was on vacation. I loved the variety of fresh food offered here. Parking is easy to find too. The Staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I do personally think the lighting here is really dim which I'm not too much of a fan of. Lines move at a fair pace. Prices are more fair. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back!

Cons for this place first: Oooooh, I'm decompressing after my visit. They have the most horrendous traffic flow I've ever seen in a tiny store. I wasn't aware of the checkout etiquette, which wrapped around the deli and well into the back of the store. Good luck I guess, if you want to go to the deli. If you're clostrophobic, don't visit, you'll have a total meltdown in that place. There's rude people at every turn, shopping carts shoved into you, zero effs given. It's very hard to look at anything for even two seconds without being in someone's way. I can only imagine all of the fights that break out in that store! I felt like I was back in Brooklyn, NYC. A big ol'cluster chooch indeed! Pros: Hot foods are great. Produce top notch. Bakery amazing. Pricing similar to Trader Joe's. The long lines do end up moving along though. But, you do need to down a bottle of patience pills to go shopping there. Especially on a Saturday, if you dare! Staff friendly and helpful, thankfully. I'm just glad I don't have to go there on a weekly basis!

I love this store. I just shopped the day before a big snowstorm. The place was completely packed, with the checkout line running completely around the store. I'm not complaining--still love it. Their produce is so fresh, and well priced that even with all that said they were well stocked, had tons of checkout people and I spent way less and got way more than I would have found at a huge supermarket.

Always busy... now I know why! Excelling selection of fresh produce. I have wanted to stop for a long time. Travel from the west side of Cleveland to come get good fresh produce. The hot food area is good also.

Absolutely loved this place! It was so clean first of all which was great. I also love the prices of their fruits and vegetables. Will definitely be coming back here. 4 stars because the store itself gets bit crowded so it's hard to move around with your cart.

Sweet Berry market is fabulous. I highly recommend this place to shop . The produce is fresh and just enough selection of dairy, meat and bread.

Gorgeous beef selection here, I shopped here every week when I lived in Willoughby. I still stop in when I'm nearby. They are especially good at keeping their beautiful array of fresh vegetables and fruits organized, always displayed with pride. IMO this is the top tier place for quality beef in terms of both pricing and freshness in the area. I love this place and I think every neighborhood would be so lucky to have a Sweet Berry. It's a small place that's very popular with locals so my best advice is to choose your shopping time wisely so that it doesn't coincide with after school hours or weekends. Also, try to go on a Wednesday bc that's when I try to go and for some reason I have a great time. (I suspect it's because most people do their shopping in the end of the middle of the week :)) Expect that a bumper to bumper cart experience is to be had, as most aisles generally flow best in one direction. I recommend taking a sharp right as soon as you go in, taking a counter clockwise shopping stroll along the perimeter of the store... until you find your way in the checkout line :)

Good produce, terrible customer service at the deli, seems like they don't really want to work, too busy arranging meat to see waiting customers. Terrible flow through the market, aisles too narrow for more than one customer. Frustrating place to shop.​

Like all other reviewers, this joint is crammed. I'm sure the owners are FULLY AWARE! THe produce is well selected. The fruits are top shelf. And for the first time trying their beef (steaks) tremendous flavor! Will be back!

Sweetberry is THE place to go to grab your fresh produce, deli meats, or even lunch! They have heaps of fresh local fruits and veggies and even some more exotic options. I love to eat mangos and the prices here are the best I've been able to find! The deli counter is amazing, the sandwich meat is always high quality and we keep coming back for the thick cut bacon. The subs seem to be a huge draw for people and the hot lunches like fried chicken, meatloaf, etc. draw a big crowd. They even have some prepared salads in the cooler and some pizzas you can just stick in the oven and enjoy for any meal. The only draw back is that on the weekends it gets VERY crowded and due to the fact it's a pretty small area it can become hard to navigate. That being said, everyone who works there is always very pleasant and helpful!

After the many food violations they keep getting I decided to give it another try and hope they sorted it. Had a basket full of veggies and random stuff. Went to get hot food and they were out of fries and out of wings. So my options were seseme chicken, noodles (which i dont like), fried chicken and mac n cheese (which is an upcharge). Thats it. This is at 5:30 in the afternoon, mind you. The topper was the lady at the food counters dismissive attitude. Dont need it. Put down my whole basket and went and got hot food elsewhere. If your going to keep running out of stuff take it off the menu so people dont loom like schmucks after standing there for 5 minutes and then walk away with nothing... Oh, and the the beverage guy still needs to check the beer dates. GLBC Grandes Lagos was 2 months past date.... Dont need the poops, thanks...

Sweetberry fresh market is a small market that has really really good prices and a super nice staff. The inside of the grocery store is very nicely decorated and has a good homey feel. I walked through the other day and was surprised at how inexpensive their prices were for almost all their items. I just bought carrots, a pound asparagus, one zucchini and two things of strawberries for under nine dollars! Dude. Nice. They have a nice little deli with your normal deli stuff. Just about everything you need from the grocery store in one small place. You will not be disappointed unless you're a complete moron. If they start jacking prices up I will edit my post. Now go get you some vegetables soldier!!

I absolutely love this place. The customer service is great, the food is fresh, and the prices are to die for! If you're thinking about going don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

Love it here. Produce and meats are a great price. And they just expanded the parking lot !! They get you in and out, feels like the market in downtown Cleveland, but tucked in Wickliffe.

Great local small business. They have some of the best prices around on fresh fruit and veggies. Not only are the prices good but they have a nice variety as well. I have been shopping here since it opened and have not been disappointed in the produce at all. The staff are all very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place over the bigger box stores for fruit and veggies. I have not tried much of the meats or deli though. Also, the desserts are to die for.

I haven't had any negative experiences as some seem to have had. I have been satisfied every time I've shopped here. The sausage is awesome. Great meats. Great prices. I will say, it's the busiest place I have ever been in. Every time, various days/times, doesn't seem to matter. Psychologists should do a study. A controlled human rat race, corn maze store of skinny aisles, miniature carts. Actually, I usually giggle my way thru at the human behavior, people trying to make split decisions. It's speed shopping. The register workers are super fast. Everyone is basically required to be fast. And parents, don't bring kids. Don't try to navigate a stroller. That is DUMB. The store is not built for it. I feel bad for handicapped people because there is no way that place can be ADA compliant. But..... I'll be there again this Saturday to experience the.....rat race again.

This place is a pretty nice place for fresh produce i used to be a meat cutter for their company i have seen deals that even beat save a lot for example they would have a 5lb bag of chicken at a cheaper price then the 10 pound program i and i mean i started for save a lot with the 10lb program meaning their 10lb bags but thats for a whole new story of a program i started for the save a lot company the raw foods manager made a giant bonus cgeck off of me from that made the company milions i only recieved a 31 cent raise from lmao seriously im still fuming from but yeah this place is a good place to shop and the meat department manager witch is a pretty good guy makes his own sausage witch i have to say myself is awesome that i would drive from parma all the way here just to get its that good...

This store offer rude cashiers and poor customer service. Take your $$$ won't say thank you. I was ask to take pictures of bad produce to prove I purchased and it was bad. I did better than that I drove the 30 minutes to return it. Give me Aldi's & Giant Eagle for produce $$$ back guaranteed

Awesome hometown store! Very clean, every worker I met was very friendly & helpful! The owner (I think) even helped me with my water to the car! Everything looked super fresh, super yummy! Fresh squeezed on site OJ! More selections of cheeses than I have ever seen except in an actual cheese shop! The prices were cheaper or similar to the big box stores! The only negative would be it's a tight store, & they were busy. Have a little patience, if that's hard for you- go when they are slower. I'm very happy, will definitely be going again!

OMG!!! Where do I begin...okay sweet berries hands down is the absolute best place to get fresh, great quality, great priced veggies and groceries. I buy all my romaine lettuce, seedless cucumbers, mushrooms, celery, red onions, grape tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese, crumbled blue cheese, red and yellow peppers, baby bell peppers, lemons, grapefruits, apples, limes, avacodos, pineapples, berries, pole beans, green beans, broccoli crowns, cauliflower heads, and much much more. I am so thankful for sweet berries fresh market. Oh and FYI, beware of the rude hot food worker...she can be rude at times and make you feel like walking out, she wears glasses, a baseball style cap, african american, not pleasant, and on the slender side. PLEASE BE WARE AND IF YOU SHOULD ENCOUNTER HER LET IT ROLL OFF YOUR BACK.

I have been going here for years. I always loved the place but they are really getting nasty. The attitudes of the workers , and the feeling your always in the way. They also should change the website hours that are wrong it says 8 and not 7. Glad I drove out of my way to go there. I am pretty sure closing early because of covid isn't really helping since you have I am sure 1,000 customers a day.

Absolutely the best fresh produce east of the West Side Market. Don't leave without checking out the fully-stocked deli and taking home a fresh made sub sandwich. Their soup is tasty too!

I love this place!!! So, the biggest tip is to go in off times. Sunday afternoons is insane. This store is a small store with many things. The isles and carts are small and it doesn't take many people for the place to be crowded. The highlight is their prices and produce. They have a great selection of good produce year round at affordable prices. I typically find more here than Giant Eagle. The staff is very friendly and even if you are there when they are busy, they are fully staffed. This is definitely a great place for people who like fresh food.

The rudest cashiers must all come to work at this market. I won't be back, customer service is horrible. I walked behind the register because the place is so crammed and a cashier yells, "you don't walk behind a bank teller do you" it was a mistake but everytime I have been there they have been very rude. Both times, same treatment.

The deli woman was rude and dismissive, and the butcher argues with me Everytime I go there for steaks. I buy fillets, very expensive yet he fights me on cutting them fresh, he tries to wrap up ones in the counter when I'm not looking or tries to bully me into accepting them. After around 5 to 10 mins he finally cuts them, I like them thick cut. He tries to guilt trip me telling me about how he can't sell all the ones in the case, maybe not cut a case full of fillets and let them dry out. Butchers in general here in Cleveland seem to have an attitude, but should be polite especially when you're buying the most expensive cut of meat.

The setup of this place is god awful. There isn't any space, nowhere to have your shopping carts, getting through the aisles is like an olympic sport. Theres line after line and although the staff works eager to get them down it doesn't work because the line ends up in the back and blocking what little space they do have. It definitely needs more organization. The strawberries i got ended up molding in one day, the bananas were overripe, the quality of fruit wasnt anything special. Honestly its a far drive for me to go here but i went because i had heard such positive reviews. Meh,

First time I went to the market I picked up about 15 items I went to purchase them went to the front register and the one register man at the closest to the door told me I had to go in line I told him there is nobody in line he said I still have to go in line there were four registers with no one in line as I approached the front register the man told me I had to get behind these customers walking up I left my cart and walked out.how ridiculous treatment

Nice place but construction is causing a lot of parking lot issues with deliveries. The parking lot has two enter/exits on one side and one exit on the other side. People have no direction and it can be a mess at certain times a day. The place has a lot of wonderful fresh food choices, great garlic bread, and it is worth a go. Staff is super nice.

This will be a super short review. Selection is AWESOME. Produce is ALWAYS on point and the help from the owners and staff second to none. See something you have never tried? Wonder if the watermelon is as good as it looks? Just catch the owner and say hey are those watermelons really sweet? No sooner than you are asking he is carving one up and handing you a huge slice. Faith in product and always willing to cut up a tomato, whatever Absolutely love this place and trust their opinion when asking about what to get, etc. 100%
