Love love love Sweet Cravings! They have an awesome variety for breakfast and lunch AND their sweets are SOOOO good!! And they have some gifts and products to browse as well. As locals, we appreciate that they have a points//rewards program...though we would be regulars here regardless! :) Staff is always friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!!

Google
Extremely friendly staff. I love the concept and atmosphere from the moment you walk in you see so much art and crafts. The food was ok. The panini was plain and not my favorite. It lacked flavor and texture.

Google
We visited this café twice, and it exceeded expectations both times! For lunch, we tried the wraps, which were perfectly fresh and flavorful. The breakfast burrito was amazing as well. The host surprised us with sweet treats as little Christmas gifts, which added such a warm and festive touch. The café itself is spotless, with a welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger. If you're looking for clean, tasty food and exceptional hospitality, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

This is place is too cool and too awesome. Loved the energy here. Very welcoming and the food is super yummy. We ended up buying many souvenirs 😆

Google
This place is amazing. I went in with a catering request. I needed a 100 cookies in 48 hours. Ask them if there was any way that could happen and their answer was no problem! Then realized I actually needed a hundred more and they said we can do that for you, and with a smile. Those yummy, little bites of wonderful were a HIT! When I stopped by to pick up my order, I was in line behind a gentleman who was ordering sandwiches for tomorrow's hike. The girl behind the counter was asking him if he would like it wrapped differently so that it would Be fresh for lunch the next day. Truly impressed with how helpful and friendly everyone is. Highly recommended!

Google
I thought we would not find truly kind and friendly service in Moab but found it here! Staff were NOTICEABLY super nice. And to top it all off, food was very tasty! We ordered the breakfast burrito and quesadilla to dine in and two sandwiches that we took out for lunch. Everything was great! We will definitely be visiting on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Christina Biss

Google
This is literally the cutest place to grab coffee and desserts and a panini. Such a great atmosphere. Good grab and go options too.

Google
First time visit on April 14th 2024. Lots of fabulous-looking goodies in the bakery case, most of fairly good size. I ordered an egg burrito, and while the wait was longer than I expected, the burrito was very tasty and worth the wait and price. Fresh food, cute shop stands to browse while you wait, and very popular at breakfast time.

Ivory B.

Yelp
Must stop when you are near by! Fun and friendly place for your sweet tooth! Everything is delicious and tasty. Ambiance is casual and easy going. I recommend it.

Chelsea W.

Yelp
We tried early in the morning, but they weren't open. Stopped in the way out of town and very glad we did. I had the Red Rock panini. Ham, Swiss, strawberry jam. Delicious. I had an iced peppermint mocha latte, also very good. Great sides: coleslaw sweet and tangy and a cute little pecan topped brownie- hmm, mmm. I can't wait to stop here again. Great sandwiches and baked goodies. Went home with a macaroon. Just like my Mom's: light, sweet. Great service too!

Jayci G.

Yelp
Yes yes yes! Thai wrap, roast beef sandwich, iced coffee, hot and iced chai. Great ambiance. They will pack your lunch to go.

Lynda H.

Yelp
We stopped by here several times on our trip to purchase snacks to eat later. I was kind of bummed since I was looking to taste their coconut pie as listed in their ad. She apologized and said that they only make them around the holidays. Darn! But they did have Coconut Bread which was like a banana bread but with coconut. Along with their coconut macaroons they satisfied my coconut cravings. The bakery varies on what they bake, and when we were there they had a delicious toffee bar. Yum! They have a really nice sandwich and salad menu, but we were just into snacks. The server was friendly and there were always samples to taste. That's how we got hooked on the toffee bars. I recommend stopping there when you are in Moab, if just for the sweets!

Jeff P.

Yelp
Such a great variety of sandwiches, salads, and desserts! They also have craft sodas and several types of lemonades! I usually struggle ordering at places like this, because so many things look incredible on the menu. I ordered the strawberry chicken wrap and it definitely hit the spot after a morning of hiking around Arches National Park. The refreshing blend of strawberries, romaine lettuce, and feta cheese was exactly what I needed. It came with a side of bacon potato salad and chocolate cookie! The staff was incredible positive and attentive, regularly checking in on us and always bringing a smile. I loved the huckleberry options, with the lemonade and soda excellent options to pair with your meal. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch while you're in town!

Melissa H.

Yelp
Super nice service and helpful. The food was delicious. We got sandwiches and the chocolate chip cookie and s'mores cake were yummy. My one criticism is they were sparse on the meat which sucks for $16 a sandwich

Taylor G.

Yelp
Enjoyed the turkey wrap and it was very delicious. Huckleberry lemonade is full of flavor. Cute shopping area and very friendly staff.

Anurag S.

Yelp
Amazingly fresh food with quick service and friendly staff. A great place to stop for morning grub before heading out on your Moab adventure.

Adam D.

Yelp
This place is a must visit if you are looking for a delicious & creative breakfast sandwich or an amazing lunch! Not only was the food delicious, but the space was inviting & clean with some of the friendliest service in the area. After hiking in Arches, we were very very hungry and stopped for lunch. We had "the hangry" and "the adventurer". They were outstanding. They serve the sandwiches with either chips, coleslaw, or fresh fruit and they give you a little bonus sweet bite of a dessert, too. Stop here and likely you'll be back for more the next day.

Meghan W.

Yelp
Warm friendly service and outstanding baked goods. We had banana bread for breakfast and wraps to go for a picnic in Canyonlands NP. The Chicken Canyon Wrap was delicious and perfect hours later. Loved the cookies and look forward to going back tomorrow! Fun little gift items in the shop as well. Bright, friendly place.

Jen S.

Yelp
Burrito was yummy and huge; my vanilla latte was delicious. Would definitely go back! The area for pickup is slightly hidden, peek around the right side of the counter and you'll see a dedicated area

Annette P.

Yelp
Stopped for lunch sandwiches. Both were good. Fresh bread and real turkey (not pressed) with tasty condiments. Took home a couple huge cookies to share later. Cowboy cookies were yummy.

Roselyn Q.

Yelp
I wish I'd found this place sooner. It embodies what I've always imagined the local coffee shop would be like when reading those small-town, Hallmark-esque type romances. I could practically envision the local drool-worthy bachelor coming in to order his daily coffee (black, 2 sugars) and breakfast. He'd give the woman behind the counter a wink and a smile (she and his mom were BFFs since diapers), then head out before she could try to set him up on a date with someone. Oh, and the food and service were really good, too!

elsa k.

Yelp
We always stop here anytime we are in Moab!! The service is always fast and friendly. They have so many great hot and cold lunch options- from the basic sandwiches to more creative or make your own options. We often grab lunch to go if we are jeeping or hiking. Sammies come with a small side and mini cookie and they have a load of cookie, cake and pie options for your sweet tooth. Their eat in dining area is clean, cute and spacious.

Kevin K.

Yelp
Fantastic food and atmosphere. Exceptional staff. Love the trinkets and gifts! Take something home!

Destiny L.

Yelp
We came to sweet cravings on the recommendation of a fellow yelper. It was the perfect spot for a quick breakfast before we headed out to Arches. They have a large when you filled with sandwiches and sweet treats, as well as some coffee options. I also appreciated that they had a good amount of gluten-free offerings. I really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. I was with a larger group and everyone it was able to get their orders through and get food really quickly. We also noticed they had a good amount of cakes. Since we were there for my birthday, we asked about purchasing a cake. They said that to get a cake you actually need to order weeks and advance. We ended up getting one of the sample boxes instead. That was still really fun because that way we got to try four different cakes and they were really sweet to add some sparklers. I definitely would come back.

Justine L.

Yelp
This place came recommended from our hotel, Moab Springs Ranch. There were a lot of locals here and the sandwiches were delicious in this sandwich shop. The baked goods were incredible. We ended up having lunch here two days in a row. Great customer service too.

Paula B.

Yelp
I walked two miles to have breakfast here from my camping spot. The service was super fast and very helpful. I added jalapeño to my veggie burrito. It was amazing! Also picked up some snickerdoodle cookies as well as a mint tea. The seating area was very comfortable. They also have to go lunch-ish items you grab and go. Lots of cake and cookie items too. You have got to go here!

Scott P.

Yelp
Very good food. I had the Moab Cristo. You order at the counter and they bring it to the table. The order taker was very attentive and the order came out quickly. There are tables scattered throughout and it's well lit and very clean. Worth a visit

Jennifer R.

Yelp
We needed lunch after arriving in Moab and saw this restaurant driving through the downtown area. They had a parking lot with open spaces so we decided to to stop in. Sweet Cravings offers an extensive variety of hot and cold sandwiches in addition to some salads. My husband chose the hot Popper sandwich which was an jalapeño popper In panini sandwich form. I had the delicate arch sandwich which was turkey, spinach, avocado and mustard. I had them hold the mayonnaise. It was served on a French bread type roll. The sandwiches came with sides and a little dessert. I had the vinegar based slaw and my husband opted for a bag of Boulder potato chips. The desserts were 1x1 inch squares of one of their brownies. The restaurant is bright and colorful and has a large display of souvenir items from foods to dish towels with fun sayings to kid toys. The restaurant also has a small outdoor seating area and has a long bench that runs the front of the building. The staff member who took our order was super friendly and when she stopped by to check on us she provided tips for what we could do when he headed to Canyonlands later in the afternoon. I definitely recommend stopping in for lunch if you are in town.

Jen L.

Yelp
Great to go sandwich options for a day out at the national parks. You can get a choice of chips, coleslaw or potato salad with the sandwich. It also includes a sweet treat which was a super nice surprise after a long hike. They also have special kid sandwich packs (just meat, cheese and bread) with juice, chips and a toy or you can make your own. The staff was friendly. They also have fun gift items in the shop to browse while you are waiting. I came here multiple times during our stay in Moab.

Eyal K.

Yelp
If all bakeries had such good service people all over would be smiling all day. Very good food and a large selection of salad and sandwiches to eat or to go. High quality coffee. Great ambiance.

Andy C.

Yelp
There are places you become reluctant to review because you know the gem they are. Here I am though because I know this is what people need to see to keep supporting a local small business. Astonishingly simple but delicious offerings made this a reoccurring breakfast stop and sweet treat visit multiple times during our annual Moab Jeep trip. The staff and service are competent, responsive, caring and kind. Despite likely fielding dozens of repeat questions every answer is met with friendly responses as if you were a friend visiting. The cafe is clean and orderly but beautifully appointed with cute pet gifts and treats. They are truly animal lovers here too. Come early and enjoy a shining gem for food and kindness in Moab. If only there were an option for six stars.

Carol L.

Yelp
Wow! A delightful place with really wonderful food. We stopped for lunch during our stay in Moab and had one of the best meals on our trip. Exceptional baked goods with a nice sample included with the meal! Highly recommend.

Ami A.

Yelp
Delicious sandwiches, salads and baked goodies in a cozy environment. We loved our roast beef sammy (made it grilled) and Asian chicken salad. The cookies are mighty delicious!

Mary S.

Yelp
I came in for a muffin, which they didn't have. Bummer. The staff person who waited on us was super nice and friendly. However, the pumpkin chocolate chip scone was too dry and tasteless. They have a nice selection of items, so maybe I'll try again. Prices are high, though.

Gail H.

Yelp
Such a great place! Perfect for getting a quick lunch before heading out to the NP. Service was excellent and food was great...nice touch on the cookie as a dessert! Glad we stopped in!

Heather L.

Yelp
Fabulous stop! Wonderful menu options... it took a minute to decide what to get. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Everything is made fresh to order. Wraps, paninis, salads...so many choices! If we stayed longer we would have gone everyday! Then there are the dessert options...enjoy!!

Linzy D.

Yelp
Sweet Cravings is a cute little cafe that was so good we went twice during our two-night stay in Moab. The sandwiches were delicious and clearly made with high quality, fresh ingredients, and the lavender lemonade was excellent. Service was fast and friendly, and they are open on more days of the week and for longer hours than many nearby bistros. They even give you a free dessert sample with every sandwich. Great food, great deal, would recommend!

Kristen G.

Yelp
Our breakfast sandwich was huge and so good. Quality ingredients and great service. Location was across the comfort inn hotel where we were staying.

Samantha D.

Yelp
Stopped by here on a trip through Utah and was OVERJOYED at the long list of options for people with dietary restrictions! The workers were so kind in accommodating a gluten free & vegan diet, and I felt 100% confident in their products. My partner also had some of their gluten filled products (burrito and a pastry) and raved at their tastes. The shop is super cute and has such a homey feel. Our only complaint was the price per serving amount (prices were fairly high!) but it was worth the price to eat with confidence. Thank you!!

Tony H.

Yelp
Five Stars! The people are so friendly! My wife, Sammie, and I came 3 days in a row for lunch. It's that good. Try the Titan sandwich. Wow! Try the strawberry chicken salad! Try any dessert and there are many! You'll get mo abs in Moab if you eat all the delicious desserts! The decor is like walking through a coloring book. Vibey songwriter channel going on Sirius radio. Stuff for sale too! Funny gifts! Do not miss this one! Oh and free samples!!!

Gabe P.

Yelp
Cashier recommended both our sandwiches and was dead on. Food was awesome and the prices are fair. Can't wait to come back.

Erica B.

Yelp
We got lunch to go from Sweet Cravings both days we were in Moab. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better! There's a nice assortment of fun items to purchase while you wait for your food to be prepared as a brown bag lunch including bars that you may want while out hiking. I didn't realize until placing our order the last day that you can also order online for pick up before heading into the parks. Definitely check these folks out!

Brianna T.

Yelp
A must try in Moab! We stopped in for a sandwich before a day of hiking and loved that they had premade options ready to grab and go. The person at the register went above and beyond, they gave us an extra cookie and an extra piece of tinfoil to wrap the sandwich in so it wouldn't get soggy in the cooler. It's so rare to find people so happy and helpful and it definitely made my day a little brighter. I frequent Moab often so I will definitely be back to try some of the bakery items. Oh and the sandwich and cookies were delicious!

Bill G.

Yelp
After a morning hike to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park we were looking for a great spot to get breakfast or lunch. Luckily we found Sweet Cravings a great stop for breakfast, lunch or anything in between. When we walked in the menu boards were a bit overwhelming. So many choices. Hot. Cold. Breakfast. Lunch. We just had to take a step back and process for a while. This was not a bad thing, because it was great to see who many choices, a great place for discerning or picky palates. We choose the Kokopelli Panini with potato salad and the Hangry with Cole slaw. The Kokopelli was grilled to perfection and was super fresh. The Hangry was roasted chicken (not lunch meat) on a tasty pretzel roll. We also had a nice homemade cookie treat included. Great place to stop, with great service from the staff!

Harper F.

Yelp
The perfect place for an on-the-go lunch for your hike day! My family visited Sweet Cravings this weekend while visiting Moab. They have a huge menu full of packable options. We ordered sandwiches and chips and it was exactly what we needed for our long hike day. The food was fantastic. The service is wonderful. The lady at the register had the best energy. She offered us her suggestions and gave us advice while we were trying to figure out what to order. I wish I could remember her name! The one (and only) downside to this spot is the steep prices. I think one of our sandwiches was $15. The convenience was worth the price. They added complimentary chocolate chip cookies to our bag :). Stop by if you're staying in Moab!

Michael M.

Yelp
Perfect place for a to go sandwich and snack, perfect for before a hike or something quick once you return. Really happy I found this place!

Lily R.

Yelp
Lordddd- 1000/10 Our first time going to Moab, Ut and this place was the only one open for brunch. Mind you, it's winter and most shops, bakeries are closed for the winter. The lady that helped us was super sweet, she recommended us a sandwich and in the meal a cookie came with it. After we drove off, we had the meal and the cookie and my gosh it was the best cookie we've had! We drove back to buy a whole sized cookie and drove to arches. At the park we took a break and enjoyed that delicious sweet!

Amanda W.

Yelp
Well, I tried to eat here. All I ended up with was a coffee (which was decent). I explained to the employee that I have a lot of allergies and only wanted a side of tots (they are baked) and a side of bacon. That's all I am able to eat (which I am used to while traveling). She explained to me that if I wanted the tots, I had to order a burrito bowl. I can't eat eggs or dairy which I explained. I told her I just wanted a side of tots. She refused to sell them to me saying that people complained too much ordering them that way- that they are too plain/bland on their own. Having multiple food allergies, I am used to eating food for calories while traveling and not enjoyment. She didn't give me a chance to explain things (that I really didn't care how bland they are) and as there was a growing line behind me, I left.

Jordan F.

Yelp
Awesome service and even better food! The Moab Cristo was perfect! Plenty of seating and super clean. We grabbed some dessert to go. The Smores cake was awesome! Large portion! We will be back!

Doug C.

Yelp
Delicious. Love this place, wife ordered me surprise sandwich because we were stopping through and I went to walk the dogs around. The Kokopelli panini was DELICIOUS. I'd come back just for that. Typically we like stopping here because they have a small outside area to sit and we can have our dogs out there but this time around it was way too cold. They have excellent sweets as well. Bathrooms are clean, staff is nice. Knocked a star simply due to how expensive they are. I feel it could be more affordable, but I'll likely keep coming back.

Michael D.

Yelp
The woman who greeted us and took our order was one of the friendliest persons we've ever encountered on vacation. She was so genuinely happy and appreciative of our business and it showed. She gave us recommendations and even helped my husband substitute ingredients in one of the sandwiches to accommodate his meat and dairy-free dietary restrictions. I got The Popper and it was amazing! Grilled jalapeños with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sriracha sauce on delicious panini bread. My husband got the Spicy Thai Wrap and substituted avocado for the chicken and was in lunch heaven. We both got the house made coleslaw as a side which was one of the most unique and delicious we've ever had. It was a vinegar based, Mayo-free and bursting with flavor! They included a small piece of their toffee bar which was so amazing that we wound up buying a whole bar of it to go. Loved this cute spot!

Corynn B.

Yelp
I make sure to stop here every single time I visit or drive through Moab. This is the best place to stop for breakfast and lunch before or after adventuring around Moab. They have a huge menu of wraps, paninis, and sandwiches and the tastiest baked goods and pastries. There tends to be a bit of a wait for your food after you order, but I promise it's absolutely worth it! I'm starting a petition to bring back the potato chip cookies that they used to make! The last time I was here they no longer were making them and I was so sad. Their vegetarian options and their carrot cake alone are enough to make me continue to come back every time I'm in town.

M M.

Yelp
Someone recommended Sweet Cravings and their recommendation was solid...it was great. Two of us split a sandwich and our third guest ate a whole one. They come with a side and a little sample of their desserts which I thought was a fun touch. The cashier was very friendly and was especially nice to my wheelchair bound Father. He appreciated her commenting on his air force hat. I returned the next day to buy one of the heavenly scones. Just buy that with your sandwich!

Matt C.

Yelp
This was our only food stop in Moab. After hiking and exploring at Arches, we were tired, hungry and in desperate need of comfort. Sweet Cravings did exactly that! Located on Main St. but far enough from the main drag of shops and tourist traps. The restaurant is massive, I wonder if this was a retail store in a previous life. You get in line, order at the counter, and your food/drinks are brought to your table. The woman behind the counter was a seasoned pro, working the line quickly and efficiently, all with a sense of humor. Making a decision might take you a while, especially on a hot summer day in Moab. I found the menu board overwhelming, with too many options. Being a creature of habit in a pinch, I landed on The Capone (Rich's Way), their rendition of an Italian cold cut sandwich. Capone Sub // Capicola, Genoa salami, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, vinegar and oil on freshly baked sub roll. A solid sandwich. Good chew from the bread, salty meats and a slight tang from the oil and vinegar. After a long morning at Arches, this is what I needed. Each sandwich comes with a side and dessert of the day. A nice added bonus. Potato salad was very tasty and the chocolate chip cookie was fine. I was ecstatic to see they had iced coffee, which brought me back to life! Overall, a reliable local cafe in Moab.

Emily L.

Yelp
Had a minute for a quick breakfast on our way out of town and we are so glad we stopped here! Such a cute little place, with awesome personality. And the food was delicious too! I got the burrito for a savory meal, and my friend got the chocolate french toast and both were exceptional. After a good few days of hiking, I would definitely encourage everyone to stop here for a refill of energy, and some cute gifts to take with you on the way home!

Sharon S.

Yelp
Don't miss this one. Lunch was amazing We did breakfast also, while good lunch was the best. Grab and go if you want or eat in

Carlos R.

Yelp
Definitely Yes! Your visit to Moab is not complete till you stop here. Great selection of sandwiches, hot and cold, vegetarian or not, all homemade and made from scratch (I'm told by the friendliest of staff) Come and relax after a hike or take some lunch for your hike at nearby Arches National Park.
