This was my first time visiting, and I have to say—it’s the best shop in Culver City! Christian helped me today and was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain how all the deals work and made sure I knew where everything was. You can tell he really cares about helping customers feel comfortable and informed. The entire shop was immaculate—super clean, well-organized, and had such a good vibe. Everyone there was friendly and smiling, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re someone who likes to take your time and actually enjoy shopping, this is the place for you. I was not AT ALL disappointed about my 2 visits to Sweet flower. The first visit, Jovanna was super helpful, welcoming and kind. She gave great recommendations. Riley was who helped me the second day I came in and it seems as though everyone there is knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly because he was absolutely fantastic as well. I came in with quite a few questions about strains and he was more than helpful and thorough in explanations and recommendations. Fantastic place to pop in and try out 💙

The shorter woman who works behind the counter/register was extremely rude and after gathering my order decided to take another customer and take her sweet time helping a (Caucasian) customer before ringing me up. I simply asked if I could be rung up. Basic customer service would state that you handle the customer that is ready to be rung up. Instead she had the nerve to tell me that I was out of line! I wonder if I was Caucasian if I would have been treated with the same respect as the other customer. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Overall, very terrible service and experience in general. Overpriced as well. Check out other dispensaries.

Came earlier this month to get some pre rolls and the service was very welcoming and atmosphere was great ! Not to mention the pre rolls I got were amazing quality and I was able to enjoy weed again lol highly recommend !! :)

From when I walked in I was made to feel very welcomed. I was greeted As I would greet someone. Which is very refreshing and the staff knew a lot and they didnt make me wait. They checked in with everyone. Checkout took a second but hey whats the rush. They had a great selection and prices are market matched. If it is on the way I will stop by.

Came here to pick up for my man, and I left very happy! Jovanna is awesome! Super friendly and knowledgeable! The prices are extremely reasonable, with a variety to choose from. I will definitely come back here!

I've frequented this chain at different locations and overall most locations are clean, well stocked and serviced with kind and friendly staff. While the first two are applicable for the Culver City location, a lot of the workers who work at this location, in particular the security for the day shift is an older woman who is quite condescending and unwelcoming. Not only is she unhelpful with the information she provides, she's quite rude about delivering it. While, I can appreciate passion and drive when it comes to appreciating someone's labor, her attitude and tone completely turned me off from purchasing anything from this store or even returning to the chain. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I hope other associates at this location are different, but if you're looking for a easygoing and inviting environment to purchase your goods this store and this specific location is not what you're looking for! Spend your money where staff will treat you as an individual with kindness. The Westwood location has a fantastic selection of staff at all hours of the day, if you are committed to the Sweet Flower chain. This one needs some serious improvement internally. Edit: Upon reading the reviews after posting mine I believe the same older woman at the counter is creating a troubling experience for customers of color. The associates name is Johvanna and it appears her mistreatment of customers is specifically designated towards those of darker complexions, as when I returned moments after her treatment. Please visit the Westwood location or any other dispensary if you're a BIPOC person, this is not a dispensary that will serve you or treat you properly.

The service here was terrible. The girl who checked me in didn't say hello or even look me in the face when I walked in or while she was 'helping me.' Over priced and rude. Will not return or recommend. The space is nice is the only positive I can offer.

Sweet flower only gives seniors 10%. Found other dispensaries in culver city area that gives seniors 15%.

Our favorite dispensary in Culver City - they have daily discounts on specific brands and are generous with coupons and promotions. Large assortment of flower and edibles. Service is prompt and friendly - ask for Angela!

THE BEST DISPENSARY IN CULVER CITY. I love this place. They almost always have what I need in stock and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Shari has helped me many times. The vibe is really modern and open, with some cool plants too, aside from the ones you come there to buy :-) Highly recommend checking them out!

Very unprofessional and very rude lady at the check in. The prices are higher than other shops nearby. They say they are giving you "25% off", but then your total comes out 20% higher than the sticker price. And if you ask about it all they reply with is an obscure word salad to confuse you into silence. There are tons of other great dispensaries in LA that are knowledgeable, have clear pricing and much better selection. Don't waste your time here.

Well this place is too much! I always feel like I am getting shorted and overcharged BUT TONIGHT was it this was gonna be the 3 rd time and shame on me but I bought flower but them purchased a not so cheap infused joint for me to just chill and the dam things are rolled to tight spent most of the time TRYING TO HIT IT WASTED ..... not to mention the container I got it in the lid would not come off I had 3 ppl try it I had to melt the container to get to it I'm done

Fun to discover a new location. I was shopping for some VET CBD for my pups and some other nearby locations were out of stock. This store seems to be a little smaller, but still has a variety of everything you could need or want to take the edge off. Picked up a few things for myself as well. I love that they have so many options for cannabis beverages. I like the Wunder the best. Sweet Flower always has some sort of deal going on, so plan your visit wisely to take advantage of sales to help balance out all those extra taxes. Helpful staff and while they offer valet parking, it wasn't available when in went. I was lucky to score a meter. This is in a permit parking neighborhood so mind the signs.

Emma was superrr siiiick! Gr9 times. I like the shop and I bought a cool mimosa jeeter and it tastes goodä.

Any other dispensary in the area is better ...I mean ANY ONE ....the selection is lame and the prices are crazy I got 30% off for a first time and that doesn't matter ...they charge so much taxes talking about its the area ....I promise u I will not be back and anyone I know will not be going here

Very beautiful store. I mean it's in Culver City so it's gotta be pretty. It's well lit. The budtenders are attractive and they seem to have a wide variety. There is just one, small problem...they are Hella expensive and taxes are high. I'm also not sure all the budtenders are well versed in the weed and weed products they sell. The two I experienced didn't know strains unless they looked it up. It's still a very pretty store and I love the large windows just haven't been back to get anything for the reasons I stated.

Not friendly, actually rude. Walked in and felt like I was being treated like a thief for a pick up. No one was at the door and everyone including their customers stared at me like I didnt belong there.

I rarely write reviews but this is my absolute favorite dispensary on the west side. Jeremy is THE BEST. His recommendations and energy are always a 10/10. Everyone in here is always extremely friendly and helpful!

cheri was the absolute worst. i saw her speak to some of her co workers and it was the worse thing i've ever seen! i asked for her name and she gave it to me little did she know i asked because she was very condescending and mean. i don't know how these workers deal with her attitude. she was only nice to her customers and not her team! i hope hr sees this and investigate even the main manager was scared to tell her something! i'm absolutely so glad i was there to witness this!

They only accept Cash or Debit Cards. Their website said they accept credit cards but they don't. Cash Business.

Nice clean facility. Friendly and very welcoming bud tenders. Good prices and good quality and a variety of products. I gave 3 stars because although they offer free valet parking because parking is tough over there, I always feel obligated to tip the person parking....after I've tipped my bud tender. I don't mind tipping folks but sometimes it gets a bit much. I'd definitely go back when I'm on that side of town but I'll try to find somewhere to park.

I have only been twice but both times everyone was so sweet and very helpful. Do they work on commission? They were really nice. Way nicer than the medmen staff, who can't be troubled to answer your legit questions depending on who you get. I came for a topical cream for my MIL's arthritic knee... so so helpful! Then came back to try the beverages, so so helpful! Both times I got a freebie gift with my purchase, like, hello? That's so nice, and helps swallow the 100% tax I feel like I'm paying on everything. Anyway, great service and I really recommend these folks to anyone who's not well versed on their products. This isn't the same stuff I knew back in college, it's like Ariel says, it's a whole new world!

I am beyond disappointed with this location. I have been a loyal customer since the beginning two years ago, this was the best dispensary you could imagine friendly considerate staff it's sad to see how much it has gone down downhill. I go about three times a week and every time I run into the same problem. I don't know what has happened with this new management, but I have many fellow friends and customers who have noticed the same. I work retail 50 hours a week and I've never once wrote a yelp review but this place is getting out of hand. I was in the store tonight February 8 at 8:20 PM. A girl working with blonde hair and braids wearing jeans was extremely rude to my mom and I and every time I come in it seems to be a problem with the same girl I get you guys are working in a dispensary, but no need to act so out of it. As well as the feedback, I have heard from others again. Please do better sweet flower Culver City was really excited for you to come, but really disappointed for the outcome you're leaving. For how many better dispensaries are in the area you should really be treating your customers better. I wish zero stars was the option.

Love this store! I'm so grateful for the wonderful environment and employees. The only thing that would make it better is Substance brand prerolls. I've seen Sweet Flower carry the brand in downtown LA and was super disappointed that I couldn't find it in my neighborhood. I believe I'm getting great quality with what's available, but Substance has the ethics and quality that makes me feel comfortable and SAFE. Plus the convenience of a 12 pack. Really wish this was available locally!

Welcome Sweet Flower to Culver! Nice that they offer valet parking so customers aren't crowding the nearby residential streets. Checking in was fast and easy and they have a ton of product in the new space. The staff was super helpful and friendly as well. Will definitely be back to grab some of their daily specials!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED LOCAL & loyal (not any longer) neighborhood customer! After having given great reviews to your budtenders in the past, I've never heard of a more ridiculous "Local Radius" than what you CHANGED yours to out of nowhere this week!!!!! I'd been going out of my way to purchase from Sweet Flower & recommend because they had a neighborhood "local" discount -- with taxes so high these days the loyalty discounts are what everyone is in need of -- After a year, suddenly, today, I'm told that I am no longer given a "local" discount bc I'm not in the radius of the street they're located on. Which just so we are clear is on the same street as Sony studios, so the only locals who are on that street are businesses. Lmao. I LIVE 1.3 MILES FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! WALKING DISTANCE! YET SUDDENLY THAT'S NOT "LOCAL" ANY LONGER? Lmao, okay?!?! I always tipped their bud tenders, bc they have always been so kind!! While they do have great employees, they lost my business and many others I've told in the area who live less than 3 miles away. I hate companies that have great staff to keep them afloat but take away benefits to loyal, consistent, or local customers. I have plenty of other places that give loyalty discounts without having to be a local. Got to MedMen or Weedmaps and give other people the loyalty.

EXTREMELY poor customer service by Jeff, "manager" who was closing tonight. Frequent customer and recently have been referring colleagues to this store due to the cleanliness, but am extremely disappointed in how rudely I was treated. Walked in at 8:55pm to simply restock on a couple items I've purchased in the past; knew exactly what I needed. ** I work in the entertainment industry and try to stop in late to avoid busier hours Upon entering the store to show my ID, Jeff forcefully greets me with "we're closed, can't help you with anything". I simply respond with it's not 9:00pm and he aggressively responds "I know what time it is, and like I said we're closed. exit the store" His tone and demeanor felt VERY discriminatory. I was wearing a hoodie, and sweatpants and could immediately feel Jeff's WRONG pre determined judgment As I mentioned, I work in the entertainment industry for a prominent organization in this city. I was completely shocked that out of all places, a dispensary, a place where vibes should always be high, is where I have to deal with some prick who's clearly had a bad day and is treating his customers like trash. Maybe Jeff needs to talk to another employee on a flower that will calm him down on stressful days

GO TO MEDMEN!!! Gave this place two chances and it's just the worst. The first night I went around 8:50 and they said they weren't taking anymore customers. I went again tonight with my boyfriend, he checked in at 8:30 and was waiting in line for 15 mins before they checked him in, (he was first in line) after finally putting in his order and waiting in line 9 pm hits and they tell him and everyone else who is paying and waiting that their computer shut down at 9pm and they can't complete the transactions and they need to leave. Another customer trying to pay was denied and the staff started to argue with him and said it didn't matter it's 9pm. To the staff at this place if you don't like the job then go somewhere else, maybe if you make a little more money then you'll be a little more motivated to ACTUALLY do your job. Also it's weird they store your card info, it's not that serious bro and for what?! GO TO MEDMEN. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, they have better rewards anyways!!!!

If I can give this place a 0, I would. I was being helped by a bud tender when I overheard a male employee (big guy curly hair) being verbally disrespectful towards a young female employee calling her "stupid" in front of staff and customers. I was expecting a good vibe (like most are) but the negativity was off the roof. I have been coming here for some time and had never seen him until a couple weeks ago. This happened around 6pm and being a female myself, I felt offended in the way he spoke to her. Kudos to the girl because she handled herself with grace. Walked in looking for a high but left with a downer! All this to say I will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere.

The store employees lock the doors way before 9pm and don't care about customers outside
