Best rice bowl I had in recent times their sauces are so refreshing. Staff were decent. Expecting some big smile :D Because I chose to celebrate my birthday here. Thanks for the sweet meal !

If you don’t like salad, you may never have been here. While it's expensive, you get a hefty portion and a nice choice. Overall just a solid place for something healthy!

My chicken protein bowl was HORRIBLE with rice so overcooked it no longer even resembled pieces of rice, chicken that looked like it was boiled (not at all like what is being advertised), and they forgot 2 ingredients that were listed on the menu, but just not in the bowl. I sent an email to customer service because my $17.00 bowl was inedible. I sent pictures of the horrible food and received a response that they were "sorry it wasn't what I was craving. . ."??? Ya no. . . I was not "craving" INEDIBLE FOOD for a hefty $17.00 I was told that a credit would be uploaded to my account. Honestly I never want to even eat here again, but I was going to give the credit to my mom. When I went to look at my account, I found that my "credit" was $5.00. . . . for a $17.00 bowl that I couldn't eat any of. Great customer service Sweet Green! (NOT)

I had the shroomami salad and my partner made his salad. He couldn’t even finish his. I tasted the green goddess dressing and it was just all dill. It had the aftertaste of an armpit. The extra chicken he received was 4 tiny strips. My shroomami was edible but disappointing. It was pretty much all kale. Half of the rice in it was so over-cooked that I thought I’d chipped my tooth on it. Really didn’t taste fresh. Besides the kale, the taste was pure basil. Love basil but it’s sickening when it’s a whole salad. I also paid 2 dollars extra for avocado and got none of it. Will not eat here again.

Google
Food was ok- seemed over priced for what you get. We ordered online so no real service interactions. Clean environment. Really upset that they only had bar height seating. For those that need chair height seating I wish they were more inclusive. It was almost impossible for my toddler to enjoy his meal.

Google
I got the harvest salad, the flavors and ingredients are great, service has always been good as well. However, the wild rice in my salad is so under-done, that many bites I’m having to spit out bc the grains are so hard, I’ve nearly cracked a tooth. This is the 2nd time at this location I’ve experienced rice so hard you can’t chew it. I’ve not experienced this at any other SG. Please consider adjusting your wild rice cooking times.

I have yet to have any bad food here. Everything is so delicious and fresh. It is simple and quick, and they have such a variety of options to choose from. I'm excited to continue coming here to get my nutritional fix! Staff has always been very lovely

Google
I'm very happy to finally have a salad place! I've already ordered three times and had a great experience. I'm sure there are kinks they will work out as time goes on. They are very busy and handling it well as far as I've witnessed.

Yelp
Very prompt and friendly service, and the food selection and quality was excellent. I liked the display of their ingredient sources.

Yelp
We tried Sweetgreen for the first time this evening. I had the chicken parm pesto salad and my husband got a "make your own" salad. The selection was great and the portion size was huge. We both found our meals to be very tasty. The only minor complaints we had were the tiny thimbles they give you for water, no knives, and not inexpensive. Compared to the Hive or Feta or similar places, the prices aren't that high but $30 for two salads and no drinks before tip is on the high end.

Yelp
I LIVE for sweetgreen. It's absolutely amazing and the ingredients are so fresh. The portions at the Bloomington location are sometimes really bad for being so expensive which is really annoying. I recommend the Brussels sprouts.

Yelp
My first time trying Sweetgreen! Everything about this place was nice, clean, and good. I had the harvest bowl. Definitely legit. Everything was so pricy but so good. Got a go back lol. There was a line so beware of a slight delay but it went pretty fast. Faster than chipotle imo ha. They have an app "sweetgreen" where you can order to go so you can skip the line as well.

Yelp
sweetgreen has finally made its way to Bloomington - the perfect addition to our diverse small(ish) foodie city! I went to the soft opening last week and was blown away by top notch customer service, the options of fresh, beautiful food and the cute outdoor patio to enjoy. I literally felt like the person making my salad was my BFF by the time I was finished with all my selections. I wish I remembered her name because she was so personable and helpful, definitely made an impact (one of their core values that they proudly display by checkout). I had the Guacamole Greens which is - Chopped romaine, spring mix, red onion, shredded cabbage, tomato, tortilla chips, avocado, (sub blackened chicken), fresh lime squeeze, lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette + add goat cheese 10/10 would recommend and get it again. I can't wait to go back and try more options!

Yelp
First time visitor today... so I share this with understanding that things are still new. Walked in to a very nice place. Very clean and organized. However, there were only 2-3 people working on the guest line. There were 3-4 people working take-out and delivery orders. After ~15 minutes in line, I was able to order. I picked a Chopped Italian salad, but asked to remove the cucumbers and tomatoes. I subbed in olives and carrots (I wanted mushrooms, but they didn't have those). $14 and some change. When I left there were at least 25 people in line... I asked them not to mix the salad when I left. I got back to work and was less than impressed. The dressing was bland, and there was hardly any meat in it. The kale was a bit much also... and while the pictures in their social media show "full" bowls, mine wasn't close. The idea is good in theory, but $14 was a bit much - especially since I can go to Kroger and get very similar for $6-8 instead. I might try it again in the future, but I'm good for now. If you go, plan to order ahead or prepare to wait (I was there at 12:30).

Yelp
Healthy, delicious, fast. I cannot imagine anyone giving this place less than 4 stars. It is not cheap, but good food costs money (you get what you pay for)

Yelp
im thoroughly unamused. was excited to try sweetgreen because it's similar to chopt, but i came on a sunday and there were 2 people working. 25 people in line. i waited 25 minutes to order. ?!?!?!? this is supposed to be fast casual. the food is fine, but they SKIMP on toppings. and are unprofessional in the handling of the food. sorry but until they have more people working and start actually giving us food, this place is too expensive and too slow to visit. xoxo and in the photo - make ur own with spring mix, romaine, blackened chicken, carrots, cucumber, parmesan crisps, chickpeas, and green goddess ranch. notice how u don't see any of the vegetables? cuz i got like 2 for each.

Yelp
Love the food. Good value for the price. Ambience is good. Service took little longer, because of first week of college.

Yelp
Good food, clean place and friendly staff. My salad was huge and well made but I have gone with friends to get their order and their salads were smaller, maybe because the salad bar was running low and they try to make it stretch for too many customers before finally restocking. My only real complaint is the wait. It takes 20 minutes for your turn with four people ahead of you which is abysmal when youre just standing in line watching two employees put together orders at a sluggish pace. The only people with any urgency are working on mobile orders, which feel prioritized over walk in customers. They either need to schedule more people for walk ins or simply have a little more hustle. I feel bad for saying that but it is the standard for these types of businesses, and expected for the price youre asked to pay. I hope this issue is resolved soon because I love Sweet Green, especially their location in Fishers. They're always very quick, which is why its so confusing to me why the Bloomington location is so routinely slow. Otherwise I would love to come here often.

Yelp
Friendly staff, decent food, they were out of avocados when I went. Mostly a to-go place. Limited bar seating.

Yelp
It was okay. I got the Fish Taco Warm Bowl. It wasn't warm at all, in fact it was cold. Also the fish was over-cooked and dry, but I don't really have high expectations for fish from a fast casual place in the first place. I will say the portion size was good and it was very filling.

Yelp
The salads are very fresh. And you can substitute or build one the way you want!I did feel the fresh beets should have been cut up into smaller pieces. Their were no knives at the restaurant.

Yelp
A line almost out the door. To go bowls stacked up to the ceiling. Super behind! Doordashers walking with unfilled orders. Unusually LOUD music! MACIE ran the show with her bad attitude, eyes rolling, and poor management skills this evening. WATCHED 13 PEOPLE WALK OUT OF LINE AND OUT THE DOOR HUNGRY! Must be one heck of a salad, but we wouldn't know. Please do better!

Dale G.

Yelp
The salad I was recommended by a worker was actually really good and I'm typically not a salad person. There were a LOT of people there while I was ordering and the guy who made my salad, Luke, was still very patient and pleasant to interact with. He talked to me the whole time and was answering all my questions about the ingredients and what not. I'd say it was worth the price.

Yelp
I have never had sweet green before, but I've been trying to eat more mindfully and a friend recommended it, so I thought I'd give it a shot. The food is excellent, but it feels like the management has their priorities heavily on pickup over the customers physically in the store. The reviews were completely right that because their number one priority is not taking care of the line, the wait times are atrocious. They had one poor employee all by themselves doing the entire line, from prep to mixing to cashiering. They had five people, including the manager prepping for pickup, and completely ignoring anything else. If they are way understaffed with call ins (understandable) or if it's a deliberate choice (in my mind, questionable), it should not be a turnaround of 35 min to get through a line of 4, yes, 4 people. It's only going to make their problem worse, because guess what, I don't think I'm coming in person again unless I want my time wasted. Looks like another person slotted for pickup.
