Google
They offer a wide variety of salads and grain bowls. The ingredients are high-quality, and the customizable options make it easy to find something you’ll enjoy. However, the prices can be a bit steep for a casual meal, and the lines during peak hours can be long. Overall, it’s a great choice for a lunch break.

Google
This place is trash. I ordered food for 21 people weeks in advance. Clearly identified 8 salads as GF and NF. Every salad arrived with bread on it, and none of them were NF. Why there is a GF & NF identifier on the order form if the store is going to poison people with Celiac Disease, is a mystery.

Google
Bowls are good. They also featuring protein-rich bowls.

Google
Great food but could have more pre-made vegan options. The shroomami is amazing and the portions are good, but I just wish there was more variety for vegans. I know I can build my own bowl but it would be so much easier to just order an item and be done with it.

Google
This place specializes in local organic ingredients for quality salads! They offer a full array of ingredients so you can choose one of their salads or create your own. I loved my salad. Their drink selection would be the short coming here. But water works!

First time visiting this place staff was really helpful with me since I had a gastric bypass surgery and I wanted to know which one was a good choice for me because I don't eat spicy food recommended me the chicken avocado salad.

Google
really good, healthy food and excellent service. shout out to karen for great service despite a crazy post-new year's lunch rush. it takes serious skill to keep things going when the place is so busy. props to the staff :)

Best sweet green I’ve been too. Salad and portions were perfect. Kind, quick service

Yelp
After the longest time, I think I'm finally a Sweetgreen convert. I used to lump them in with all the other fast casual salad chains but dammit, for $15, you do get a lot of food (though the portion isn't perhaps as generous as Cava) and the ingredients are much tastier. I order from this particular location an embarrassing number of times because it's so close to my office and I have my go-to order saved on the app. For the times I forget to order in advance, I haven't had much trouble with the lines - the employees work hard at keeping things moving. My favorites are the chicken pesto parm (minus the quinoa, adding a scoop of the chickpeas) and the autumn harvest bowl. Pretty much something I can whip up at home and pack for lunch myself but it tastes better in that Sweetgreen bowl. Dang it. My one nit is I wish they'd expand the napkin/utensils section, which is a tiny corner and, without fail, every time I go, there's a traffic jam. I also think we can take a page out of Asian countries like South Korea and Japan who have mastered the art of utensil holders for public use - why is it that, here, all the forks and spoons are placed facing up, so that everyone's grubby paws have touched the head of the fork you put in your mouth. I've wound up just bringing my own utensils from home but I am a certified germaphobe.

Yelp
Great location with ample seating and a good clean vibe. Sweetgreen tends to be pretty overpriced as everyone knows and yet here we all are anyway. This location is probably the stingiest with portions but still you leave full and the quality is great! Very reliable with their pick up times as well and the staff is nice!

Yelp
While some staples have changed this is still one of the best places to get greens that are healthy and have incredible selections. I opt for the create my own option with the cilantro lime jalapeño dressing on the side. Gluten and dairy free with many vegan options.
google avatar

Aracely S.

Yelp
I love this healthy option but I love veggies and grains. If you want something quick and healthy, this is the place.

Yelp
Big fan of harvest bowl with avocado! Comes with kale, wild rice, avocado, sweet potato, apple, roasted chicken and nuts.
google avatar

Bruce K.

Yelp
Salads here are just as good as the one around the corner. It's a narrow shop and the depth might hide the fact that there's a long queue. Rather than wait, I took a seat and used their free wifi to download their app, set up an account, order and pay for my salad. No standing, it took a little bit longer and I saw it get put on the shelf. Make-it-your-own is awesome. Add chicken, add dressing, kale base, delicious!

Yelp
Came here for lunch. No forks. Literally not a fork in the store. They didn't tell me that before, and I needed to eat it here and go about my business. I asked them to refund my charge because I can't eat it here. They said "Go to 7-11 to get one". I'm not spending $13 in a salad to forage for eating utensils. Then it took a specialized person to process a refund. Fail

Yelp
I am not a big fan of salads so I really did not think I'd like sweetgreen but here we are. After taking a look at their menu when some friends were ordering, I realized they don't have basic salads. The first dish I tried was the tofu steak and sweet potatoes and it was so good! The tofu was well seasoned and so were each and every vegetable, including the cauliflower rice. None of the seasonings were overwhelming and all went well together. The cashew sauce was another plus, tying the whole dish together. Since it's healthy, I also felt pretty good after too, maybe it was a placebo effect but I had a lot of energy the rest of the day and didn't have that food crash. It was also really filling! I only ate that bowl and some snacks and was full the entire day! The other bowl I tried was the shroomami. It was pretty good, but I definitely like the tofu steak better! The bowl was tangy and somewhat warm. The mushrooms and tofu were the best part, super tasty and flavorful! Not going to lie, the kale was a little more mature so a bit bitter but I ate anyways and save the rest for later. Overall, this place is really good! It is on the pricey side though (each bowl comes out to $11-$15) so I'll try to not come here often for my wallet's sake. I don't think it's overpriced though because of all the fresh ingredients and labor it takes to cook each component of the salad. If I have time, I'd definitely try to make it at home.
google avatar

Rachael B.

Yelp
Well, well, well, well, well... nope. That's too many wells. I'm gonna start over. Looks like you all at sweetgreen figured out how to prep kale! It's true. I returned. And then I returned again. And yet again. Needless to say you've improved greatly in this arena. Bravo! Delicious and nutritious and no need to file my teeth into little points. Only issue is the wait time for online pick up. I love that I can order ahead online and set a pick up time to avoid your INSANE lunch time line out the door. However, often times there's still a 20-30 min wait to grab my greens at our agreed upon time. Ima keep coming back but I'm on to you sweetgreen.

Yelp
Now... Oct 24th, 2018 I wanted to try this place again after the manager of the place told me that they will take an action and improve the service experience. I went today and I really loved the customer service and the attention to customers!! Am glad I went back 4 Months Ago... Gave 1 Star I entered this place as I heard good things about the food, I looked at the menu.. there is no where written that we can build our own bowl. Finally I was able to see a piece of paper sticker to the counter.. I was happy and stood in the line to place an order. No one responded.. the staff is debating on whose turn it is and no one took a step to serve me, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left the place.. probably will not return to this

Yelp
I stopped by sweetgreen for the first time recently after an intense study session. I tried the famous Harvest Bowl with heavy dressing. It was flavorful, the ingredients were fresh and overall it was just different. It was not very filling though because I was hungry not too long afterwards. I would order again if I were ever in the area, and I would recommend to anyone in the mood to try a different type of salad.
google avatar

Nav D.

Yelp
This is my go to place for delicious and healthy salad on the go. It's easy to get overwhelmed with all the choice here but the Harvest Bowl and the Kale Caesar are my staples. The salads are innovative, full of flavour and always made with fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fast (most of the time.) The locations are conveniently located and they're growing! I would recommend this place over Panera (who make okay par-baked bread) for salads any day.

Yelp
So after 3 tries, my official position on sweetgreen is an overrated, expensive sad salad ... but to be fair, I consider all salads as an entree pretty sad overall. I've tried the Pesto Portobello and Spicy Sabzi salads as well as the Shroomami bowl. Essentially the only way I enjoy eating this rabbit food is with 'heavy' dressing - if you're ordering on the app/online that means ordering 3 quantities of dressing. I will admit that they have a great portobello mushroom mix and well seasoned tofu; however, if what it comes down to needing a good dousing of dressing to make it enjoyable, it's really not that good to start with ... is it? Also, it's kind of crazy that the salads at sweetgreen cost more than a grain/quinoa bowl ($11-13 vs. $9-10) and for that reason ... I'm out (Sorry, been binging Shark Tank ....) So why do I keep ordering it though? Because they're constantly doing promos that offer up free credits so ... free lunch. If it wasn't for the free lunches, I would not naturally opt to eat at sweetgreen. Dig Inn and Verts (now rebranded as 'Noon' - why??????) to me are just much more flavorful fast casual 'healthy' alternative lunch spots also nearby.

Yelp
Get the app, order on line to avoid the lines. Then Check your order that everything was included.

Yelp
Good store with quick service since it's a more low key area. They do give you a good amount per bowl so I would recommend coming if you're starving or you can split with someone. There's seating inside as well and is convenient since it's near downtown crossing. I got the Toro Bowl which was delicious and very filling. Overall, I recommend coming to Sweetgreen if you're craving a salad or rice bowl with plenty of options to spice things up. You can even make your own if you'd like.

Yelp
Customer service is great, employees were very kind and helpful. Everyone was following covid-19 health and safety precautions. This was my first time eating at sweetgreen and the food was realllly good at this location, when you first walk in everything smells fresh, and fragrant. Would highly recommend coming here!

Patrick H.

Yelp
We had a recent trip to Bean Town and a yelped this place for something not too heavy. Well, sweetgreen fit the bill perfectly!! Nice atmosphere, fresh healthy offerings and good service. Worth a stop if you like light and local fare.
google avatar

Abi C.

Yelp
Need a quick, healthy lunch option full of fresh fruits and veggies...sweetgreen is your go to! All items are marked if they contain gluten. I enjoyed the peach burrata salad which was phenomenal. Fresh peaches, light vinaigrette, kale and spring mix plus a huge ball of burrata.

William Z.

Yelp
They totally skimp on volume and substitute common ingredients (chicken for roast chicken) with online orders without explanation. This has happened to me twice. I won't go back for a third time.
google avatar

Sana S.

Yelp
I appreciate salads from sweet greens, but what I really don't appreciate are workers who can't take orders from the get go. Tell me if you will charge extra at the end that's fine, but if I ask for a cold bowl and then you switch it last minute to a warm bowl because I want rice... why didn't you just ask? I want extra greens dude.. What a boring employee. Thanks for also forgetting my bread and never smiling at me. I've always wondered if I should say something as a result if someone maybe having a bad or long day, but this is a drop from sweetgreen management to make your workers like brain dead Nazis with no customer service abilities. Thanks for nothing. Won't come back to this location. **If you want to eat a good salad, go to the location on state st, there is one nice worker I have met and she wears glasses and is always so helpful and SWEET. Take a tip management and ask her what she's doing right and pay her to train your other employees you obviously take no time to train.

Yelp
This is my second time at Sweetgreen. However I ordered Toro Bowl as pickup this time. My order was there in self, waiting for me. As soon as I picked it up a server came up and offered me more potatoes. I was happy as I felt welcoming. Both of the times, the same server made my order and both the times they are perfect. She is really helpful and easy to talk to and it seems that she loves her job. I'm vegetarian and I loved what I had. This place is my new favorite.

Yelp
**i must change my review from a 4 to a 2. I've felt extremely ill and my stomach had been destroyed since eating at sweetgreen. After researching, I've found food poisoning at sweetgreen is not uncommon. I will not returning. Horrible results** The just of my first review was this: My first experience at Sweet Green, and I got what I expected. A healthy salad. Nothing very indulgent here, doesn't really fill you up, but that's sweetgreen. Not the best meal I've ever had, but not bad at all. I got the Fish Taco bowl, which is quinoa, arugula, cilantro, purple cabbage and a piece of fish, which for me was cooked perfectly. I was impressed by that, because the last time I got fish in a similar manner at one of these healthier

Yelp
AMAZING SALAD! went to sea port location & had pretty strange customer service.. but nonetheless it was the best salad I've ever had!!!
google avatar

Nancy H.

Yelp
Best business idea ever. sweetgreen makes so much money on these salads and they make everything so gosh darn easy. Ordering online or through the app so you don't have to interact with anyone and get exactly what you want. I'll splurge $15 for a salad. Fresh ingredients, great choices, and tasty dressings.
google avatar

Amber C.

Yelp
I am now hoping and praying we get a sweetgreen in Louisville! It was so good I went again the very next day. The salads are huge! I had the harvest salad and it was so fresh and tasty and amazing. It had apples and sweet potato and cranberries and rice! The dressing was delicious! It's a large place but has very little seating. There was plenty of room to add more tables but if you want to just eat your salad there it's fine but you may not be able to find a table. The ingredients all tasted fresh and I believe it was the best salad I have ever had! There were tons of teas to choose from as well. If you love salads you will love this place.
google avatar

Becca P.

Yelp
This sweet green is big and looks clean. I have come here for lunch once and after hours. There is a huge line at lunch but they work pretty fast. The people who mix the salads can be mean, yet some are nice. It really depends who you have. The salads are massive and you can probably save half of it to eat later (not that you should with a salad). I had the Rad Thai and it was delicious. I like that it is different from your typical salad. Though the salads are a bit expensive, the portion makes up for it. I wish they had half sizes! In addition to the salad, you get a slice of bread. I definitely want to try their "make your own" salad next time where you choose a green, warm side, 4 toppings, a protein and dressing.
google avatar

Amber M.

Yelp
I'm surprised how much I like sweetgreen. I always do the online order for pick up. I love that there's the pre-mix option that lets you also pick how much dressing you want. I love all their dressings. They are zesty and have the right texture (not too thin or gloppy). I feel like their ingredients are very fresh and stand up over the course of a 30 min lunch. Because I'm a cheapo, I do a custom order and am able to get a ~$7ish decent salad which is amazing for downtown Boston prices. I'm also impressed by the service. Whenever I'm waiting for my pickup to appear, someone working at sg has always asked me my name for the order and looks for it in the back so I don't have to wait too long.
google avatar

Lifeonthelam M.

Yelp
Probably the only takeout food that actually looks like the website. Normally my clinic is too far from the downtown locations to enjoy Sweetgreen, but amazingly, they've been delivering (FREE!) hot bowls and salads for the lunch shift switchover for our COVID clinic at Chelsea Health Center and they are DELICIOUS. Perfectly fresh veggies, savory seasoned sauces and just enough grain and protein to be filling. Both the kale caesar and shroomami were spicy & delicious. I could make a salad at home, but it would just not be as good.
google avatar

Jessica B.

Yelp
Very hearty meal for 11 bucks and it tastes really good. The staff was also really nice!!! I brought this on 9/22 around 8:30pm. Good job guys!
google avatar

Jennie B.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday afternoon, no line, straight forward I made my own salad and loved the curry chicken. A little pricey, but it's a chain salad place with "produce sourced locally," what did you expect?
google avatar

Noaa B.

Yelp
Wow, wish we had one of those in St. Petersburg. You choose a bowl or build your own. Most bowls are cold but they had, for season, warm ones. I got the shroomami which was great. It came with Kale, sprouts, tofu, mushrooms, whole grain rice, sunflower seeds, beets and a ginger dressing. It was perfectly blended and the flavors all mixed really well together. Recommend this place for lunch or dinner. I'm assuming when it gets busy there is a nice wait. Enjoy!
google avatar

Jacqueline D.

Yelp
This is a convenient location close to work and great for lunch. My favorite item is the shroomami bowl, though I have created up a few custom salads on my own as well. If you plan to go between 11:30 am and 2pm I HIGHLY recommend ordering online. Otherwise the line can be to the door (20-25 min wait). One downside of ordering online- the dressing is on the side and salad is not mixed. They give you tons of salad! But that also means you can't shake up the salad when you've returned to work with it. Minus one star: I hope they are able to provide a salad to go that is mixed/tossed even if the dressing stays on the side. Also I recently went here for lunch and became quite sick afterwards. I didn't get anything out of the normal but did make me question what in my bowl caused me to get so sick.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered office lunch today- evening was great . Lots of options for vegetarians and able to make any dish customized to your preferences with add ons , etc. was nicely prepared especially for a large order . The honey hot chicken was amazing !

Yelp
Good quality salad place if not that hungry. Sweetgreen is a decent option. The main issue with Sweetgreen is that their biggest salad hardly counts as an actual meal at 695 calories, yet it costs $11. It amazes me how many people go in and pay $11-12 for their 450-500 calorie salads and get no add on items. They must be starving in 2-3 hours. Lol The harvest bowl is probably the only salad somewhat worth the money at $10.95 and 695 calories. The ingredient options are good and fresh, but the portions are on the small side. Also, the amount you get for each ingredient varies across the employees. Employees will generally give you extra on lower cost items (apples, sweet potatoes, cilantro, etc.) without charging you, but it can vary by employee. Be careful adding or doubling ingredients as some are quite expensive (mushrooms and chickens). You can quickly end up with a $16-18 salad Note that their prices have bee going up as well. Sweetgreen is an ok place at $10-12 and if not overly hungry. However, if you are very hungry or add items and end up in the $15-18 range, your money would be better spent at other nearby eateries.
google avatar

Totti T.

Yelp
Good make your own salads. A little pricey! Sometimes it's a long wait and the service can be slow. Usefully I try to avoid the lunch rush.
google avatar

Karsen E.

Yelp
Another wonderful meal at SweetGreen! The harvest bowl is my favorite, and I can't bring myself to order anything else. I placed a to go order to pick up at 12:00pm and it was about 15 minutes late, granted it was during the lunch rush. I was waiting outside with my dog on the busy street, and was a bit stressed it was taking so long. Before I could say anything on my third trip in, an employee noticed I had walked in a few times looking at the shelf for my order, and asked for my name. He went back to check and had it made next in line, which only took a few minutes. As I waited outside, I heard several groups walk by and remark how SweetGreen is always busy (which is a good sign!) but that their lunch break isn't long enough to wait in line for the food. I couldn't see how many staff members they had, but maybe a few more or a bigger space would be nice to accommodate all the people that want a meal from here, as it is just so good!
google avatar

Tiffanie J.

Yelp
I love Sweet Green, but I guess I just came at a bad time. I came here with a friend after work around 8pm and they don't close until 10pm. I hate being those people who walk in last minute and order food because I know how that feels. Anyways, there was literally nothing left. I ordered my usual build your own salad bowl, but they were out of literally everything. I ended up getting arugula because that was the only appetizing thing that was left. I usually get the spinach, but I didn't even want to bother the lady if they had any. Next, I got my quinoa, corn, shrimp, lemon juice, avocado, and a side of the miso sesame vinagrette. I wish I could have gotten more toppings, but there was literally NOTHING left and the counter was a mess. I probably avoided getting food poisoning if anything. I honestly regretted every bit of this meal because this was NOT worth $12. My bowl looked really plain and that just made me a little sad. My friend and I sat down and noticed that another worker locked the door at 9pm. Mind you, this place closes at 10pm. They just have horrible customer service because all of the workers seemed upset. I also noticed that behind the counters were dirty also. The floors were such a mess because workers were just throwing things on the floor. I should've read previous reviews on this specific Sweet Green to avoid this bad experience. I'll be back at Sweet Green, just not this one!!
google avatar

Priyam S.

Yelp
This is definitely a favorite for me! I haven't had a salad at SG that I haven't been a fan of. My favorite standing menu salad is def the Hummus Tahina but I love that they do seasonal salads, as well! I had the Thai Watermelon today and it was probably the best salad I've had at SG. It is a downtown location, central for a lot of businesses, so the lunch rush is pretty crazy. When you keep that in mind, the employees rushing and trying to get you on your way is completely understandable.
google avatar

Dilan I.

Yelp
My absolute favorite salad spot. My first time trying salad from sweet green was in Boston. I craved salad so much that I even had to get some in LA and DC. I ordered the kale salad and the parmesan croutons along with the chicken is mouth watering. This isn't just any ordinary salad spot. It's a must! I've gotten several of my friends hooked on these salads.
google avatar

Karim A.

Yelp
This place is dirty and is just a spew of cross contamination. Perhaps the servers need to slow down while mixing components together because all they are doing is making a mess. Half the items from one bin fall into the other bins (i.e. cheese in the bins with carrotts). The work area is a mess with food everywhere. All over the counter and the floor. They try to wipe it down but it looks like they don't even change the towels as the towels barely wipe the food up. I can't help but wonder how "clean" their dishes could be. I'm hesitant to go back to the place just because it's filthy. They also have no clue on how much their own salads cost. I went with the DIY salad and the guy just assumes it's one of their pre-made menu items and goes to over charge me. I tell him it's not "such and such" but a custom made and then he goes to say that the premade is cheaper (it's not). DIY salads start at just under $7 for up to 4 items and then $2.25 for chicken. The premade is about $10 plus tax. I mean, it's not a big difference but don't try to charge me $1 more for a salad. In fact, $10 is too much for a salad as it is with the little bit of chicken they give you. You are better off ordering online and picking it up (though you won't get to see how your salad is made). The chicken also is tasteless. Cold (They just brought it out too), no seasoning nor does it taste like it's been grilled. It more resembles boiled chicken. Not sure what's up with that. It's not all that great though. Same with some of their other ingredients. The bread they give you is one small slice of bread. Pretty bland too like everything else. There is also a huge line. Not sure why cause the food sucks but it appears people trying to slim their waists (yet they get all the creamy stuff on their salads #smh). Thus, you are better off ordering online and picking it up. Not sure how reliable the pickup times are but it probably better than waiting 15 mins in line. Now that I've gotten to the end of this review, I don't think I'll be going back. For $10, I can get a better meal elsewhere.

Guillermo F.

Yelp
Ordered some food from here with some work colleagues. The service was good and the food tasted good, but 5 minutes into eating the salads one of my work colleagues found a live beetle in the food. This is the first time in my life I have ever seen food serves with an actual insect it in, let a lone a live one. None of us could finish our remaining bowls nor do we plan on ever returning to this place.

Yelp
So glad there's another vegan friendly/vegetarian quick serve spot in the south end!!! This was much needed A lot of their bowls and salads are really delicious but I'd highly recommend the BYO option for the indecisive/picky! It's under $7 for a grain bowl/salad with 4 non premium toppings--makes it so much more affordable since some of their pre-set options can be in the low teens cost wise I love that they list their local sources for ingredients and produce. I always try to get the seasonal offerings since eating seasonally is supposed to be really good for your body! I love that they have so many fun and unique refreshments. They even tell you the sweetness and caloric content. Love the chai!! I just hope that this sweetgreen will follow health codes unlike their boylston location which resulted in a temporary store closing from violating too many critical health rules

Michael G.

Yelp
I can't even describe my disappointment that SWEETGREEN won't deliver to the front line workers at MGH anymore. Shame. As I do love them so.
google avatar

Araxie M.

Yelp
Maybe I'm a salad snob but I'm wondering how this place has a cult following lately! The salads are lackluster and plain; even making your own seems to limit what you can enjoy in terms of flavors. It's healthy sure but boring, and their portions of dressing are insanely small; which is ironically the most flavorful part of their dishes. The staff is polite and the food is very fresh, no doubt about that. I wish their meat variety was more and bolder? No spice, no kick, no tang, just blah. I feel like a barn animal eating my fill of greens.
google avatar

Anna W.

Yelp
Okay, I know sweetgreen is bougie as fuck. I know I'm basically being charged $9-$12 for a bowl of grains and spinach. But you know what? I still don't care - I love this place and I'm pumped this location opened up right by my office. I love my salads and they have some bomb salads. My favorites are the Umami Bowl, the Wild Child and the Harvest Bowl. They give you good portions and the ingredients and dressing are always mixed well. Don't be intimidated by the giant line out the door - the workers are like a well-oiled salad-making machine and they decimate through the line of customers within minutes. Plus you get extra bread with your salad - and who doesn't like bread?
google avatar

Meg D.

Yelp
If you are sick of the same ole sandwiches and soup options for lunch around town, try out this place. The salads are so fresh and so unique. I have been here several times so there are only a select few that I have not tried, but I have loved them all. The only complaint I have is that if you order it on their website to be picked up they do not mix in the dressing with the salad, it is served on the side.
google avatar

Jolene S.

Yelp
I am not normally a big fan of salads, but here you get a fresh entree sized salad that will be delightful. Went with a close friend for lunch (before 12:30pm) and the line was out-the-door (and stayed that way until about 1:00pm) even though there is a lot of room inside to contain a long line. Nevertheless, there are a lot of staff, who move quickly, and there is quality control along the way (to make sure your salad has all the right components). No cash--all electronic payment (app or credit card, you pick). Also excellent, refreshing fresca and iced tea drink options. I would only say they should have us sort the garbage (to recycle and or compost--complete the cycle of fresh and "green" practices please! pretty please!) Come early (at lunch) if you want to sit; come late, if you are trying to grab-and-go. This is probably the only place that will get five stars from me by featuring salad.

Yelp
The salads are pricey, yet amazing! The restaurant looks very nice, I like how it's set up so that you see the ingredients and how they're prepared. The staff were very professional and on their A-game. I'm pescatarian and the "OMG Omega" salad was literally O.M.G! The menus are near the entrance of the door because the lines are long, so you'll have plenty of time to decide what you want. Sweetgreen is my new lunch spot, no doubt.

Yelp
Training/management/organization at this location needs some work. I came at 6pm on a Thursday, it was not busy, but employees seemed stressed out, slow to wait on whomever was next in line, not confident of what ingredients were included in the salads on the menu board. An ingredient was accidentally left out of the order in front of me, and the main ingredient was accidentally left off mine. I noticed this had happened, so no harm, no foul, but it made me wonder if my salad was representative of the salads sweetgreen is popular for. The disorganization and honest mistakes stressed me out because, like most people, I hate spending money on things I'm not confident will taste good. Luckily, the Hello Portobello was tasty, so all's well that ends well. Quality of ingredients very high, and portion sizes are way too large (admittedly a pro from a value perspective!)
