Sweetpea's

I received a stunningly beautiful bouquet of Flowers late . Friends thought how incredible they were. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. As designed, with the leaf surrounding the vase, it was impossible to know that a floral foam block was used or to determine water level. Wednesday night i noticed the peony was losing its leaves. This morning many of the flowers are deteriorating. I have no doubt they required water sooner even though it was only two and a half days from delivery. However the instructions say to water every few days. I had checked them and didn't see a problem They started deteriorating in two days. The shop said it was my fault and too bad. Not what i call good service. There instructions were not accurate. The case probably lost water in transport and should have been watered immediately bit the instructions dis not so state and a few days was too late.

I was extremely happy with my order. I sent a teacup arrangement and the recipient loved them. She sent me a picture – they truly are beautiful and unique.... and she said they smell amazing. I was a little concerned about the delivery because she lives on an upper floor of a house, but the delivery team was able to follow my instructions with no issue. I also love to support women-owned businesses and people who pay a living wage. I highly recommend Sweetpea's and will definitely use them again.

I have been the recipient of so many beautiful flower arrangements from Sweetpea's, and each one has meant so much. The creativity and quality of flowers, as well as the thoughtfulness and attention to detail that gets put into each arrangement speaks highly of everyone involved in this wonderful business. I ordered flowers off their website for my friend who is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The flowers arrived at her place as scheduled and exactly as I had hoped. They did a beautiful job with the arrangement and I couldn't be happier. I even got an automated e-mail once the flowers had been dropped off, which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you to Sweetpea's for helping brighten my friend's day during a challenging time and creating a gorgeous arrangement for her.

I had a really great experience with Sweetpea's and whole-heartedly recommend them. I was looking for flowers, a little bit last minute, for the celebration of life for a dear friend. Sweetpea's were available for the job. Rachel talked me through my options on the phone and follow up email and was very communicative & helpful throughout and Sara was also great. The bouquets that their florists put together for the celebration of life were stunning, perfect for the occasion and delivered right on time (actually a little early). This small independent business can compete with the best.

We ordered a tea cup arrangement for a birthday. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and had some unusual blooms! Just beautiful.

I live out of province and have purchased flowers for family twice now from Sweetpea’s. It is always a wonderful experience. The staff is lovely, the arrangements are fresh, gorgeous and lasting, and their local delivery allows for a beautiful gift even if I am not dropping it off myself. Would highly recommend.

Once again, I left my order to the last minute and it was Valentine's Day - the busiest day of the year for any florist. But Sweetpea’s isn't just "any" florist and they came through to deliver my order to a very delighted daughter, even though I made a mistake on the online payment form. No worries, a staff member corrected the error and took the time to confirm.
