Sweetwater Restaurant

Had lunch here during a time that was not busy. The service was good and the salad I ordered was large and I thought a good value for Jackson.

We were there on a Sunday (late afternoon) and were seated immediately. The server was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious. The menu had a nice variety. The setting was very quaint. The only problem was a few locals were evidently having a reunion and were quite noisy. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in a good meal at a fair price.

Our server, Beth, was great, very friendly and solicitous. The bread with honey butter was Delicious! The price was reasonable for what came with the entree. The salad was generous and the cucumber dressing was yummy. It had a little bite to it which complimented the creaminess. I had the pork tenderloin with mac and cheese. It was Delicious. My husband had the trout, which was really good. I would recommend this restaurant!

Dinner on Oct 25. Michael was the server. Very poor. Had to ask 3 times to refill water and iced tea. It was like he was upset I was not having wine of a cocktail. Food was cold. Asked for coffee when I ordered dessert. It never came. Cake was stale. And to top it off they hit you with an automatic 18% gratuity even if you don't wish to tip that much. I do not mind tipping 20% for good service, but am very upset when forced to pay 18% for sub-par service. We will not be back.

I am usually a positive person, butt this restaurant needs to get its poop in a group. First of all the waiter was a dumb-dumb. And then after we orders he got all of our drinks mixed up. Then I got my chili and it was cold at the corn bread was a brick of cold corn and then my aunt ordered a deer steak and she got a beef stake. And my uncle ordered elk steak and got a doe (female deer) stake. And my other 6 family members food tasted like poop. And when we said something about it to the waiter he would argue with us! And finally my uncle just agreed with him and said to us kids that "it's always best to not argue with an idiot",and my sister asked "why" and uncle told her "because they will never realize they are wrong."

Overpriced n rediculous!! I had the Alfredo... for somewhere around 29 bucks. Hey... resort town!! The sauce would have been better off the shelf of a convenience store. The chicken breast looked more like game hen breast. The only solid part of the meal was the mac n cheese and the nuggets we got for the kids. Never going back.

Was recommended by a local at the elk refuge and loved it. You know any place with a sign saying if you can't wait for food don't eat there has food worth waiting for. Our waiter was splendid and we loved the decor. On a scale from awesome to fantastic, they were outstanding!

Food was very good. Blackened salmon salad was the bomb. Nice outdoor seating is available. Full bar. Had a nice experience as a group of 4 adults.
