Maybe it was because we came through later at night, or maybe it was because we politely went back and asked for our drinks to be remade with no ice and looked like we had annoyed a couple of the girls (for anyone wondering we had asked for no ice in the first place.) but when we got our drinks back they weren't even close to being full... is that normal? Am I supposed to ask if I order no ice to please fill our drinks to the top? Why am I going here to pay $11- $12 for 2 drinks to not even have it CLOSE TO FULL!!... we should have just gone to sodalicious like we normally do. It's like 4 dollars cheaper and they actually fill our drinks to the top without needing to be asked if I ever order a drink with no ice... we mostly just went here since it was the first shop on our way home. Wish this could just be refunded so we could go somewhere else.

Be careful with mobile orders at this location. I did a mobile order so I could pay extra for additional flavors and didn't get any flavors in my drink and my order was not ready when I arrived. I showed up at my pick up time and the employee was filling the cup with soda. I let her know I had a mobile order and she went back to making my drink. She looked at the sticker, rolled her eyes, and filled the cup to the brim with ice even tho it says light ice. She checked the sticker a few more times and handed me my drink. I paid an extra $2 for flavorings and vanilla cream and got none of it. I ordered watermelon sugar so I should have had at least watermelon and Mango flavoring which was not in my drink. The orem location is much better.

The staff here is so nice and wonderful! Although if you have a refillable tumbler I would be careful. Almost every time it has been refilled it has overflowed and spilled all over my car. Other than that, the staff is great and so are the drinks.

The Good: - Soda was tasty. - Pretzel Bites and dip were tasty. The Bad: - Very barren and plain atmosphere with no music - Poor Customer Service - I think the employee added an extra tip or fee of some sort to our order and never asked if we wanted a receipt. - Long Wait Time

It is what it is. Swig hits every time. Cannot go wrong on your sugar fix here. They always have the tastiest treats and drinks.

So many different kinds of drinks! My favorite is the Texas tab. They also have really good cookies.

Literally just got out of the drive thru and had to leave a review because everyone was so kind! The person that took my order was very friendly as well as the girl that ended up handing me my drink! Excellent customer service 👏🏻
