For all Company Drivers and Owner-Operators please follow by your APPOINTMENTS. IT IS NOT first come first serve. Receiving starts at 7:00 am do not bother showing up 1 hour early. You will get told to move out if you block the entrance. DO NOT BLOCK the entrance because it's both an entry and exit.
Please press the buzzer ONCE!!!! Do not press it multiple times. They can hear it, but give them time to open the gate. No one will be in the receiving office if you show up before open hours.
Also there's no parking available even if you show up a day early. Plan ahead before showing up here to Swire/Reno Coca-Cola. Again FOLLOW BY YOUR appointment and if you want to make sure if your appointment is correct give the office a call and give them your PO number.

Exceptional service! Showed 2 hrs early and got a door. Got to me in an hour and had bills back in 30 minutes.
They were understaffed but i didn't feel it. Only saw 1 dude at the window, same dude on fork and, you you guessed it , same guy brought me my bills. He even walked back and pulled the chock. Rock on Coke, thanks!

Customer service not very good. I was told by three different people three different days for my delivery. Trying to get ahold of my rep was very hard. No one at the office could help. Once I got ahold of rep things seemed to go better, we’ll see.

This company is rarely making deliveries in the area of Moana and Lakeside. Trying to find things in stock is impossible when deliveries are not being made. Extremely frustrating. It’s multiple locations that are not receiving deliveries. Some for multiple weeks.
