Couldn’t have asked for a better cake and cookies for our baby’s 1st birthday party! Lynnette and crew did above and beyond executing off some inspiration I sent them. Not only did it look incredible, but of course, tasted sooooo good!! Everyone was asking where we got the cake and cookies from. Hehe. Can’t wait for our next celebration and order another cake :)

Amazing! I was in a real bind and need a rush order of cookies for an event I was hosting when my swag didn't make it on time completed in 24 hours. The SWIRL team worked with me, got details and made it happen. Pick up was easy and the cookies turned out adorable and delicious. She reached out with some basic questions and was met with rude and dismissive behaviour from the staff, who actually laughed at her concerns.I cant even begin to explain how upsetting it is to know she was treated this way, especially when she was simply trying to get some answers.To make matters worse, the company has since been sending her harassing texts and emails, even threatening legal action over a truthful and respectful review.This has caused her a great deal of emotional distress, and as her sister, I'm furious to see her go through this.No one should have to endure that kind of treatment, especially when all she was doing was asking for help and sharing her honest experience.If this is how they treat their customers, strongly urge anyone to think twice before engaging with them. Edit note in the email provided in the photos they said there star rating when down to 4.6 when in fact it was 4.7 still but now is down because of this post additionally the baker claims to not have been laughing at my sister but if your laughing as your answering a phone that’s one thing but the fact that it was 1 minute into the conversation that she laughed at her when she was asking her questions is just an excuse my sister then ended the phone call saying I will not be ordering from you and left it at that but the fact that you called her back then texted her was absolutely inappropriate she has also found my sisters alternative email address and home address and now my sister is terrified for her safety and has been crying since the threats of the swirl company when she left an honest review of her horrible experience they are trying to silence her voice she didn’t swear or freak out at you until you harassed her after the conversation ended and at the end of the day all she was trying to get at was that the cake she wanted would have been picked up instead of delivered but she never got to that point because of being laughed at

Great service! The value of the cake was worth the cost. This felt like a high end and luxury brand of cake. The communication was great, and also had delivery out of the city - so worth it! Thanks again!

I have used SWIRL Custom Cakes & Desserts many times now. After my sister used SWIRL for her wedding, I knew I wanted to get my wedding cake from them. My wedding cake was perfect, exactly how we envisioned it and tasted phenomenal. This year I realized late that I hadn't ordered a cake as a surprise for my husband for our second anniversary, so I reached out to Lynnette to see if she could squeeze me in. Not only did she squeeze me in with less than a week's notice, she and her team made a STUNNING cake that tasted absolutely delicious. I was so impressed, I sent her a picture of what I was thinking but I did not expect it to be so pretty. With SWIRL, you get excellent quality and excellent customer service!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
