Swiss-Belcourt Kupang

First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere.Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app.Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious.It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

I was here for the short transit. The place is quite good good service at the front desk and quick response for the call. The room is facing the city, wide enough for superior size, clean, toilet and shower works well, full amenities, cool as the AC works well. Another point is, I will be back again as this hotel comes into my recommendations to stay at budget hotels near the seashore of Kupang City.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were amazing. They all spoke great English and were very helpful and polite especially Dedi John who helped us during our breakfast. Many thanks to all who work here we will be back.

Very nice hotel with water front. The room is great with ocean view. Beautiful decor in sun room. Everything is great and we extended twice for over week long.

Staff were super helpful and welcoming. They spoke English well and comfortably. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water and provided shampoo and soap. The views of the ocean were great! The breakfast buffet had good variety. They helped me arrange a taxi to airport which is about a 20 minute ride. I realized I left my cell phone in the taxi after I was inside the airport. They were so kind and helpful assisting me to get my phone before my plane left. I really appreciate all your assistance!!!

Modern and fun, entering the hotel lobby the eclectic furniture and decorations are very eye catching. Check-in service is quite friendly, fast. The spacious lobby area is equipped with a bar, welcome drink, and what is quite interesting is a playstation spot, as well as a music area.||It was very interesting, when we found that in several parts of the hotel, there were comfortable sofas, massage chairs, statues, paintings, and even beautiful spots that visitors could use to take photos and relax themselves.||deluxe double with sea view, our room is spacious, the mattress is very comfortable, good hot water, complete amenities, water hiter functions well, safe deposit is available. We are very happy with the AC which functions well, and the smoking room doesn't feel stuffy.|Beautiful sunset through the room view, only through the window, we hope to find a balcony so that we can be more satisfied enjoying the evening view, without having to leave the room.||dinner at the restaurant with a menu of chicken with maranggi spices and mango juice, overall it has a delicious taste, the spices penetrate, with the addition of complementary vegetables, adding to the taste. Sweet mango without artificial sweeteners, quite refreshing.||The live music atmosphere is only available until 9pm, giving you peace to rest comfortably and enjoy the serene waves.||Breakfast is amazing, with a variety of food choices, small cakes, salads, with neat and clean restaurant decoration, making the day lively.||We hope that Swissbell Court Kupang management will always improve the quality of comfort in all aspects of the hotel.

You get a lot for your money here! Clean, modern room, great breakfast buffet and lovely staff! The receptionists are so friendly and helpful! 100% recommend!

We stayed there on our way to ALOR, both ways in July 2024. We used to stay in SwissBel in Jakarta and Bogor previously, so we do know the standard of what this hotel name carries. Mr. Syawal has been very helpful in helping us through the booking process. The airport transfer was very good and professional. Unfortunately, we couldn’t got an early check in, despite us wanting to pay extra for it. The lounge room was rundown in July 2024, the couches were dirty, it didn’t look very nice. The view was amazing! Also, the staffs were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t say the same for the rooms, they were very old. The shower didn’t work and my son’s door didn’t close properly. We reported this to the hotel but didn’t get much done.
