Staff are very nice but don’t speak any English, it’s the most frustrating experience to order room service or house keeping service. Simple dishes like soup and vegetables took more than an hour to come because they forgot about the order. Very incompetent staff. Also when they say they will call you back in 5min, it means they will never call you back. Management needs to invest in more professional training.

Staff was very helpful when i emailed to confirm my reservations. Room was generally comfortable. Aircon had slight issues in one of the rooms and there were ants in our interconnecting rooms, so that could be improved. Overall a pleasant stay.

I and my wife were there for a conference. They catered for 900 people although only a portion were able to stay at the Swiss-Bel itself. I was one of the lucky ones. Friendly service - nothing was too much trouble for them and always smiling. Room was great, swimming pool and gym great . Food very good considering it was catered for so many people, but a la carte could also be ordered and paid for separately which was better. The only drawback was that it is on the edge of town which didn't bother us because there for conference but an easy taxi ride would bring you into town quite easily.

I would love to recommend Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya for your Business and Leisure visit to Palangkaraya Central Kalimantan.||Hotel has Great location with Great Hospitality, Best hotel in town. New look and spacious parking area with masssive lobby area and lobby bar to unwind. Restaurant downstairs with full of variance of breakfast to pamper yourself. The only one hotel with Resort ambiance and big long Swimming Pool with Coconut tree surrounding. Spacious gym area and they do offer spa treatment as well. They also offer live music during weekend.||Room got spacious and nice inside, recommended to book Pool View as all rooms got Balcony with Pool or City view. For you who wants to have meeting activities they do have some Meetings Rooms and Big Ballroom.||I got chance to explore some nature area at Sebangau National Eco Tourism Park which can be accessed close by from hotel around 45 minutes and also to see Orang Utan in Kaja Island which can be accessed close by from hotel around 30 minutes by car, I have used the service from hotel which they do work together with their Tour Agent called Borneo Escape.||The Hospitality service from all Teams start from Security to Front Office, Restaurant, Housekeeping all of them are trully have their passion.||I would highly recommended to stay at Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya. ||Will be back soon for my holiday with my son soon.||Thank you Swiss-Belhotel Danum Palangkaraya ❤️.

The Belhotel at Palankya Raya is a great option, a comfortable 4 star hotel to use whether passing through on a tourist visit or for a more extended business visit ||Rooms are comfortable, the staff were helpful and there appeared to be an extensive international a La carte. Breakfast is predominantly asian buffet but there is something for everyone. Conveniently there is an ATM in the reception visit||I would certainly stay if passing through again.

Good stay and a good business hotel with clean Rooms and big lobby. The Service was excellent at the bar and restaurant especially Intan was warm and extremely hospitable.
