Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina

I stayed at the Swiss Diamond in Prishtina for two weeks in April. I don't think I could stay anywhere else ever as the experience was wonderful. This review is overdue, but I am only now catching up from all my travels. The hotel is definitely more of an old school ambiance, but that is my preference. The food was above average for hotel standards, and I tried almost everything on the menu. They also have a sushi restaurant attached, which was decent. The pool and spa include two saunas, steam bath, Turkish bath, and ice plunge (for anyone who likes that). Their staff is diligent in maintaining the area at all times for cleanliness. The bar area sometimes has live music, and overall it's a relaxing place to have a drink. With all five star assessments, I do like to still leave some constructive feedback. For this hotel it would be the following: - All rooms should have a proper espresso pod machine. Not this powder 3-1 stuff. - The jacuzzi isn't hot enough. - The pool area is quite large, and there is plenty of room for families to enjoy the area without disrupting others. Unfortunately, I only found 50% of the families in the pool area to be respectful. There might need to be stricter policies enforced for those with children. I don't blame the kids, I blame the adults without a brain or any regard for basic politeness. Overall, I loved the hotel, the food, location, pool, and sauna. I will be back.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Not quite the 5-star experience I expected While Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina looks impressive from the outside and has a luxurious atmosphere, the actual experience didn’t fully meet expectations. The room, although elegant, showed signs of wear and didn’t feel as fresh or well-maintained as a 5-star hotel should. Service was polite but somewhat slow and inconsistent—especially at the front desk and restaurant. For the price point, I expected more attention to detail and better overall hospitality. It has potential, but there's definitely room for improvement.

We had a fantastic night here , the room was large , very comfortable , quite and dark . The spa facilities are very good , we relaxed by the pool for a few hours and had some food . Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. If you just need to relax for a night or two and shut the city out I would highly recommend this hotel .

Loved this hotel! Great service, wonderful amenities, everything was carefully thought out. Spa and sauna rooms were gorgeous, and they even had dryers for swimsuits, lockers for valuables and an assortment of snacks and drinks. Wonderful location on the main strip. Can't wait to come back!

My only regret was limiting my stay to one night. This hotel is gorgeous, the staff is very generous, and the morning breakfast is excellent. I stayed here a couple months ago and it still sticks with me how nice it was. I was deathly ill when I arrived (ate something real bad in Belgrade) and the staff took great care of me. The breakfast, to reiterate, was wonderful.

The best overall service experience ever in any hotel where I have been. And I have travelled quite a lot. Absolutely PERFECT from all aspects: Spa, restaurant, reception,.. warm thanks to you all. The hotel itself is also very nice, clean beautiful and traditional. Nothing to complain. But the staff made my experience truly unique.

My partner and I have been coming to Swiss Diamond for years, and we wouldn’t trade it for any other hotel in Pristina! It’s truly worth every penny – the experience is always top-notch. And the room service food? Absolutely delicious every single time! Jay & Ben

Excellent! Comfortable beds with all the luxury. The breakfast display included was exceptional. The staff speak many languages and are very welcoming and accommodating. The lounge has a good atmosphere and good food. The decor is tasteful and eye catching. The spa services are exceptional. Would've preferred the hot tub to be hot, was more like a soaking tub with jets but all the other services including massage and facial were superb.
