From the moment I arrived at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka, I knew I was in for an exceptional experience. The lobby is a stunning blend of modern elegance and warm hospitality, setting the tone for my entire stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering a smooth check-in process and ensuring every detail was taken care of from the start.My room Premier King Room was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom okey with amenities and a rainfall shower that made every morning feel like a treat. The view from my window was breathtaking, offering a swimming pool & gym.The breakfast buffet had a wide array of fresh, delicious options, and I thoroughly enjoyed the in-house fine dining restaurant for dinner. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, with top-notch service to match.Overall, my stay was flawless. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, unforgettable getaway.

I stayed on the 15th floor facing the river and Kampong Morten. The location is perfect as there are lots of food stalls and restaurants in the area. My room was cleaned every day and water was also replenished. The light bulbs went out on day at two locations and they were replaced within minutes of my call. The hair dryer I thought went out but it was on cooling mode so it shut off but housekeeping brought a new one immediately. The only thing I would like is plugins for a hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. There isn't any and the location that has a plugin does not have a mirror. This is quite an inconvenience. Many people said in their review that the hot water doesn't work. It does if it is turned to the correct direction and left running a bit to warm up. The beds need an upgrade as it has become hard and lost its comfy softness. The headboard has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The gym has a great aesthetic but the pool is a little too cold for me. Overall, I had a great stay. After 10 days, it felt like home. I will definitely stay again.

Clean room! Great service! The breakfast buffet is the bomb!!! Will come back when I have a chance! My Kids love the swimming pool! Elevators are fast too! Great value! Dont think twice book here!

Overall good. Clean, easy check in. Variety of food for breakfast buffet. Nearby to jonker street too. Kinda kid friendly, there are infinity pool and a pool for kids to play with slides 🛝. Their gym looks good too, clean and quiet. (But i went on a Monday)

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself has a beautiful, luxurious design, and the lobby makes a fantastic first impression with its elegant decor. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view. The bed was very cozy, and the bathroom was spotless, stocked with high-quality toiletries. The staff was generally friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the concierge was helpful with local recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets, catering to many tastes. However, I did experience a few issues that took away from the stay. The elevators were very slow, which was frustrating, especially during busy check out hours. I found myself waiting several minutes just to get down to the lobby. On top of that, breakfast was a bit chaotic. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be seated one morning, which wasn’t ideal when I had plans. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the slow elevators and breakfast seating delays made it feel less organized than I expected for a hotel at this level. I’d consider staying again but would request a late check out to solve this problem and hope these issues are improve. Thanks.

The location is nice . It's within a shopping mall where there is a play zone for young kids. Entry price is reasonable. Breakfast is super crowded at 8am ++. I went to the restaurant at 7am, and I got my window seat with a nice river view.Swimming pool water is a bit icy.... I hope they can upgrade to a heated pool like their hotel in genting. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Everything is within the norm. No surprises or confusion. Friendly restaurant staff. Breakfast is value for money and good. The room is within expectation clean and cold. We saw many families with children and grandparents check in the hotel as well. We walk to Jonker street night market from the hotel. Outside the hotel has many mamak restaurants, 7 elevens, 99 speed marks, etc. We were down Melaka for 3 days of golfing trips. Easy to move around from hotel to golf courses.

Mixed Experience on My Third Stay This was my third visit to this hotel. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciate. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The water heater wasn’t working initially, but they did send a technician promptly to fix it. One of my concerns was with the housekeeping service. When I requested for the room to be made up, I noticed that they reused the old bed sheets and blanket rather than providing fresh ones, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service at the reception could be improved. Unlike other hotels where the staff are warm and welcoming, the reception here felt somewhat unfriendly and less attentive to guests’ needs. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good rooms, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service quality.
