Swiss Inn Hotel & Apartments

This is our second time we've stayed at The Swiss In and apartments. We returned because we enjoyed the hospitality of the host Veronica and the quiet area its in. Close to train station, Interlaken west. Always greeted with a friendly smile and always went out of her way to help you with anything you needed. Whether it was sights to see, the best way to get from a to b, explaining how the onsite washing machine and dryer works (which was a bonus to have) . Last time we stayed we had a smaller Apartment but this time we booked direct and got a more spacious apartment with a modern kitchen. And still a nice touch with some little swiss chocolates.If we find ourselves back in Interlaken we will back again for sure.

We had the bungalow type 2 bedroom, 2 wc at the back. It is very quiet and safe. Spacious and complete. We felt at home and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend esp for family . There's backyard also, complete kitchen items with dishwasher . The laundry is 15chf access for whole day wash. There's a pingpong table also that my children enjoyed during our rest days. The host is supernice. There's even free yummy chocolates . The place is clean as well.

Great value and even better hosts. The Swiss Inn apartments is very well located to Interlaken West station and almost all places in the city. The apartment rooms are good sized and kitchen stocked up with utensils and dinnerware . The staff is very attentive to details and provides the best excursion ideas for the day… we missed the coziness of the place in the rest of our trip.

I know this isn’t a five-star hotel, but it was truly an unforgettable experience. The guesthouse is incredibly cozy, exceptionally clean, and full of charm. Even the laundry area in the basement, though not modern, had a nostalgic scent that brought back warm memories—I honestly loved it. The place is run by the owner herself, and she is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts I’ve ever met. Her warmth and hospitality made the stay feel like home. There’s no breakfast offered on-site, but everything you need is just steps away. As someone who usually stays in luxury five-star hotels, I tried this little guesthouse by chance—and it turned out to be one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had. Sometimes, it’s the simplest places that touch your heart the most. I cannot recommend this place highly enough—if you’re visiting Interlaken, don’t miss the chance to stay here. It’s a hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition.

We enjoyed our stay for three nights and loved the beautiful heritage property especially its central location, cleanliness, modern laid out interiors, air conditioning, daily housekeeping & all other facilities in our duplex one bedroom apartment. Would highly recommend.

I wish I could give 10 stars. The place was perfect—well-organized, with impeccable service. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly and attentive; she knew everything about the region and the tours, and helped us with everything we needed. I went with my whole family, and we all absolutely loved it. The space where we stayed was excellent and had everything we needed, including a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of this wonderful country. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

We had an amazing experience staying at the Swiss Inn—a spotless, well-managed, and cozy home away from home. The host, Veronica, and her son Patrick, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. On the rainy morning of our departure to Zurich, Patrick kindly walked us to the bus stop. Thoughtful gestures like these truly make a holiday unforgettable.

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at Swiss Inn & Apartments in March 2025. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, yet in a peaceful area. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.||A huge thank you to Veronica, who was an exceptional host! She went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home.||The property itself is charming, with excellent facilities and a cozy atmosphere. Great hotel, extremely friendly front desk who I believe is the owner, she was extremely helpful with things to do in the area. The room is very clean and comes with its own AC, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and tea kettle. There was a slight smell of smoke in the main areas like lobby and staircase but the room itself did not smell of smoke at all. We would absolutely stay again, also a perfect location from the town
