Swiss Inn Hotel & Apartments

Our stay at the Swiss Inn Hotel & apartment was absolutely perfect. The property was impeccably clean, with an array of amenities that made our holiday exceptionally comfortable. Its location is ideal – conveniently close to everything yet wonderfully peaceful. A special thank you to our host, Veronica, whose warm hospitality and genuine eagerness to make us feel welcome truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This place is truly a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!

Nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood is an old, lovely hotel. The place has been maintained really well and has been kept so classy and clean. We had booked a one BHK unit which was very spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and came with a beautiful view of Harder Kulm through our bedroom window. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, bus stops, and the popular Migros from where you can grocery shop. Several cafes, restaurants, shopping stores, and boutiques are also reachable on foot. We had a really great time staying there. And a special shout out to Veronica who is an absolute ball of energy. She has been very helpful and was kind enough to drop us off at the station on our last day. Kudos to her for doing such a great job looking after the property.

We stayed 3 nights at this property and it was great. The hosts were super friendly and gave good suggestions /information for Interlaken and surroundings. The room was spacious enough for a couple but a little limited in wardrobe space. Decent amenities in the room and a small relaxing place by the corridor/stairs to sit and read or just relax. Located within 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station, close to Migros, shops and restaurants. Rooms are also quiet as the property is located off the busy streets but still very accessible. Will be staying here again when next visit Interlaken. Highly recommend this place...!

We very much enjoyed our 3 nights at the Swiss Inn Hotel and Apartments. We stayed in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a sitting room, kitchen/dining area, and a lovely porch with a great view. Veronica was a wonderful hostess who gave us great travel advice and several tourist maps of the area. Highly Recommend!

My family of 3 stayed at Swiss Inn for 5 nights when sightseeing in the Berner Oberland area. I had stayed here the last time I was in the area, back in 2010! I had such a great experience then that I was so thrilled Swiss Inn had vacancy for my dates this time.||Veronica and Patrick are wonderful hosts, super friendly and kind. This time we stayed in the Duplex OneBedroom apartment, which is on the top floor with 2 floors. Downstairs is the living area with a sofa bed, kitchen, toilet, dining area, and a balcony with a fantastic view (you could sit there and watch the paragliders all day). Upstairs is a loft with double bed, lots of closets, and the shower/sink. The apartment has excellent shutters/black out curtains, so much so that when they are closed you really can't tell it's already daylight! So make sure you set an alarm especially if you want to start early.||The location is super convenient, only a 5-min walk from Interlaken West station. Having said that, the inn is set back on the street so it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a elementary school next door so we could hear the school children in the morning, but we were already up anyway. There is a huge supermarket Migros across the street from the train station. We cooked simple dinners at the apartment each evening.||There is washer/dryer in the basement for guests to wash clothes (for a fee), but Veronica waived ours because of our long(er) stay. ||I wrote a review on Swiss Inn back in 2010 and at the time I said I would not hesitate to return. Happy to have returned in 2024!

Ok, Veronica at the front desk is the sweetest most friendly and helpful lady we’ve ever met! We felt like family from the time we arrived. This is the perfect little place for a few nights stay. Location is excellent! Thank you for the wonderful stay, Veronica!

Such a great establishment in an iconic area of Switzerland. Check-in- seamless. Staff- friendly. on-site laundry for people who might need to launder clothes after fun times hiking. An easy endorsement and worth every bit of your dolllar ♥️

I am so happy I booked here . They are wonderful , and it really helped that they had a laundry room with detergent and all the things you need! Our room even had air conditioning , umbrellas in case it rained … we slept well at night! Thank you again! Veronica was amazing , she made us feel so welcomed.

Great hotel, extremely friendly front desk who I believe is the owner, she was extremely helpful with things to do in the area. The room is very clean and comes with its own AC, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and tea kettle. There was a slight smell of smoke in the main areas like lobby and staircase but the room itself did not smell of smoke at all. We would absolutely stay again, also a perfect location from the town
