This company cheats and lies to it’s clients and makes it very difficult to recover your invested money. We spent 25 years saving with them for our pension and, now that we have reached pension age and have a right to our money, they are refusing to release our funds. We have been trying for more than a year and they keep inventing new reasons and finding new documents for us to fill. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced; rude and unhelpful, take ages to reply to mails and refuse to give us the proper information, all in their interest of holding on to OUR money and making it difficult for us. Do NOT give your money to these people!!
