We have been staying here every time we visit Izmir. Everything is top quality and all members of the crew are extremely kind and welcoming. You feel welcomed the moment you enter the hotel and the feeling stays the same your whole trip. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. The food is top quality and the variety is great too. The kids love both the indoor and the outdoor pools. The gym is fully equipped and everything is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is immaculate and absolutely beautiful. It deserves the Michelin rating. I travel the world for work and have stayed at many hotels, this one definitely stood out. It has a rooftop restaurant/ bar /patio, which was a perfect way to end the night. The front desk check-in experience was interesting… the English wasn’t the best. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The bag men were wonderful and took care of everything. The wait staff at breakfast were amazing, especially Arda. He’s young and did such a great job serving us our never ending coffee.

Excellent service and exceptional staff made my stay incredibly comfortable. Every team member reflects the warm hospitality Izmir is known for. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, rich, varied, and delicious. Special thanks to the concierge team, who flawlessly organized all the bookings I requested. We spent three wonderful days at this beautiful hotel, ending our vacation in Izmir after nine days at a seaside resort. It was the perfect final note—leaving us with amazing memories and a strong desire to return to Izmir, and definitely to Swissotel Grand Efes. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by everyone—from the security staff to reception. All our room preferences were met, and every question was answered. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and relaxing by the outdoor pool under the trees was a real pleasure. I even joined an aqua aerobics class—special thanks to the instructor for their professionalism! The hotel is decorated with real works of art, both inside and in the surrounding park, adding a sense of luxury and making the stay truly special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Ecem and Drishad at reception for their attention and kindness, as well as the young man who checked us in (we didn’t catch his name) for taking all our wishes into account, and to Nilgun (if we got the name right) for helping us arrange a late check-out. We left with the best impressions of the hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything about my stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and respectful, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was outstanding — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The quality of the food, especially the breakfast, was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The only small downside was the swimming pool, which was a bit cold. It would have been better if it had a heating system. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. His warm attitude and helpfulness truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Scappi is hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to—not just in İzmir, but anywhere. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.|The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and true Italian flavors in every bite. Their pasta and pizza are especially amazing!|Special thanks to Erkin, our waiter, who made the night even better. He was friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations.
