Everything about my stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and respectful, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was outstanding — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The quality of the food, especially the breakfast, was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The only small downside was the swimming pool, which was a bit cold. It would have been better if it had a heating system. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. A well deserved five star for this beautiful hotel. Well placed for walking in central İzmir. The staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms were immaculate and kept well. Reception was very professional and fast. Best part of out stay was the swimming pool, both inside and out.

Myself and my boyfriend spent a beautiful week here, every element of the hotel is beautiful from days at the pool being kindly waited by Ibrahim & Alara who always remembered our orders & were so helpful. To the well kept rooms and beautiful art aswell as the beautiful sky bar where we watched the sun set each evening. An amazing very memorable week. Thank you to the team. Reasonably priced too for a 5 star experience.

I spend allot of time in hotels so get to see the best and the worst of all the places I stay. For me the people working at this hotel make it extra special from the staff at breakfast, Berkhan who always remembers what drink I have and has it ready when i arrive in the morning..... to the gym and Spa team who are very friendly and the full cleaning team who do a fantastic job every day. This time checking in was even easier with Atakan who knows fantastic customer service and saved me allot of inconvenience. The only thing I would change is the tvs in the rooms or convert them to smart. Now my favourite place to stay in Izmir. Keep up the great work!

I recently had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel, and I must say everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. A special thank you to Öykü who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness, attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. She is a true asset to the hotel team. And I’m very grateful for her help and hospitality.

Over the years I have stayed in this place many times. Sometimes for business and often for leisure. However, my recent experience was disappointing to say the least. Swissotel puts an extra effort to rip you off every cent. I wanted to extend my stay and called an hour apart they quoted me a 4,000 lira difference - mind blowing! To make matters worse thr parking is no longer free, even if you are a guest you’ll need to pay a fortune. I would personally stay in Marriott, which is across the road and not a rip off.

Best hotel in Izmir by far. Scappi restaurant is amazing too, but a bit pricey so be aware. It is Michelin star quality and best view of the city. The facilities like pool are really good while staying in centre. I recommend you take room facing pool if preferring silent room
