Swissôtel Hotel Makkah

This was our first Umrah experience, with small kids, and we weren’t traveling with a group. This hotel made our spiritual journey incredibly comfortable.||Coming from Europe, we weren’t impressed with how things are usually handled locally, but the hotel staff was completely different—polite, always smiling, and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect. They even tried arranging an early check-in, which didn’t work out, but the man at the counter promised us the best view possible. And he delivered! The Kaaba view from our room (4125) was simply breathtaking.||Even when you’re not in Haram, you can see the Kaaba right from your bed. That alone makes everything worth it—you’ve traveled thousands of kilometers for this moment, and the Kaaba is in front of you 24/7. They also broadcast Salah live, allowing you to pray from your room while looking directly at the Kaaba—especially helpful when managing small children.||The hotel also ensures you get the best possible food, so you can focus on your spiritual journey without worrying about meals. Their buffet (extra cost) offers a huge variety of options, and I strongly recommend it. They make sure you’re well-nourished and energized for your worship. The only thing missing at dinner is drinks and coffee, but you can order those separately at your table.||A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Thank You!||We are back, but we left our hearts in Haram.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights and upgraded to the very top floor (the royal floor i believe) where I had a room with amazing view of the Kaaba. The upgrade price was reasonable as it’s a sort of one time only thing. Room was spacious although the bathroom I would say was outdated and bath was small. Breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and very easy access in and out of the Harram. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Swiss hotel Makkah in a room 2923 for two nights this week. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept soundly. The bathroom was clean and provided with a separate shower, high-quality toiletries. The room service was prompt, the room cleaned and refreshed promptly each day and the food was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic experience overall. Very well located. The view from the room was clearly unbeatable. A very big shout out to the Dinner Buffet Team (Front and Service Team) and the Moroccan Chef. The diversity and taste of the food was amazing. I will not only recommend but also come back with my family !

I had an amazing experience at this hotel while staying in room 1032. Everything was taken care of even before I had to ask, and the service was truly exceptional. A special thanks to Waleed, the doorman, whose kindness and dedication stood out. He assisted me as if he were helping himself genuine, polite, and always ready to help. * the view was spectacular from the windows. * the bed was clean and the carpet was clean. * the reception team is decent and considerate. * the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were really good and were with decent variation of dishes/items. * the wardrobes are worn out (unfortunately)! * the floor of the entrance to the room (inside the room) is not clean (needs maintenance)! * the bathroom is tight and overused! * the water drainage of the shower cabinet was not working well and the water filled the floor of the shower cabinet; so I had to open the cover of the drainage place!

We stayed in the Kaaba View room. It has a wonderful view and the rooms also have a loud speaker for azaan and jamaat. It made it easier for my parents to pray from their room.All of the staff was very courteous and helpful.The rooms and bathroom were clean.Would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and I must say it was a very nice experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was terrific, with clean carpets and a pleasant smell. The bathroom was also clean and had a good smell. The beds were nicely arranged and super comfortable linen, ensuring a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Rizan for his kind help during my visit. Overall, the hotel stay was great and I would highly recommend it for couples or individuals looking for a comfortable and clean accommodation.
