I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful service during my stay at the hotel. Everything was well organized, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Ashwaq (أشواق) for her outstanding service. She was very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. She always greeted us with a smile, patiently answered all our questions, and was ready to help at any time. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference and made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the hotel management and staff for such a great experience. I highly appreciate the level of hospitality and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Swissôtel Makkah at 29 floor and was genuinely impressed by both the room quality and the professionalism of the staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were soft yet supportive, and the overall layout made the space feel relaxing after long days. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, despite the hotel’s busy location, and the beautiful view of the Holy Mosque from the window. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and attended to requests promptly. I want to thanks Mr Sualleh Saeed floor supervisor he doing great effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Holiday with my Family This is my second time at this beautiful hotel and it is a Alhumdulilah! this time i stayed in Rm 430/433and it was amazing! Thank you! I only want to stay here every time we visit. The room cleaner named Kurshad and Supervisor Zackriya and the wheelchair person that took me to the clinic were amazing and gentle. The front desk lady and man was the best Ive ever experienced. I used google translate and it worked 🥰 perfect! JAK!

The location of this hotel made my Umrah experience so much more enjoyable, Alhumdulilah. It’s right outside the Haram, which made walking to and from the masjid extremely easy and convenient. The staff were so helpful and kind!! They helped us with booking taxis, bringing our bags to the room, troubleshooting the tech issues we had, and doing their best to make the rooms clean and welcoming. I truly appreciated their effort and hospitality. I loved everything about this hotel. I was in a quad and it was quite a tight fit so just be prepared to really get to know your roommates. The breakfast was really nice as well, with many healthy options. It took one thing off my plate each morning. The hotel is also very near the mall and different shops. If you’re interested in shopping, there are plenty of places within a 10-minute walk. It is very crowded with people, so sometimes it takes a little longer to get around, but that’s just Makkah.

Great location, although very busy getting to the haram on the street. Staff were fantastic. Humble and kind room cleaning staff. Food was excellent. Room was lovely although bathroom small. Taxi to the airport very very expensive but no choice on a Friday lunchtime

our stay at room no 0425/0421 with my family the hotel was truly exceptional, and we cannot praise it enough. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure our comfort during our trip. The housekeeping service (Room by kurshed Alam and Abu Nassir Supvisor Zackriya) was impeccable, maintaining a serene and peaceful environment that was a pleasure to return to every day. We will cherish the memories of our time here and look forward to returning soon.

Our stay at Siwssotel Makkah room no 1133 with my families short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located, clean, and beautifully maintained — but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality from the Houeskeeping staff, Fahimul and supervisor Fayyaz clean our room and bathroom to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. He was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
