Had a short stopover in Bern. Hotel room is clean. The amenities in the room provided were sufficient. Just a couple minutes walk away from old town while enjoying the view crossing the bridge. Or you can take a tram which is just a stop away.

My stay at Swissôtel Kursaal Bern was comfortable, though there were a few limitations. The room was quite small, which might be a surprise for those used to more spacious accommodations. However, the staff were very accommodating and made the room available to us early, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is excellent, with a tram stop right in front, making it easy to explore Bern. Parking is conveniently within the same building, which is a plus for those traveling by car. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the area fills up quickly, so it’s best to go early to avoid the crowds. One thing to note is that the hotel’s restaurants aren’t open every day, which was a bit confusing when we arrived on a Sunday and found limited dining options. Overall, Swissôtel Kursaal Bern is a good base for exploring the city, especially with the friendly staff and convenient public transport access.

Beautiful, clean, well staffed hotel. The room was too hot for our liking so they brought us a fan and let us borrow an adapter. The cafe in the casino, absolutely delicious. As well as the casino itself was great. Fun dealers! Beware though! The parking is expensive and they might not make it clear it costs every day. We paid $600 for a week!

Great stay at the Kursaal ! The hotel is very beautiful and well located. The pictures on Expedia were nice but it is even better in person. ||There is a Tram stop in front of the hotel (so you can get to the main areas of Bern within a few minutes).||Tip: Get a room with a view - Totally worth it !!

As an long-lasting client to the KLursaal I recognize prefered treatment which I highly appreciate. This inlcludes room upgrades, more "service" regarding the free mini bar etc.
