We have been in business for over 10 years and this is the WORST customer service we’ve ever experienced from another business. Won’t fix THEIR mistakes and act like it’s your problem. Sent us two wrong parts for two vehicles . First they sent us the wrong part for a customers vehicle. Had us pay again for the same part we originally ordered and were invoiced for, to now send us out the right part. Told us to pay for return shipping on the wrong part & now telling us they won’t take back the wrong part because it was installed.
Also sent us the wrong part for a personal vehicle, again claiming it’s our fault. In reality, They did not ask the right questions and they should be asking for VIN numbers to verify correct parts for vehicles.
