I'm not saying I know everything and thisnis nothing personal but to me as its very important on how stores treat people based on there appearance as I’ve been buying and flipping pre‑loved designer clothing, footwear, and accessories for over 20 years, so I know how important trust and reputation are in this industry. Customers are the backbone of any resale business, and good reviews aren’t just nice to have — they’re essential. They show whether a store values the people who walk through the door.
After reading through the feedback on Swop Collingwood, I’ve decided not to buy or sell there. Too many reviews mention the same problems: rude staff, appointments not honoured, and buying policies that seem to change depending on the mood of the employee. When negative experiences are this consistent, it’s a red flag.
For me, respect, reliability, and clear communication are non‑negotiable. If a store can’t deliver that, then no amount of positive reviews from insiders or associates will balance it out. Until Swop Collingwood demonstrates that they take customer feedback seriously and make changes, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
