good dudes, good service! First time @Syd E-bikes, for brake adjustment and flat tyre change. my experience w team was they were friendly, helpful, professional & knowledgeable from start to finish! Levy was my main contact @workshop, he suggested an upgrade to my brake system (E-bike hydraulic instead of disc) which i verified independently was handy to have, and wise to do the additional work while the bike is @shop Team finished ahead of promised time, bike has held up well 1month after 👍 Quality costs, these guys are not on the cheap side - but i’d prefer to know my bike is thoroughly looked over (*10 point safety check is performed in advance if any work starting) and safe to be on road! Suggest that anyone going here initially ask some questions, get comfortable and understand your options (unless i know a certain repair is absolutely required, i usually ask the repairer “what if i do not do this suggested repair right now? how long am i likely delaying this work… 🤔) Love your work 🚲 ✌️ thanks 🙏 Guys!

It was an easy transaction and they were very good at explaining how to operate the electric bike and new lock. I know it killed them when I talked about using a milk crate on the back of the bike, but that didn’t change their service at all. No pressure sales! 👍👍

Very happy with my experience with the company and the service is excellent. I recently dropped in to their shop in pyrmont unannounced about 1pm needing a service and to fix a punctured back tyre that had happened while riding my ebike earlier the same day. By 3:30pm the bike had been fully serviced and was collection. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone who is looking for a great bike and great service!.

Great customer service . Wasn't sure what type of e bike to get … hub motor, mid drive etc. the team took time to explain pros and cons and were very accommodating as I was able to test ride several bikes which made the decision a lot easier. Purchased two Focus Ventura 6.7 bikes.

Sydney electric bikes are very friendly and have a variety of bikes. They also fix other bikes too which haven't been purchased from here. They provide bikes on rental basis and for purchase. I found many models of electric bike ranging from minimum amount to up to $5000. They staff is very polite, the technicians are expert in their job. You can also find front and rear lights at the shop, but they sell accessories at a bit expensive rates. It is better to buy accessories outside of the shop. I had a great experience renting a bike from them for a month, no but sadly I got a damage battery, they always replace it with new one if available.

This is the best place in Sydney for your Ebikes. I really enjoyed the service I received when I bought my Gocycle G3 at SES.Andrew and Jack has been very helpful and demo the bike to me. I am very happy and definitely will recommend this shop to my friends and family. Good works guys and thank you again for your help.

My wife and I purchased our Tern GSD from Sydney Electric Bikes - Pyrmont. Sheldon and Santiago were extremely helpful during the entire process. We were able to test ride several different bike models from various brands before deciding on and ordering our ideal bike. Jake & Team are fantastic. The Pyrmont shop has a great vibe to it and the Team is very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure you select a bicycle that suits your needs. After two visits to the shop I picked up my beautiful Kalkhoff ebike last Friday and it’s been great. Highly recommend ebikes as a healthier and environmental-friendly mode of transport - and SEB is the shop to buy one.

Good range of bikes and very conveniently located. Communication with shop for enquiries and updates via phone can be a little hit or miss as it's all via owners mobile, and he's a busy man. They are a friendly bunch though and I'm super happy with the bike I bought.

These guys are helpful & generous... they let me try almost every bike in the shop then borrow my favourite one overnight.
