Best food, drinks, service, and atmosphere! Their playlist was incredible - we could’ve spent all our time here. Must try the pancakes :)

Amazing brunch food had the avo toast with bacon and the pancakes. So good. And beats the insta queue of socials’ victims at Kozy any day!

Sylon is a really cute spot, but the quality of the drinks is inconsistent. Cappuccino orders come out as lattes sometimes, and I would definitely advise against coming here if you want a matcha latte. My guess is the staff, who’s incidentally very sweet, wasn’t trained to make it right, so it tends to be lumpy - see picture.

Cappuccino was good. Service was good! Presentation of food is good. Unfortunately, Pancakes were undercooked and didn’t taste well. Took a few bites and left plate as is. We ordered the eggs, bacon and pancakes which I definitely will not recommend. Maybe try other food on the menu.

Loved this place! Cozy ambiance, nice servers and tasty food. Maybe a bit pricey for quantity but worth the visit. I strongly recommend the pancakes, they are fluffy and delicious.
