Sylon de Montmartre - Brunch | Café de spécialité

Sylon is a really cute spot, but the quality of the drinks is inconsistent. Cappuccino orders come out as lattes sometimes, and I would definitely advise against coming here if you want a matcha latte. My guess is the staff, who’s incidentally very sweet, wasn’t trained to make it right, so it tends to be lumpy - see picture.

Cappuccino was good. Service was good! Presentation of food is good. Unfortunately, Pancakes were undercooked and didn’t taste well. Took a few bites and left plate as is. We ordered the eggs, bacon and pancakes which I definitely will not recommend. Maybe try other food on the menu.

Split a Salty Croissant, Pancakes Salmon, Titi Avo and a Cinnamon Roll between our family. The Titi Avo and Salty Croissant were standouts, but everything was excellent except the pancakes, which were a bit cakey IMO. The smoked salmon was very good, and to be fair the pancakes were not flawed, just not what I was expecting. Coffee was very good, and service was flawless. Very happy we visited this gem.

Very warm and friendly service. Great food. Yummy fresh juices - freshly made. Very cozy relaxed vibe. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Everyone was super friendly. We had the chocolate pancake, egg croissant and yogurt bowl. I would dine here again.
