Yelp
The front staff conducted themselves as if they were so busy and doing so much business, they didn't need to treat customers with kindness. There were 4 cars in the parking lot at 6 pm on a Saturday night, one of them mine. Two kids in the eating area outside.
I read the order that I was texted by my family member. It was pretty clear to me. The young woman had a lot of questions. Fine. I did my best to order the way she needed me to. She seemed annoyed. Three burgers, one a child's burger with fries and one shake. $51 please. $9.00 for a chocolate shake that looked like a circus (they only have one size), I asked them to take off the whipped cream and other decorations. I asked for extra tomatoes (the burger itself was around $13 and I was unaware they charged me .85 for an extra single slice of tomato.
Large burger was dripping with grease, I get it, some people like that. I asked for a burger in a lettuce wrap. We got a hamburger patty on a pile of lettuce.
Child's burger looked like a McDonald's cheeseburger. The fries were enjoyed.
I get it, everything is more expensive, food, labor, rent, materials. I also understand that making customers feel welcome and appreciated - costs nothing extra.
Giving this facility 3 stars is generous. 4 for the food, 1 for the service.
