Our stay at this resort was truly memorable — the warm welcome, the beautiful rooms, and the kindness of the staff made everything feel perfect. But what touched our hearts the most wasn’t the comfort or the scenery… it was a gentle soul who quietly became the highlight of our trip.||There is a beautiful girl dog here — I lovingly call her Gudiya — who carries a kind of warmth and innocence that is rare to find. In the two days we stayed, we never even fed her, yet the tiny bit of affection we showed was enough for her to trust us completely. She slept outside our Cottage 34 day and night, as if she had chosen us as her family. She never created a mess, never touched our shoes or clothes, never once disturbed us. She simply stayed… offering silent love, loyalty, and companionship without asking for anything in return.||When the time came to leave, our hearts truly broke. It felt like we were leaving behind a friend who had given us more love in two days than many humans give in years.||To the Owner:|Please, please do not relocate this precious soul. She is gentle, loving, and impeccably well-behaved. She belongs here, and she brings a kind of emotional warmth to the resort that no décor or service can replace. She is part of the soul of this place.||To Fellow Travellers:|If you meet her during your stay, I ask you from the bottom of my heart — be kind to her. A little affection is all she seeks, and in return she will offer unconditional love that stays with you long after your holiday ends. She may greet you, sit near your cottage, or simply look at you with those hopeful eyes — please don’t discard her or treat her coldly. She is just looking for love.||Our stay was wonderful in every way, but having Gudiya by our side made it unforgettable. I hope everyone who visits this resort carries a bit of compassion with them — because for a dog like her, your kindness is everything.

This hotel is presently under construction so they don't have a pool..... Their service is also not upto the mark as when we went 3 to 4 guests has an argument with them.... Their washrooms are pathetic as in one of the washroom the water of washbasin was coming out in the bathing area and got collected their and when we shifted to other room the water of washbasin got collected beneath the washbasin ... It was too unhygienic.... The rates they are charging are not at all justified for what they are offering. Their breakfast service was also so slow that people have to wait so long that they almost leave the option of hot puri or bhature or dosa being served and opt for whatever is easily available. Not worth the price . Even their all rooms don't have a beach view as to what appears from its name as some rooms are opposite of the road side which are near to beach otherwise you will have to cross the road to have beach access.

The property is under construction. Rooms are very bad, especially the standard rooms ( excluding lagoon rooms which are located on the opposite side of the property - that looks good). No swimming pool as advertised. Been on construction for the last 2 years. My standard room had a huge pile of mud view on one side and a construction on the other side. The rate they charge for this standard room is exorbitant considering the property under construction and especially the bathrooms - no words for this. “”We ultimately had to upgrade to the lagoon rooms because the standard room was simply not in acceptable condition for a stay.”” Food was great! People spoke nicely, great location from the beach for the ones who stay in lagoon rooms. Kayak person at Symphony is great, has good knowledge on the local island and he ca assist with activities and is very humble person!

Highly recommend Symphony Palm Resort! Their service is truly commendable — especially the warmth and dedication of the staff. ✨ We visited with a baby, and the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Deepa from the restaurant, who ensured we had everything we needed for baby food and dining without any hassle. 💗 Grateful for such thoughtful hospitality. 🌴🏖️

We stayed two nights at Symphony, and the best part of the stay was the food at the restaurant and the helpful and positive staff. The breakfast buffé was excellent, with plenty of options and fresh dosa made on demand.||Most of the rooms and the restaurant are located away from the beach, with a busy road in between, making it somewhat difficult to reach. Make sure you book a room on the beach side if you want easy access. The room was good, but we missed furniture, and the lighting was dim.

The property is surrounded by nature, this is an immediate mood lifter. This has a private beach. The ambience is amazing, moreover the service is great. Coming to food, we were provided delicious Jain food per request. We were hosted by Mr. Timir, who is not just a polite and ever smiling man, but is also great at hospitality. He provided us all the food options and served us right upto out expectations and more. We would suggest you meet him during your visit here.

This stay at Symphony Palms, Havelock was extremely disappointing and far below expectations for a resort at this price point.||The room had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the cupboards were dusty, the wooden interiors are old and dated, and the air conditioner was leaking water inside the room. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and neglected, with very poor attention to basic hygiene and upkeep.||The property gives the impression that it has not been properly upgraded or maintained for years. Even the breakfast was very average and did not match the pricing or positioning of the resort.||The only saving grace is the beachfront location, which is genuinely good. Unfortunately, a good location alone cannot compensate for serious cleanliness and maintenance issues inside the rooms.||The staff was polite and courteous, but politeness cannot make up for fundamental hygiene problems.||If hygiene, comfort, and room quality matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking at other options in Havelock. This stay was not value for money and left us very dissatisfied.
