I visited this place with my friends and it's awesome. The resort has a great ambient. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. One thing, I loved was the little things around you gives you the beachy vibes. Also, the food was good to taste. The staff were also polite and helpful towards us. We enjoyed a lot and felt it was a perfect place for your vacation destinations. Visiting you next for sure!

It was a beautiful family trip and a wonderful stay at Symphony Palms Beach Resort. The location is very appealing, the environment is amazing, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring amazing marine life in the area. The services and food were up to mark, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the sea-facing cottages were a real highlight, waking up to those views was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was nothing more to ask for as everything was taken care of. Not just that, if you are into sports activities, the resort is close to the spots for water sports and other adventures. You need a great place to stay, relax and enjoy, choose this resort with no second thought. I highly recommend visiting Symphony Palms. Thank you for wonderful luxurious experience.

I wish, I could give zero. Had a really disappointing experience of the stay. In case you, guys are planning do confirm the facilities. 1.They charge you for a premium resort and spa, whose spa is not functional or they update you unless you ask. 2.They are having renovation and construction work going on, which gives you a bad taste. 3.Food is really really average. They don't have most of the things from their menu, takes lot of time to prepare your order even on less crowded day. ALSO CHARGED ME 18% GST ON FOOD, SAYING AS YOUR STAY IS PREMIUM, WE ARE CHARGING 18%. 4.Couples don't book there candle light dinner, it is a scam, neither ambience or food is good. They charge you a exorbitant price for that. 5.They advertise as private beach but that is also another scam. HOPE THEY GET BETTER & PROVIDE THE BETTER FACILITIES, FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE YOU.

Without question the worst experience I have had in my life. I was looking at booking rooms when a representative approached me to book at this property. Although she quoted rates above those advertised on travel apps, she assured me of a beach front property. On reaching the property we were informed that she had booked us in a NON Beach front property in spite of charging us a premium amount. Notwithstanding, the overall experience was horrible. No wifi, tasteless food, exorbitant prices. Worst of all was the room. The photos shared vs the actual room was day and night. While the ground staff was most kind and helpful, the management were stuck up and totally unwilling to help.

Decent and safest stay. I'm a travel vlogger and I visited this hotel in February and i must say, this place is both luxurious and safest for any trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and felt at ease. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The standout feature for me was the hotel’s beautiful decor—lush plants were scattered throughout, creating a peaceful, garden-like atmosphere that made the entire space feel special. Food was great too. For anyone planning to visit, I highly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons. Hotel Symphony is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning!

We stayed at your hotel and were charmed by the exceptional service! The staff was attentive to every request, always with a smile on their face. I would like to mention Chef Bhim who specially prepared a delicious and not spicy meal for us!! Theda! | The hotel was very clean! I recently stayed at Symphony Resort and Spa in Havelock, and my experience was highly disappointing. Here’s an honest review based on my stay: 1. Bathroom Conditions: The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with poor maintenance and cleanliness. For the price charged, I expected at least basic hygiene, but sadly, this was not the case. 2. Construction Disturbance: The resort is still under construction, and the constant noise and activity throughout the day ruined any chance of a peaceful vacation. This was never mentioned beforehand. 3. Non-Operational Spa: Despite being advertised as a resort and spa, the spa was not operational, which was a significant letdown. 4. Overpriced Services: The rates are exorbitant compared to the substandard services provided. This place does not offer value for money. 5. Food Quality: The food was average at best, with very limited breakfast options. To make matters worse, stale food was served at the Gala Dinner, which was unacceptable and risky for health. 6. Misleading Beach Access: The resort advertises a private beach, but it’s actually a public beach. This misrepresentation felt deceptive and left us feeling misled. 7. Misleading Information: Overall, many aspects of the resort were either exaggerated or false, from the facilities to the ambiance promised. Recommendation: I do not recommend Symphony Resort and Spa. There are far better options in Havelock offering good value, better facilities, and a more enjoyable experience. Save your money and choose another place.

It was my stupid decision to choose this resort. Bad rooms with poor hygiene. Definitely there are much better options available in the same price. Worst experience. The place was not upto the mark but the staff was good. That was the only good point. Would definitely not recommend this to anybody.
