Syndicate Nature Trail

This is a national park trail very well maintained and signs to various old trees throughout the short 2+ Km trail with scenic outlooks. Has bathroom on site- normally looks like shops would be open but no one present to sell tickets today. If you bought a weekly pass to any of the national park sites, put it to use here if you are in the area.

This was a lot of fun! We were on an excursion with Glenn as our guide. We learned a lot of history along the way. We hiked the trial and ended at a beautiful water fall. We were allowed to swim in the water under the water fall. Awesome experience

A beautiful falls only minutes from the road. Not busy and they are off the beaten path

There are three spots marked on Google for the Syndicate Nature Trail. I can assure you that the visitors center is at this one and, while you may not see a road on Google Maps, there is one that leads right to it. The trail is beautiful and well maintained, but there is no information about it at the visitors center. At many of the other trails, including the Morne Diablotins trail that you pass on the way there has a sign that clearly tells you how long the trail is, and what to expect. I definitely recommend this walking area, but I am not sure exactly where it will lead. I went to the viewing area which was about 15 mins in, and you can actually see and hear the endangered parrots flying above you.

Nice easy to walk trail in beautiful nature. It's a long drive up the hill on a narrow road, but worth it!
