The ticket for the garden entrance was about £15 and to me that was well worth it. The garden was beautiful. The conservatory match Kew Gardens for its beauty with a small lake to walk around. Another major plus is Syon park garden was very quiet and perfect if you want an outdoor space without the crowd.

I had a great experience at Yon Park. The area is well-maintained, with clean walking paths and plenty of green space to relax or enjoy a picnic. There’s a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for unwinding, and the park is family-friendly with enough space for kids to run around. I especially appreciated the shaded seating and how quiet it was compared to more crowded parks. My only reason for not giving five stars is that a few facilities could use some updates, like the restrooms and signage. Overall, though, it’s a lovely spot worth visiting!

Syon is a photographer’s dream! You can’t get much more light & airy than a glasshouse, and The Great Conservatory is a breathtaking example. The ceremony room, the library, the courtyard – the choice of backdrops was endless. Everything has such a luxurious, elegant feel!

If you can't afford to pay the entry fee, there is interesting stuff to look at for free, such as history boards on historic buildings, the general shop, a garden centre, garden out~buildings for sale and a cafe with outside tables.

Syon Park has both public and private areas. The public side is good for walks, while the private section has nice views by the water and shady spots for picnics. I’ve taken my baby daughter there a few times, and it’s a peaceful place. The entrance fee is £6, which seems a bit high for a park, but the private area makes it worth it. I haven’t been to Syon House yet, but I think it costs around £13 to enter. Overall, Syon Park is a nice place to enjoy nature and spend time outside.

Had an amazing and incredibly informative tour of the house yesterday. I was very impressed by my tour guide and rather serendipitously, I happened to be the only person to have booked the 10.30am slot so I had the pleasure of a personal tour of the house. I loved the experience and I was greatly impressed by my tour guide. Definitely an unforgettable experience and would recommend to anybody visiting West London!

I got in through RHS partnership scheme. The house tour costs extra and I had just missed the last one for the day. The gardens are nice, and it's quiet during the week.

One of our favourite venues in London! We absolutely loved performing in the House and also the lovely Conservatory.

Yelp
Grand estate and gardens. You could spend hours here; I wish we had more time to spend in each room with the enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers. Lots of history happened here, and since it remains a ducal residence, it's kept in great shape. A bit annoying, though, that a couple of rooms were off-limits when we visited because residents were using them. If you're already making the house open to the public three days a week, and profiting from it, you shouldn't get to use rooms as you please on those days.

Yelp
What a beautiful park. I went for the enchanted woodland walk, and it was just lovely. The 2 mile walk takes in some of the highlights of the ground, all decorated with beautiful lights. It was just gorgeous. I did think they should have limited the number of people walking around, perhaps to hourly slots, as it was so busy it kind of changed the atmosphere a little bit. All of the lights and scenes created were so creative and well thought out. Magical for both adults and children. The cutest things were seeing little fairies and pixies dotted around, and little doors at the bottom of trees where little elves must live. I loved it and would highly recommend you visit next winter. I'd really like to go back to the park in the day time for a nice sunny walk!

Yelp
Most of the house is closed off, so there's nothing to see there except for a few hallways. The gardens are nothing special, pretty generic. The gift shop is way overpriced and bad quality. I spent almost £50 on a necklace that broke after around 2 weeks.

Yelp
A lovely park, one of those where you forget you're in London. It's a bit built up and a bit out of the way, but once you get there, it's really nice. There's a garden centre and a Hilton hotel, as well as lots of park land, grazing cattle, and a fly fishing pond, just to name a few things. Oh, and Syon House, of course! It is, unfortunately, in the flight path - which might be good if you like to look at big planes! It's also near to Kew so while it might not be a place to go for your final destination, it's worth passing through.

Yelp
This is a very large Park in the corner of South West London, in Brentford, and is located just past Brentford Lock, if coming on foot. The pedestrian entrance is down a lane called Half Moon Close. Within the Park there is a children's nursery, a garden centre, a children's indoor adventure playground (Snakes and Ladders), the Hilton Hotel, and Syon House and Gardens, and a beautiful lake for fly fishing.

Yelp
Syon House has made the gradual conversion to a commercial enterprise by adding lots of features such as a butterfly house, childrens snakes and ladders playground and garden centre and shop. There are a variety of green spaces and meadows (often with grazing cows) leading down to some small lakes which are used for fishing. Overall the experience can at best be described as average, although once a year there is an open day which shows some of the findings made by the Time Team Channel 4 program a few years ago and is interesting if you are interested in local history.

Yelp
A country seat in London and open to the public. Excellent garden centre for plants and flowers. Busy canteen. Plenty of car parking.

Yelp
A very nice and lovely park in London England, the place is located near brentford bus and rail station so it's to get there. I would recommend that you get there before 11:00 so that to enjoy all the refreshing beauty before lunch.

Yelp
Beautiful wedding venue. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Syon House and Conservatory back in October. The staff were amazingly attentive. If it were possible to ship this venue back to Australia for my own wedding I would! At night the conservatory is lit up and it is so beautiful.

Yelp
A quiet park which is great for a morning/evening run. It's based on the grounds of Syon House which is an impressive stately home. There is also a exotic animals and butterfly house located within the grounds too if you're feeling tropical

Yelp
This has become one of my most favourite places in London. I only discovered it a year or so ago thanks to a friend who lives 2 minutes away from it in Brentford. It's a beautiful open space near Kew which is great to wander around in with children - made even more special by the addition of the base of tree trunks decked out with doors and other accessories for the 'fairies' that live within - certainly worked for my little girl!! It's got lakes and an exotic animal centre - my kids got to see a giant lizard, small croc, huge turtles and a couple of snakes when we were there on Friday. There's lots more that we haven't seen so we've no doubt that we'll be going again and again.

Yelp
A trip to Syon Park is simply a lovely day out. The gardens are beautiful whatever the season. They are well kept, yet natural and inspire even the most reluctant gardener. The lake has swans and ducks which, of course , the children love to feed. Part of the grounds are given over to Wyevale Garden Centre which offer a huge collection of plants, pots, trees , shrubs and fish. It's an absolute joy to walk around this garden centre especially at Christmas. The whole area is beautifully decorated with, over the top, trinkets. I have yet to buy anything other than a few daffodil bulbs from here as most plants are quite expensive. A lovely place to visit if only for a browse.

Yelp
I have been here a few times now, mostly for the fishing. There is a great area to fly fish and catch yourself some trout..

Yelp
Butterflys, Butterflys and more Butterflys. Oh and some fabulous leaf carrying ants too! I could spend ages in the butterfly house as its such a unique experience. Watch out though its very humid in there so take a drink with you. Great for young and old alike.

Yelp
I fall in love with Syon every time I visit. The park is so romantic. The palace, conservatory, and lush greenery are perfect for relaxing walks. I will definitely keep coming back to this place.
