Absolutely amazing and authentic Szechuan cuisine! Each dish was just bursting with flavour, portions were large, and prices were fair. The pictures may look dangerous, but the spice level is mild, maybe medium (hard to say, I'm pretty acclimatized to spiciness).
We really admired the man working here. He must be the owner, and single handedly did everything: service, cooking, and cleaning. It was such a shame we were the only diners in, because this food deserves to be discovered and shared! On the other hand, I'm not sure how he could keep up if there was more demand.
I sincerely hope they get more business. To entice adventurous foodies, they should consider an English name on Google. They also served hot water with the meal, which is pretty traditional, but I think most would expect Chinese tea, or simply ice water.
The above points are very minor things. The food here is well worth the wait, and if we're ever in from Edmonton again, we will for sure be back!
