Szimpla Sunday Farmers' Market

This place is not interesting to me. However, it is quite unique. It is not much of a farmer market. It is more like a unique location that sells alcohol from morning to late night. There were some farmers' market feel such as a pasties sell to raise funds for an elementary school. It was early in the morning. We observed people with drinks seating in this uniquely layout place and enjoyed the environment. In my early 20s, I will say that it could be a must experience location. If you over 40, it is a maybe. If you are over 50, it is not worth it.

This is a very interesting place because during Friday and Saturday night, Szimppa becomes a bar areas with stylish youngsters gathering for drinks, dating and fun. As on Sunday morning. The space are filled with stalls of agricultural produces. The contrast is very big. One can tell the quality of food there is of high quality, the diversity is quite limited. There are roughly 10 over stalls only.

Amazing place! The environment is very nice, alternative people, urban art and nice vendors. A perfect place to buy some real paprika and local cheese!

The Szimpla farmers market occurs on Sundays, and private farmers puts their stands to sell their produce or products to the locals and tourists passing by. All the vendors are only in the ground floor, and the top floor there is a bar open for folks happy to sip a 🍻 in the morning. This premise is same one as the ruin bar that opens in the evenings. If folks really want to see a local farmers markets, there are other better places to shop around, such as Lehel market, etc.

Will start off by saying that’s it’s a very quirky and unique space! As for the market, there really wasn’t much to it. A few tables that only took cash and none of the bars or restaurants were open. Cool to walk around though!

Nice place, but market is rather small and not cheap. There isn't lots of products but it is nice to visit. Would recommend.

It's a pretty cool place to see, it's working so hard at being cool though, it's a little uncool. Still , if you go for the farmers market there will be some good makers there. Just beware, you have to buy a special cup for a coffee inside, and they won't let you take a coffee from the outside world. So much for anarchy lol.

Nothing great, just a tourist attraction. The concept is interesting but not well done. Not worthy the line of 500m there was Saturday night…
