This historical place tells you almost everything about the history of Terschelling. Definitely recommend to bring your kids with you and try the (new) audio tour. This place offers a clean and proper restroom which is accessable for wheelchairs. The staff that works here is super friendly and always there to help you out of tell you some more about this fantastic museum.

Really well put together museum, with audio guide and plenty of stories being told throughout the museum. My 8year old didn't want to leave. And you should really plan more than 1.5 hours for it.

Awesome museum with a really fresh and fun way to present you with the stories and history of the isle and its people. We spent at least 2 hours going through most of their content. I would really recommend going here!

The only thing that could be optimized: some very nice animated "shows" with projectors etc. are only shown in Dutch language. Not in English or any other language. Though still there is a headphone guide for non-Dutch tourists that share many details in multiple languages. But still not those animated shows.
