If you want to experience true Jamaica, T-Birds should be your go-to destination. I have stayed there twice and can't wait to go back! The fair room rates, the friendly staff and the location are super! Right across from Ricks Cafe, a small grocery store within walking distance and the cute rooms were my favorite parts. Quaint, quiet and affordable!

I went to T-Birds with 9 guys for a bachelor party in June (2018). The owners and excellent staff made us feel like home. None of us have never been to Jamaica and didn’t know what expect. The staff gave us great recommendations, great food and an unforgettable experience! We all want to go back as soon as we can. Thanks again!!!!!!!

Feels like home! I've stayed 2x so far and have loved every minute of it! The staff rembered me from my first visit and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are tidy but there is need for renovations to some of the older rooms. Not for the posh type but perfect if you're on a budget and need a friendly, loving, natural and tidy environment.

Nice spot on the West End strip. Close to Rick's Cafe where you can jump off cliffs and also watch a beautiful sunset. The rooms are not all equipped with AC so it can get quite hot. Do not expect fancy rooms. It needs some work. One room had a lot of mosquitos, please repair the "anti-insect curtains" But the couple who run this lovely place are the best. Super friendly! We would recommend this place when you visit Negril.

Took my children on a family vacation and this place was beautiful and affordable! The folks that work there, the local neighbors, the beautiful grounds, the food, the accomodations and the ease of getting from the cottage to the beach or entertainment was such a NON issue! I would return in a heartbeat, it was very relaxing.

We stayed on the Ackee tree house which we recommend if you like the idea and don't come with to high or abnormal expectations. Breakfast is very good and the people are very nice ( they contribute a lot in increasing the number of stars on this rating).. Enjoy Negril and the Cliffs surrounding the house

I love this place!! perfect location to experience the best of Negril! I recommend the meal plan! My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff really helped me get the most out of my stay. I will be back!

Great! Very friendly and professional staff that make you feel right at home, comfortable and quaint rooms in a plant paradise, best fried chicken i have had in Negril, superb rum punch, and the location is perfect walking distance from Rick's, Xtabi, the Ligthouse, LTU, etc. 7 days wasn't long enough. I highly recommend T-Bird.
