we spend two nights at ‘t Keizershof with my family. the check in is a bit tricky since you have to go to the restaurant next door. overall we luked our stay very much. the staff was helful and welcoming. the location and view were also nice. the price, compared to other hotels in Brugge, was quite cheap. overall we highly recommend this place for your Brugge’s trip!

Hotel i nice. Old but charming. The main guy checking me in was nice but you could tell he was overworked. Everything to do with this place is confusing. Its spread across 2-3 properties. You have to go to the bar on the corner next door to check in. The bar has different branding than the hotel so its confusing. The room was all I needed for one person. No AC which makes sense because its an old building, but all they give you is a tiny little desk fan. Shared bathrooms which is whatever. They were clean enough. The two big problems that I had were as follows: 1) Your room keys are old keys. And it was mentioned that they're all "master keys", which didn't boad well for security. The locks in the rooms are really old and a major issue because then you have to mess with the key and lock for it to be able to lock and unlock. So you have to decide whether to sit there for 15 minutes trying to unlock the door from the inside, or leave the door unlocked overnight. Wasn't fun. 2) Check out. Checking out, the sign on the door in the hallway instructs you to either give the key to the hotel/restaurant next door, or hang the key up on the hook next to the door. Wanting to make sure they got the key, I went to the hotel next door where I was met by a confused employee there who said the properties wernt related and that it wasn't there key. Just to top off a bit of a frustrating stay. In conclusion, it was £78 for the night which isnt terrible but just overall a frustrating experience.

I accidentally found this budget friendly hotel so I booked. The hotel seemed old but well maintained and its location is handy to access from Brugge railway station. My room was small and basic without a bathroom featured. However it was okay since I had already known the bathroom located outside for sharing. Just a minor issue was that the water faucet had very low pressure in the room. The highlight was their continental breakfast, which being served at the other building right next door it was delightful. Also all the male and female personnel there were kind. Overall, It was satisfactory staying. Thank you.

The best way to describe this place is a hostel where you get your own room, this place would have got a better rating with comfy beds & polite staff BUT the halls stank foul, like stagnant water drains & even with the radiator being on for hours my partner was shivering, it had taught us even with the good price of €90 just spend a little bit extra and get a ‘real’ hotel room, sharing toilets & showers is also not ideal

Cute little hotel. Parking space available. Close to the centre. Check in via restaurant, quick and efficient. Bruges stunning, photos don't do it justice.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the train station but in a lovely quiet area of the old city. The staff are friendly and provide a lovely breakfast in with the price. The room did not have en-suite but there were only two rooms on our floor so it was not a problem. Bruges is expensive so the hotel Keizershof would have to be regarded as good value for a comfortable nights sleep.

This cute, 7 room, quiet hotel just steps from the train station is easy to find and so convenient! Yet it's away from the bustle of the main ring road on a pretty street. Room was great - quiet, comfy bed and pillows, enough space, big sink. Shared toilet & shower down the short hall but there was no issue with availablity. Excellent breakfast at their lovely sister restaurant next door. Good location as an anchor to explore Bruges - can easily be found again! Tip: the door locks/keys are tricky - ask for a demonstration of how to lock/open the door & try it yourself at check in... then all will be fine.

When I discovered that this was a 1 star hotel I was getting ready to sleep in the car, but this rustic place has clean rooms and a nice oldie charm. The shared bathroom and shower isn’t for everyone’s liking and as you can imagine as a lower end hotel, there is no air con so if it’s hot, your in for a sweaty night! The only real negative was the size of the pillow - it was more like a square shaped cushion without much filling...||Location is good as it’s on the outskirts of the city and allows for a relaxed and not to long walk in. Lastly, the hotel can accommodate about 4/5 cars in the car park behind the building negating the need for expensive car parking fees.

Yelp
Look, this place isn't fancy, but it's a helluva deal. In some respects, it feels a bit like spending a summer weekend at your grandmother's house, but damned if it isn't charming, through and through. The couple who run the place are very nice. Everything is clean. The breads at breakfast in the morning are magnificent--and so is the coffee. And for the price, I bet you can't do better in this tourist-oriented town.
