Ok, let me begin by saying that I have been a T-mobile customer for just over 8 months now, while I'm not impressed with the signal coverage, I'm extremely happy with the customer service provided at this store.
Again, the signal especially in Doral is not the best. I had put the T-Mobile network to the test traveling to 29 states and 18 countries since I became a customer. Domestically; they need to improve substantially, not getting good coverage while driving to Orlando or big cities like Chicago, Los Angeles and New York is not acceptable. However, the situation is totally opposite outside the U.S., it is something I have never seen in a company. You travel, turn your phone on and forget about worrying you'll be charge an arm and a leg. Of course, you'll pay 20-30 cents per minute on phone calls, but everything else will be included when texting and surfing the web/download.
I had better coverage with T-Mobile in Afghanistan than here at home. Anyway, signal in my house in Doral is simply not existent, so I call the customer service line and as always, just like this store at the International Mall, they provided outstanding service. They tried everything to help for weeks, trying different options until they finally sent me a tower/router for the house and that alleviated the signal coverage at my house.
The store here is full of staff members, they are all young so don't be influence by that. They are a great bunch of youngsters. I'm a traditional and loyal type person so I found someone here that I feel comfortable with. She projects credibility and knowledge. To me that is essential in order to do business. Stop by, come and see my girl Stephanie. She works at the main T-Mobile store by the foodcourt and on the booth by one of the hallways. You won't regret it. Good luck!!
